Hotellet låg i passeleg avstand frå sentrum, ca. 20 min. spasertur nedover Broadway. Nærliggende spiseplasser rett over gaten. Frokosten var imidlertid ikkje heilt som heime (amerikansk) Rommet var heilt OK og hadde alt vi hadde bruk for. Servicen var upåklagelig med hyggelig og meget hjelpsom betjening,spesielt må nevnes org. av turen til Graceland med egen sjåfør. Hotellet kan anbefales.

Bra hotell med komertable rom. Ligger et stykke utenfor sentrum, ca 10-15 min med bil. Servicen er som på de andre hotellene vi bodde på, så kanskje er det amrikansk service at de ikke gjør seg ferdig med en gjest før de starter med neste og har mange å forholde seg til slik at ventetiden gjerne blir lang ved innsjekking og når du trenger hjelp til […] noe. Gjester som allerede bodde der hadde fortrinnsrett, greit å vite at selv om du har bestilt og betalt på forhåd er det ingen garanti for at du får dette. Det er slik det fungerer der sa de, helt uforståelig for oss, men, men, selv om vi ikke fikk det vi hadde betilt ordnet det seg på et vis etter en del venting. Les mer

Bed was too firm for me. Did not care for bathroom setup. Sink and vanity in the room, toilet and shower only in a very small room. This room was redone and was very clean, so that was nice. The room was very spacious and would be nice for a family.

"Opry Mills location okay"
This hotel is in a good location but they were remodeling during our stay. Very loud. Beds were very small. Staff was friendly.
"Hyatt Place Opryland - A great place to stay"
My room was clean, large and just like a small apartment with a fridge, sink, computer table, living room space separated from the bedroom by a divider, a bathroom with the sink and mirror outside, closet, and dressers. The TV was a very large flat screen that could be turned for viewing in the living room or bedroom. Housekeeping staff were very pleasant, […] as well as the rest of the hotel staff. I had a great stay. I only wish the shuttle service was better. I had to wait 30 min at the airport for a pickup and sometimes getting to/from the Opryland conference center was not prompt either. If their parking rates were not so high, I would have drove myself back and forth but because of the cost found myself at the mercy of the hyatt shuttle service. Les mer

"Excellent Staff"
This hotel had the friendliest front desk staff I have ever encountered and I have stayed in many, many hotels over the years. The variety of breakfast items were great, but I did find a hair in my sandwich. The bathroom was also very small but that would not stop me from staying there again.

Although the desk folks were real friendly, and helpful the breakfast left a bad taste in our mouths. The fruit was great and selection was fine with the bread items. However when it came to the entrees, they were always stale, dry, and not really eatable. It wasn't until the last day I reolized why. All the sandwiches were made at once and kept in […] a covered electric scillet for the entire time breakfast was served. When someone would take a couple, a couple stale replacements were put in their place. These should be prepared fresh regurarly during the morning. "Opreyland Nashville"
We had a great stay after overcoming the noise of renovations. My wife and I booked through Hotels.com and was never notified that the hotel was under renovation. We had to asked to be relocated to the other side of hotel due to high level of noise from the pool being sandblasted below our bedroom window. the staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. I like their new concept of having a divider between the bed and the sofa making a living area with a desk and kitchen type area. The free breakfast was very good.

Clean rooms, friendly service and close to downtown Nashville. Would definitely stay there again.
Hyatt Place Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Did not like the maid coming real early on the day we were to check out to see if we were gone. Other than that a a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

Other than the water problems that were occurring at the time of our stay, the hotel provided a nice stay. Servicemen went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
"Only A Few Complaints"
Hotel was very clean! Staff was very friendly, helpful, and accomodating. Food from the cafe in the lobby was suprisingly good, although I thought it was a little pricey. We also loved the free shuttle ride to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel, made it very easy and convenient. My only complaints would be that the free continental breakfast was not very good; […] the fruit tasted sour, muffins were hard, breakfast sandwhich was ok. Also, while we were there they kept having difficulty with their computer. Receipts would not print, could not run our card so items were charged to our room and one transaction was charged twice for two different amounts instead of one total amount which was somewhat annoying but these things happen. This hotel is very nice. Some of the amenities in the hotel were flat screen tv's, refrigerator, kitchen area in room, etc. Also, the complimentary breakfast was great. Not only were the customary donuts, bagels, and juices offered, but also a "hot" breakfast was given, which included sandwiches and other meat items. The staff was also friendly. We have stayed at Hyatt place in Philly, orlando, and Nashville (2 locations). We will never stay in any other hotel. This chain will totally spoil you for any other chain. From the aroma as you walk into the lobby, until you leave. They should bottle and sell the smell. It is top notch in every way. Breakfasts are excellent, the rooms are spacious […] and exceptional. I had an excellent stay at this Hyatt Place. I was in town for a conference at the convention center, and the hourly shuttle was very convenient. "Beautiful, comfy, and very large rooms"
We have stayed at many suites but this wasn't booked as a suite but was larger than many we paid extra for at other locations. The room was very comfortable and large, the staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel looked new and clean. We were extremely pleased with the accomodations and the breakfast.

Entire staff at hotel were very friendly and helpful on our first-time stay in Nashville. The provided continental breakfast could have included more choices but food was very good.

"Nice room in the price range."
The room was great, I loved the layout as every room here is a mini suite. The TV was amazing. The pillows were top notch, The only detractions were a lack of a telephone book. I informed the desk at which the silly girl said "hotels don't keep telephone books anymore" The shower controls were a bit antiquated, but those are the only things I can say […] bad about this room. I stayed for one night after a friend's wedding, in a king single, and the hotel was great. Clean and spacious room, very comfortable bed, nice couch and ottoman, friendly front desk staff, continental breakfast, location that was easy to find. A good experience...

"Great Stay in Wonderful location"
We had the best customer service experience upon check in. The staff were all helpful and kind. We had 2 rooms and both were fantastic. Sleep quality was GREAT. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about. Location was excellent. We had a car so it was easy for us to get around. Not sure how you would get around […] with out a car. Highly reccommend staying here. Would stay here again myself!!! Les mer
