Outside looks nice. Inside is run-down, my room had no furniture at all. There is no ice machine that works, the vending machines didn't work, and there the hotel is deserted at night, no night staff at all. It felt more like a college dorm than a hotel. Stay away from this dump.

Was located near a small plaza with local restaurants and moderately priced. I would stay there again.

We booked this hotel because of price and location to a family emergency, and it is pet friendly. We took food from home and didnt make it because the kitchenette was dirty, no dish soap, only two glasses in the entire room. The bed had debris under it, the remote didnt work, the tv was analog 20"...really?? The sheets didnt fit the matress so it was […] exposed and was old, dirty, tattered and not comfortable. You'd see this sort of mattress out for the garbage pickup. The bathroom floor had tears in the vinyl and was dirty. The carpet had dirt and stains. Les mer

this hotel was not clean at all. This is an extended stay hotel, with kitchen, but the kitchen was disgusting. I have stayed at other extended stay hotels, which were clean and accommodating. There is nothing accommodating about this hotel...bring your own dishsoap, coffee, plates, etc. Clean everything before you use it..including the coffee pot. Also, […] there seems to be people actually living at this hotel, the school bus stopped and picked up kids in the mornings. I have stayed there before and was satisfied. Rooms are big and all have a microwave and Frig/freeze and stove. The main reason I stay here is all the rooms are insude,no doors opening to the weather,which does get really cold. The room heater was very quiet and effective. The shower was great,tall shpwer head(I'm 6'2) Dissapointments,limited selections […] on TV and the in room high speed WiFi was an additional charge.I must of missed that in their descrption. From the friendly staff who checked us in to the room-everything was great. I would definitely stay in extended stay whenever possible.

You sent my colleagues to an occupied room (one colleague is lame and it's difficult for him to get around); there was no one at the attendant desk on the one occasion I stopped; and my colleagues say they were not able to find an attendant late in the evening when they really needed one. When I complained to the attendant, the excuse was "we have a […] lot of room work going on." No good excuse for the miserable service levels at this location. Never again! Les mer

I travel on a budget when by myself and am no t a picky person. But I was surprised at the quality of this room for the price I paid. Yes, I shopped around and thought I know not to expect The W. But pubic hair on the bathroom sink and burns from cooking pans on the kitchenette counter made this hotel not worth the bargain price.

The staff was friendly. The place was clean. The mattress was not comfortable. We could hear the people next to us and above us even though they were just having conversations. The walls are just thin. I wouldn't stay there again.

Somehow my reservation didn't make it to the hotel from hotels.com (or it was misplaced by the hotel). The hotel's reservation desk closes at 11pm, so if you arrive after and there is an issue with your reservation, you are hosed. The hotel was booked and the one staff person available didn't know how to use the computer system, so I had no choice but […] to spend an hour finding another hotel. bedspread and blankets were dirty

The hotel was not the nicest I have ever stayed in but it was what I expected for the price. Gear hotel if you just want a place to stay and dont care about amenities.

Overall the stay was "poor." -- When we checked in, one of our reservations (2 singles) had been overbooked and they had put a cot in the queen room. Unacceptable. The manager did fix this by giving us 2 queen rooms, -- Overall the hotel was not the cleanest I have stayed at, by far. -- During our stay, the walk, drives and parkingarea was never cleaned […] out for safe walking, -- When we asked for the chance of getting a late check-out - we were told .....NO! Nice place to stay. Only downside was $4.99 one time fee for WiFi

Very friendly and helpful staff. I did not like having to pay for internet; although, it is a flat rate for your entire stay. The room design is very innovative with a kitchenette built right in, giving you a real home like feel. Good bathroom with good pressure. Easy access to I-390 makes it very convenient.

for the price we paid and the service we got we were completely satisfied. we could have paid double in the city and gotten snooty service, no parking and terrible food. Good decision on the wife's part for the booking.

I usually stay at this hotel chain in GREECE NY, but now prefer this location. Closer to R.I.T. and the staff were exemplarily. Very helpful and attentive.

The hotel really does not pay attention to details or customers, needs a management shake-up.

Room was book weeks in advance, arrived to find that our room was not availabe. We had little choice but to accept their alternate, which was a single full size bed and an air mattress. There was little to no room on the floor to place the air mattress, you could not walk through the space without stepping over the mattress. Overhead lights were missing […] lenses. Laminate was seperated from cabinets. Wi-fi worked sporadically. Les mer

Although I had a non-smoking room confirmed, they put me in a smoking room that was terrible! Very non-accomodating.

Very pleasant stay. Room was clean. overall a nice place for a older building. Fast check in and very pleasant. Great Room for the money

Stayed one night. Very comparable to other hotels of that stature. Kitchenette in room. No breakfast.

We loved having a full kitchen almost, you save alot of money making food at the hotel instead of eating out every meal. also the price was extremely reasonable.

Room was comfortable but could have been cleaner. Bathroom shower and sink did not look like they were cleaned very well after last guest.
