Almost everything OK, very nice and helpful personnel. But cleaning insufficient. Hair on the bathroom floor and needed to ask for missing bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap tray)

Enjoy my stay. The room was great, clean and comfortable. I checked in and after I got to my room, I asked for a room witha better view and without hesitation I was given another room.

Good hotel for good rate for our weekend stay. Had a little problem with the air conditioner in our room, but turned out fine for a very humid weekend. Would return again.

Clean rooms and great service I expected from 4star hotel. I would definitely come back. You will appreciate beautiful architec of building along with peaceful presence of koi fish indoor.

I left not 1 but 2 iPads in a bedside table! Liz, the Director of housekeeping was wonderful. She located them and shipped them back to us. Customer service at its best!

I felt the price was high for the hotel itself. Beautiful lobby and entry but the rooms were average. I was taken away with the staff from the maid to the reservation people the went above and beyond so I was not disappointed. This is our fourth time to stay here. We come in to visit with family throughout the year and this is a good hotel that is close to a few of our stops. We stay here during our Christmas visit as well. Always decorated nice and the staff is friendly and accommodating. My wife and I since we meet had only stayed at the Omni Hotel. It's our hotel of choice. We love the koi fishes and as always the service. The valet driver was funny and he made us laugh and we really needed it after the long drive. There was another customers who was truly rude to him (valet driver) and even though he notice it as well we did he was […] very professional. Koodos points to him. This hotel met and exceeded our expectations. We got the best price. Hotel is near major highway. It provides free parking. Staff is helpful and professional. Our room condition was marvelous. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Will definitely come back. The only comment I have is the hot water took a good five minutes running in the early evening shower […] on the fifth floor. I booked the hotel for the MS 150 ride - you get up at 5 AM and have to be out the door quickly. When the hot water didn't work, I didn't have much of an option except not to take a shower. I couldn't wait for an engineer to resolve the issue. Was not a great start to the day.

I really like the design of the lobby.It is very relaxing and the largeness of it dilutes any crowd. The service was excellent. This will be my Houston hotel.

The hotel was very nice, wish it had 2 queens vs 2 doubles. The staff was very helpful & friendly! The location was perfect lots of options for dining out nearby. The Omni is now a fav for me : )

Felt like the hotel staff had a ration on toilet paper. Had to call to get a roll sent up to room, since there was no replacement roll available in our bathroom. Also attended a banquet in the grand ballroom during our stay, overflowing with women, and the nearest ladies room was -- you guessed it -- not equipped with a replacement supply of toilet […] paper. Women in droves aren't appreciative of paper neglect. Ladies room also ran out of hand wiping towels at the lavatories. Tissue had to be used instead of toilet paper and hand wiping after wash. Also, coffee stirrers were apparently on ration in the room as well. We requested regular coffee be stocked instead of decaf, with extra sweeteners and creamers, but we apparently neglected to advise that stirrers were required to mix. None were left in our room. We also left housekeeping a $5 tip our first night to help with the request. Never left a tip the next night. Otherwise, stay was comfortable, hotel pretty, and reasonable on rates. Les mer

Located at Katy Freeway with easy access to downtown. Very comfortable bed. Really liked water feature in the hotel and on hotel grounds. Does not offer FREE internet, which is a big minus.

Unfortunately our family vacation overlapped with the NBA All Star game. In addition to all of Houston being booked up and rates being doubled, the Omni Westside was full of guests who were looking to party and get rowdy late in to the night. We had guests across the hall who were sitting outside their room drinking from liquor bottles, smoking pot, […] and in and out of the room around 4-5 AM. Also were people in the parking garage sitting in their car smoking pot while scantily clad women leaned in to their car to talk. Was not directly the hotel's fault, but they did nothing to put a stop to it. Les mer

The walls are paper thin! We could hear our neighbors talking ALL NIGHT LONG. The TV was on in their room and people in the halls partying kept us up all night. If you want to get sleep, do not stay at this hotel.

The hotel was above par. Expected more from OMNI. The beds are very very uncomfortable, and the bathroom is small. Other than that it was alright. I would not stay there again.

Everyone was very friendly and hotel was comfortable. The only complaint we have is regarding the bar hours. The operating hours were not listed and after a long drive to our hotel all we really wanted was a glass of wine before we retired to our room. I'm not accustomed to a hotel bar closing before 11pm on a Friday evening.

The hotel was very nice. The atrium and downstairs is very attractive and welcoming. The food and food service was wonderful. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The only downside and hardly noticable is the rooms are dated and need to be updated, however they are very clean and the beds are confortable.

The only problem with my room was that the heating did not work properly the first night. I called guest services and someone was there within 10 minutes. The problem was fixed quickly, and I slept in comfort for the rest of the stay. Valet service was especially good. Room service got morning coffee to the room as requested. Great building design quality with connected interior and exterior reflecting pools around a large atrium with bridges to the wings of rooms, views and natural light.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Parking was very easy with an attached garage. Staff was polite and accommodating.

Not impressed. The room was awkwardly layout and definitely not living up to its class. For the money, I probably won't be staying there again.
