"Nice place. Clean. Great breakfast"
Loved it! Very fair price. Nice location. Staff was superb...especially guy behind the front desk. But the housekeeping folks were super pleasant, as well. Breakfast (and breakfast lady) likewise terrific. Pool was immaculate and just the right temperature. I would stay here again any time.
"close to where we met our friends for drinks"
I really enjoyed my stay. We had a room with a Jacuzzi in it. We both loved that. We liked that the room was very neat and orderly. We also enjoyed the f free breakfast.

Good quality hotel. Quiet, clean room. Good breakfast buffet. The only complaint that I have is that the TV reception was not good. Very pixelated. I am not sure if it was the condition of the TV or the actual channel signals.

Stayed at the Ramada Inn just off I-55 in Springfield, IL. Wife and I enjoyed the room. It was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

They hotel itself was nice, but the guy at the desk seemed to have an attitude when I checked in. That is the only thing that put a bad taste in my mouth...

"Comfortable clean room, friendly staff."
Room was very comfortable. King bed and a nice recliner. LCD tv with a great picture. Bath was clean but did lack good, hot water. It was hot but I like it real hot. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good breakfast and the lady running it was very nice. It had a nice view from the back of the hotel overlooking a pond. Pleanty of shopping and restaraunts […] available within a few blocks. "Short stay visiting family"
We stayed at this hotel over the thanksgiving holiday visiting family in town. So I honestly did not spend a whole lot of time in the room or hotel. The room was clean and the hotel was just fine. This hotel is situated in a nice quiet area situated in its own little corner in the back of the business district on the north end of town. We had a great stay. The rooms were confortable and CLEAN. The complimentary breakfast had a large selection. We only wish it could have been downtown, but then we would have paid a higher price.

"Bad wi-fi"
The Ramada Springfield North is generally nice with comfortable beds and decent breakfast. However, my last two stays there were disappointing due to the very weak wifi. It was so bad both times that I used my cellular card which is also very slow -- but better than Ramada's wifi.

Just a quick stay overnight on our way to Chicago. Excellent condition, delicious breakfast in the morning, friendly staff.

This hotel's staff is very friendly, breakfast is great, cleanliness is top par and they will do anything and everything to accommodate and make your stay perfect. The rooms are new renovated and very spacious, mattress/pillows are comfortable. I loved staying here, this was my second time but not the last. "Decent"
I needed to use this hotel for a one night stay. The room was clean and not questionable at all. The hotel was a little beat up because it had obviously been used. The breakfast was pretty good except that there were a few moldy bagels. The cleaning crew was a bit loud and abrasive. Overall, good hotel for a one night stay.

"Good clean friendly hotel"
I was in town for a conference at Prairie Convention Center downtown. Hotel is located just off Interstate and about 10 minute drive from downtown, even in morning rush hour. Buffet breakfast was pretty good, not just stale pastries like some places but good selection of cereal, toast/muffins/bagels/croissants, scrambled eggs (ok), and sausage. Friendly […] staff. Clean bathrooms. Good Wi-Fi in room but maybe because my room was next to lobby. Even so, the room was very quiet as soon as door was shut. Plenty of fast food joints nearby for simple dinner Les mer

the fidge in the room did not work and the carpet had just been shampood of something there was a very musty smell to the room and the carpet was damp, but other than that it was very nice. away from the traffic and close to food and stores

"Family Friendly"
The staff was wonderful, the room clean and comfortable, the pool great for kids. My granddaughter was impressed with the in-room refrigerator (which we used) and the microwave(which we didn't). Convenient location and pleasant atmosphere.
We had a great stay. Beds were very comfortable,it was clean and the breakfast was great. I would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast. Enjoyed the Mexican restaurant right down the road. The room was very clean, however a bit musty smelling, typical hotel smell. I liked all the counter space in bathroom and the second sink was nice.
Difficult to find. We had two rooms, both air conditioners either were at 60 or did not work. Sheets on one of the beds looked like someone used it as toilet paper. Hard to understand how housekeeping could not see this. Other then those items, which were mentioned to hotel staff, the place was just ok.

The Ramada was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and there was a wide variety, unlike most continental breakfasts. I would recommend this hotel.

The Staff was kind and accomadating. Room was clean and updated. We will be coming back as long as things stay the way they are or better. The couple drawbacks are the continental breakfast had some things that were not fresh. But overall a wonderful stay.
