No airport shuttle Missed making up our room after the first night. Left at 9 am and returned 9 pm to unmade room.

My first stay at this hotel. Was very nice. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, cute country pine furniture, nice little fridge and micro, desk. Granite vanity top, comfy bed and pillows. Good breakfast. All in all I thought this hotel was very nice for the price. Good value. Limited channels on (flatscreen) TV […] , but I always have a book and record shows at home so no biggy for me. Les mer

I held a meeting at this hotel and also stayed there during the meeting. The hotel was undergoing a renovation. All of the renovated facilities were extremely nice. They are doing a very nice job of modernizing the facility. I was in a room that had not yet been renovated. It was clean and comfortable, but clearly in need of an update. The room was very inviting and very clean. The hotel was set at the bottom of Mt. Lemon, it was quite a view. It also had alot of local shops for eating and shopping. The neighbor was nice also...Very satisfied :)

I honestly expected a lot less when I first booked the room, as it was one of the cheaper properties in the northwestern area of Tucson. I was genuinely surprised that I was given a suite with a full kitchen. Though my stay was brief, I enjoyed my stay. The room was very quiet (top floor facing the courtyard) and although the furniture is getting a […] little dated (about 5-10 years old, I'd guess) they are remodelling all the rooms since they recently became a Quality Suites. The mattresses are quite firm, which I prefer though some may not. Overall, I'd certainly recommend this place again. Les mer

The room was big and open and had a full kitchen which I was not expecting! The one thing that was really awful was the shower. The shower head had no adjustment features and when turned on, the spray was so hard it hurt to be under it! After a long work day I love a hot shower, and this was not very comfortable at all.

The room was very spacious which I was pleasantly surprised by. However, the wireless internet and hot breakfast were not available because of hotel renovations. I feel there should have been some advanced notification of this and compensation.

The hotel is an unremarkable but acceptable budget hotel, it neither particularly excels nor fails in any expectation of a hotel in this range. The real benefit is the location, if that's where you need to be - if you have business in the area, and don't want to spend over $150 a night at a resort, it really is the only options for miles. And, given […] that it is a fairly expensive part of town to live in, the price is a steal. If you have no need to be on the far-north edge of the city, however, there's no particular reason to stay here. Les mer

I recently stayed here on a cross country roadtrip. It was north Tucson area which was nice for where we wanted to be. The room is large and the bed is comfy. They are doing a renovation right now and the wifi didnt work in our room which was a bummer. Also there wasnt a lot of channels options on the tv. I could not believe the value. I had a belgium waffle breakfast the next morning and the suites have entire kitchenettes inside. people are very friendly. could not believe it

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in an 18-wheeler/Big Rig and they were very accommodating...we were even able to request that our room was close to where we had to park the truck. The room was very clean and everything seemed fine. Breakfast was good...All Ups :) Downs - (1) Pool was scummy and had loads of dead bugs and didn't […] seem well maintained at all. Lets face it, any hotel in Arizona in the middle of Summer should have a well maintained, clean pool...it's too hot not to. I had just bought a new swim suit just so I could use the pool at this hotel and it turns out it was a waste of money. (2) The AC died on us in the middle of the night. It was wall unite and I would understand if it kicked in the middle of the day when the outside temp was hovering around 100 but in the middle of the night when it's in the 70's, the AC should have been fine. It turned out to be cooler outside then in our room. Over all we had a nice layover at this hotel but we might not do it again in the Big Truck. Les mer

Carpet was dirty, tiles broken in bath, base boards were so worn they had holes in them. I've stayed here before a few years ago. They have really let this place go. I'd expect more from Choice Hotels. I'm not expecting Hyatt standards or the Beau Rivage in Biloxi. but one can at least expect things to be clean. My first room couldn't even get internet. […] Being in software, an internet connection is required. They moved me to a new room. The A/C went out and the toilet had never been cleaned...there were stains all over the toilet. I also don't like that they lock the pool area. Lastly...what's with those hangers? I prefer to hang hangers I can take off the rack to hang my clothes. Trying to wrestle your clothes onto a hanger like that is a pain. I guess I'll start staying in more upscale places where I can get the things I typically look for in a hotel stay. I would only recommend this place if you are looking for somewhere extremely cheap...in every sense of the word. Les mer

Had two rooms and only one air conditioner. They placed a vent fan in the wall to move air from one room to the other. This is Tucson AZ. in the midle of summer. We checked in around three in the after noon and the bedroom did not cool down till 1:30 in the morning.

