GREAT Breakfast! Clean room but tub drain did not go down. Disgusting. Beds were not comfortable. Other than that, very happy with staff and great breakfast!! Would book again but check out beds before I took room. Very hard.

Not as close to the airport as I thought it would be. Our room had "sleep number beds" which we thought were horrible. Otherwise standard room.

"Convenient to Strong Memorial Hospital"
We have used this hotel a number of times while in the Rochester area. We find the staff pleasant, the room and hotel always clean. The breakfast is a plus along with the tea/coffee and cookies available for guests. They seem to think of everything. Restaurants are close by and the location is perfect.

Everything was perfect about this hotel. I love the treatment you get at Country Inn by Carlson. The lobby cookies and coffee available 24 hours is wonderful. It's a homey expereince. Breakfast was fantastic too! Will definately stay when we return to Rochester or are looking to stay anywhere there is a Country Inn.

This hotel is one of my preferred hotels. Clean, comfortable beds, all the conveniences, excellent internet, warm pool and decent continental breakfast. It is in close proximity to my son's school and the prices are usually great.

OK ... Ive been here before and the location is great, staff is helpful, but when the toilet broke, there was only a desk clerk on and I had to move to another room. They gave me a suite, but it had a VERY noisy air handler inside and when the wind came up, it blew right through the heater. I like to sleep in a cool room, but this was too much. I have stayed here before but it is showing its age. the carpets are looking a bit worn and stained and the hot tub is crummy. I was disappointed that when I turned it on, it blew in cold water through the jets and that the jets shot water up and splashed into my ears and hair ... I went there in part for the hot tub ...

Was expecting this hotel to be in par with other Country Inns that I have stayed in. Learned a lesson, not to rely on the reputation of Carlson but expect the unpleasant first time and next time try not to stay at another Country Inn.

We rented four adjacent rooms for ourselves, our children and grandchildren and found our stay to be very enjoyable. The buffet breakfast in the morning was the best "breakfast-included" meal we have ever had in a hotel in U. S. A. We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites while passing through NY. The hotel lobby was quaint and decorated for the holidays. Breakfast was hearty and satisfying. Books in the lobby to borrow was a great idea, our 10 years old son enjoyed that option. The pool was clean. The spa was okay, had a bit of foam on top that seemed odd. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. It was convenient the rates were reasonable, the bed comfortable, and the person at the desk very nice. I enjoyed staying here and was sorry that I hadn't known about it when my daughter was in college in Rochester and we came to visit her.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The only reason I rated it a 4 was because of an issue with the drain in the bathroom in one room. We ended up having to move to a different room because maintenance does not work on the weekends. Other than that, everything was perfect. Reservations were messed up as far as #of beds, and handicapped accessable, but the hotel was nice, convienent location and clean. The breakfast was excellent and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
