Hotellet var en opplevelse. Stranden utenfor var helt fantastisk for bading og turgåing. Frokosten var enorm og veldig god.

#1] at 1 am the noise was still going strong. #2] even tho there was no one else at the front desk, the desk clerk was in the back in a social conversation w/ the GM. It took me 25 min. to check in.

"Very close to the beaches and downtown"
Great hotel!!! The staff (front desk, breakfast, manager) was very attentive. Great location!!! Few minutes to the beaches and downtown. Clean and modern room with free Wi-Fi. They also accept pets and they don't charge for that. My family and I really enjoyed our stay there and we are planning to come back this summer.

The hotel was having major repairs and the noise and dirt from plastering in the corridors was very distressing.The dirt came into our rooms under the doors. Complained to reception but they were not interested.

I stayed here in 2006. After 6 years I came back and I will certainty stay here next time I come to Naples. The pool is great and hotel very nice and clean. The staff very helpful. It so close to downtown only few minutes in a car and breakfast is quite good.

You get what you pay for. I wanted inexpensive and it was. Good - reasonably clean, comfortable bed, hot shower, microwave, refrigerator in room, decent free breakfast, nice heated pool, very polite helpful staff, good location for our needs. Bad - old, thin linens, "mini" beach towels, outdated everything, not even a chair to sit on in the room. The […] microwave still smelled of someone elses tacos. One plug in room did not work (staff did address issue quuckly). We thought it would be more like the Holiday Inn Express hotels, but definately not as nice. Les mer
"think about all your customers."
This is a small point but 50% of all your customers do not like fox news. We know the other half does. We would recommend cnn or hln. Watch your customers in the morning. Alot of us get sick of fox. It does effect where we stay!!!!! We like your hotel but stay out of politics.

The hotel staff we met all were very pleasant and offered to assist us in any way they could. The beds were comfortable and we slept well and the continental breakfast offerings more than generous. We would stay there again.

"Door problems"
We stayed at this hotel last year for the Naples Half Marathon and were very satisfied. This year, however, when we got to the hotel we were repeatedly told it was 100% booked. Normally that wouldn't be a problem, if all the rooms are in good condition. When we got to our room, however, we discovered it closed but didn't lock. At all. Anyone from the […] hallway could push open the door, and we were unable to leave to go to dinner, instead spending an hour with the front desk and hotel maintenance trying to get it fixed. (Both the young man at the front desk and the maintenance guy were very nice and responsive, but there was no avoiding that it was a mechanical problem with the doorknob that the hotel wasn't equipped to deal with... not a minor electrical problem, as the manager claimed.) On a more minor note, our tv didn't work either (understand the hotel is waiting for a cable contract to be up before getting new tvs). Luckily after an hour there was a last-minute cancellation and the nice front desk guy permitted us to change to a different room, otherwise I don't know what we would have done....either risked leaving our door open or moved everything to our car every time we left the room, I guess. Second room was fine but had a wet carpet (shampooed that day). The manager needs to do a better job making sure the hotel is kept in better condition, and that the hotel is not booked 100% solid if reservations cannot be honored in decent, safe rooms. Les mer

"Just an overnight on the way to key west"
The hotel was very clean. Good neighborhood. Continental breakfast. Close to restaurants and right off the Dixie highway.

"Sastisfy"
It was a one night experience and it was okay. The room had a little odor but nothing i could'nt live with. The breakfast its your regular continental . Had a heated pool which the kids enjoyed.

overall the hotel's first impression is better than expected, location is good, bed and room look fine. the first room was "next to" a smoking room and smelled strongly of cigarettes. I changed rooms immediately. the next room smelled like someone's dog had gone to the bathroom in it and the carpet floor was wet. Other people in the hotel had pets […] so they must allow pets.... "A fine cheap hotel for the area"
I was looking for a Naples-area hotel that did not cost an arm and a leg. I don't spend much time in my hotel, so a good location and comfortable bed was all I needed. This fit the bill well. It is not directly in the interesting part of town, but it was just a few minutes drive. The room was comfortable and clean, but the hallway had a bit of a reak […] of old cigarette smoke; the carpets obviously had not been ripped out since the ban. This hotel is more than adequate for the quick stay, it's location is very close to 5th Ave and is on the intersection of Davis and 41. While I didn't eat there, there is an Olive Garden that share it's parking lot. The hotel is older, but is clearly being renovated slowly. The bathroom arrangement is odd, but honestly isn't an issue. The bed was comfortable, […] the air conditioner works, and there was a large mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Wireless internet had a strong signal on the top floor, with reasonably fast service. Had a pool and a treadmill, but wasn't there long enough to use either. If I was staying in town longer, I'd likely spring for a slightly nicer place, probably closer to the beach, but for a quick trip or business, this is more than adequate for the price. Les mer

"Exploring Naplaes"
Never been to Naples before, and had no idea where anything was located. The hotel was in a 3minutes car ride from 5th Avenue, and very good breakfast eateries. When your on a vacation it's all about location,location,location. I would highly recommend our hotel, and return there again. Very clean, and very comfortable. The price very affordable
Enjoyed my stay. The only thing I didn't like was outside my room the corridor smelt like stale smoke.

Originally assigned a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor which is half smoking and half not. There was no way to know that the 3rd floor was the smoking floor but we were told that we should have requested 1st or 2nd floor if we didn't want smoking. Decent motel. Couple areas for improvement. Air conditioner made a whine that made it hard to get to sleep. The ubiquitous wall ac units are often noisy and rarely serviced, Also breakfast was a letdown. Hard boiled eggs, no meat, cereal and waffles. "Nice Hotel"
My son and I stayed a few days and had a great stay. The staff and room were great. The price was very affordable. Was in a perfect location to historical downtown and the beach.

"Great hotel"
This hotel is quiet, clean and location is convenient for an overnight stay and even more. It looks brand new and the archictecture is beautiful. Swimming pool is nice and breakfast is correct.

"4th time at Naples La Quinta"
Our stay at La Quinta was not quite as good as the previous times as there were more people which became a problem for breakfast on Sunday morning. I was trying to use the microwave which did not work, trying to do toast which was a problem as everyone else was trying at the same time. The hair dryer in our room was broken. The hotel needs to check […] after each person leaves to ensure that the rooms are ready for the next visitor. Apart from that, it is comfortable with plenty of space in the room. We always bring our dog and it is not easy to find a dog friendly hotel. The hotel is very convenient to downtown Naples and close to all amenities. We would always choose to stay at this hotel because of the good things about it. Les mer
"COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH BETTER.."
The hotel itself is in a great location, behind the Olive Garden on US41 near Tin City, also near 3rd and 5th on downtown Naples, the Pier, the beach and most happening attractions in Naples. The room was clean except for a dead bug in the ceiling of the restroom. However the toilet never stopped running water after the first flush and it seriously […] sounded like we had an annoying waterfall in the room. I informed the front desk lady and she apologized that they didn't have anyone from mantainance at the property and there was nothing she could do. Therefore, I called the following morning and no one in the front desk answered the phone. Called again in the evening and again no one answered the front desk phone. To top it off, I paid for a King size bed and got two (almost full size) queen bed's and of course the front desk girl couldn't do anything about it. Definitely not staying here again and completly unsatisfatied stay during my vacation stay. Les mer
