The price was right, but next time, I will definitely be spending a little more money to stay in a nicer hotel. The beds were hard as a rock, the pool was freezing, and I was afraid to have my bare feet touch the carpet. The staff was very friendly and helpful though. Quality of service was fantastic. Our bed was really hard, so we didn't sleep well.

It was very nice to stay there, the staff was super friendly in anything and everything we could have imagined!! The hot tub was also nice and hot unlike most places where it feels like a warm bathtub.

I wasn't expecting red carpet service and just needed a place to spend the night. But the breakfast room is much too small not many people can eat at the same time. For the price it was decent and clean.

Not very close to Marquette but in a quiet area. Some noises coming from pipes that can get annoying. Hot tub does not get very hot. Continental breakfast is good.

"Convenient for snowmobile trails"
Location good for getting on snowmobile trails which is why we were up there, otherwise, outdated.

Easy online check in but had to wake up staff who werent exactly pleasant. Descent room and descent sleep. Ok breakfast.
This hotel is awful. You get what you pay for. The rooms are in extreme disrepair. The walls are paper thin.

this was the worst place iv ever stayed at. it was dirty and it stank really bad like a basement with dirty feet! the bed was hard as a rock and i was cold all night due to the door having hudge air leaks in it and the hall way not being heated! i would never stay here or even suggest anyone stay here. the lady at the counter didnt even ask how my stay […] was as we checked out. the pool room was driping water from the ceiling and it was so foggy and dirty in there i couldnt even breath. the whole point of a vaction is to be relaxed and i was far from that even after driving in a snow storm when i just wanted to i coudlnt relaxe! I really enjoyed my stay at this location. It was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a quiet simpleplace to stay.

Where do I start, the pool was super cold, the hot tub was way too hot. My room needed a new paint job and there was hair in the bath tub and toilet that was not our's. The parking lot was not plowed well and the parking lot was very icy. The room for the free breakfast looked like it was an afterthought. When the jets stopped in the hot tub you had […] to get out walk over to the front desk and ask for them to turn it back on. Stains throughout the whole hotel. "Grandson says......"
My grandson was not pleased when we pulled up to the hotel. He was okay with the pool - but we only stayed one night because we were there for hockey. We interacted with 3 of the people who worked there. They were all delightful and helpful. Since we were in the Marquette area for medical reasons and only spent one night, our stay was great. We travel with small dogs and were welcome, a big plus for us!

"Would only stay again if in a tight pinch"
This hotel is nothing to rave about. The low cost compared to other area hotels shows in the dated furnishings. The service was good, the rooms were clean, but this is a hotel for families with kids on vacation who simply need a place to crash in between long fun-filled days. Also, kids probably don't care about shabby furniture as long as there's a […] pool. You can feel that old rubbery-upholstered mattress beneath the sheets. The table was very old and thus warped from dozens of spills. The towels were white and clean (a plus), and the hotel offers 50% discounts to use the fitness center across the highway. I would recommend this hotel because it is clean and a low cost, but if the budget permits I'd go for something a little more upscale and closer to Marquette. Les mer

"America's Best Value Inn: in & out!"
Only stay here if you absolutely need to or dont care about quality whatsoever. It was gross/ musty/ unclean. Mold spots everywhere and sheets smelled funny. Very obvious it had not be taken care off/ cleaned recently. I would highly NOT recommend.

I didn't have high expectations for the hotel (not really based on anything), but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodations. My boyfriend and I only stayed one night, making a stop on a long road trip, so we didn't use most of the amenities (pool, etc.). The room was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was provided. […] The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful in answering our questions. Check-in and check-out was easy and efficient. And the continental breakfast provided was the best out of all four hotels we stayed at on our trip. I was not looking for a luxurious motel but I thought it would be a little nicer but for a one night stay it was fine good price and close enough to town and the main road

America's Best was a great place to stay, its a couple minutes outside of Marquette. Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. Convenient breakfast in the morning.

"Not what we were hoping for."
Spent one night at the motel. Pool was so cold I couldn't get in (though the kids were ok with it). My wife and I wanted the hot tub, but that was too hot. Then, when we went to breakfast, they were out of waffle batter and apple juice. Had to track down a staff to get more, but they did have more, so we still had a decent breakfast. Kind of rundown […] looking place, but room was functional. Pool area was really dark as well. Prefer a lighter atmosphere. At least the rates were good...better than any other place with a pool and jacuzzi around there, but doesn't do much good if they're so hot or cold you can't use them. Les mer

This hotel was one of the worst I've ever stayed in. I didn't even feel comfortable leaving my car trunk open while I carried stuff into the room, because the area was suspect, as were the other motel patrons. We also have Sprint phones and got no reception at all in this spot. The walls were very thin and even on a Wednesday evening, there was so much […] late-night partying going on that even if I could forget about the nasty room and the hard-as-a-board bed, I still couldn't have slept. Our room was sick! Stains all over the walls and carpet. I wouldnt let my daughter leave the bed! The room had a real funny smell to it, and the hotel was just all around dirty! It seemed like the kind of hotel that would charge you by the hour. Do yourself a favor, and spend a few more dollors and stay somewhere else.

Great place to stay for the price - the owners are great and very helpful. I was warmly received and it was a great spot to stay, on the highway and yet quiet. The room was clean. I was too tired to use the pool etc. but saw others having a good time. I would stay again! Also it is right on the bike path so good choice for cyclists.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a hard time getting in the door to the hall and the dead bolt didn't work. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable . no tub and pipes coming from the wall to shower. this is a good place to stay just overnight