I thought it was one of the best 2 star hotels I've experienced. room was clean, older furnishings but clean. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was very nice and helpful. Fantastic access to Gold's Gym about 200 yards away. It was quiet and comfortable. Great value for the price.

The grounds were dirty and not maintained. Our room had the heat on when we arrived. It was over 100 degrees outside. It had a window air conditioner in the sitting area with only the doorway for the air to pass into the bedroom. It never cooled off. The bathroom had a big dirty footprint on the tile floor. The hotel was old and needed to be updated. […] We had stayed there last year and were happy with it. It has really gone down the tube. Les mer

On main highway, easy in and out, great pool, whirlpool and surrounding patio. Near great restaurants, bagel shop, coffeeshops, etc. Staff helpful, pleasant. Will probably stay there again.

This hotel is a nice place to stay with kids as it has a nice courtyard with a pool. Some of the staff are not so willing to help, either on the phone or in person, but others are. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to stores and easy access to sights.

very comfotable beds, very quite, the only thing that could have been better is if the A/C was on and curtin closed befor my checkin, the room faced the west and was very hot when we arived and was a long time cooling of , other than that great room and price,I would stay there again

Rooms very clean Beds were comfortable would recomend to others traveling to Tucson. Oh yes rates were very reasonable.

The Innplace hotel offers little mini-suites that give you a little nook for a refridgerator andcoffee maker. The room was clean and very quiet, although parking for a large truck was a little tricky. The location is very convenient to dining. I will definitely book here again.

We asked for a room in the back away from the main road and it was very quiet. The room was small but had TV, microwave, fridge, coffee, maker, and W-Fi. Good location for the north side of town. The hotel is showing its age, however, for $54+ we thought it was a great deal.

Requested a quiet room in the back away from the traffic noise of Oracle Road. Got a room in the back and it was quiet , however the wi-fi signal in this room was so weak that I could not get on line. Mentioned it a few times to the front desk but all I got was head nodding but no acknowledgment that there was a problem. Finally sat in the lobby and […] I was able to access the "free" wi-fi. No attempt to fix or make some accommodation. Not a good experience! Les mer

The staff were very nice and the rooms well cleaned. But the lay-out with all rooms opening to the outside, constant traffic and parties in the room next door made it difficult to sleep.

Nice comfortable bed, appreciated the frig, micro, and coffee pot. The room was clean. The front desk host was pleasant and the continental breakfast was more than I expected. Outstanding!

The staff was fantastic. From the front desk clerks to the pool guy, these people have great people skills. Our room was very clean and it was great to have a kitchen. There were markets close by and we enjoyed dining in for part of our stay. The pool was super clean and well maintained. The pool chairs could use an upgrade though. When checking-in we were asked if we wanted a room upstairs or on the ground floor. We asked for the ground floor because we were very tired and didn't want to climb stairs. I thought that was very thoughtful of them to ask. The hotel was close to both malls, very clean. the free breakfast was great, they even had a free dinner/bbq while we were there. Staff were friendly

Excelente trato, limpio y muy cómodo, buen desayuno, lo único malo es que solo se habla inglés y no hay internet wireless en las habitaciones. Sin duda vilvería a hospedarme ahí.

Hôtel très agréable et calme avec une jolie cour intérieure et piscine (pas chauffée), chambre propre et bon lit. Petit déjeuner impeccable. On retourne volontiers. Seul petit probleéme. Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas dans notre chambre (probablement trop éloigné), mais il va bien aux endroits plus centraux.

El aire acondicionado no rinde para toda la suite, tuvimos que dormir en el sofa cama por que nunca llegó el aire al cuarto donde esta la cama. Todo lo demas esta muy padre cuenta con todo, alomejor en invierno sería excelente quedarte ahí. Las areas de alberca y pasillos la verdad estan muy sucias, definitivamente les falta personal de limpieza. El […] elevador huele horrible y muy sucio también, casi que me daban ganas de sacar la escoba para barrer. El precio es lo único que esta excelente por el tipo de zona. Les mer

Las habitaciones están muy bien, solo que parece que estan remodelando ya que los alrededores no se encuentran de lo mejor. Pero muy buen servicio y atenciones.
