Hotel was traditional and more than satisfactory. Offsite fitness center was not convenient but bike rental on site was great. Restaurant was ho-hum, but cookies and tea were fantastic. Convenient to town and staff was friendly.

Everything about the Woodstock Inn is gracious, from the enormous fireplace at the entrance and the beautiful grounds to the fabulous customer service. As an example, in most luxury hotel rooms you get those tiny little samples of shampoo and lotion. Not at the Woodstock Inn--where there are full size pump bottles of all of the amenities. We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Woodstock Inn. It's a beautiful facility, inside and outside. The grounds are well manicured with spring blooms on display. It's perfectly located. We'll be back.
My husband and I went for a quick get away in January. The hotel is like a beautiful picture. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a little small but very clean and comfortable. "Woodstock Inn and Resort in Woodstock VT"
The cookies the Inn served at afternoon tea between 4-5pm were the best chocolate chip and oatmeal we ever had. The town is so quaint and a great hike is right behind the Inn. It is an easy hike on Faulkner Trail and the summit has an amazing view! Don't miss it.
