While the room was clean the overall feeling of the hotel was that it was outdated. The fan didn't work in our bathroom so the room got very stuffy after everyone showered. our room and the lobby smelled very stale. The breakfast room is very small with limited seating which meant we picked up breakfast and went back to our room. I thought it was overpriced […] for the condition and value. I would have looked for another place but the town was sold out due to multiple sporting events going on at the same time. Les mer

Was just what you would expect for a B- Quality Inn Motel. Was convenient, clean and the staff (one person) was just fine. Bed was OK but couldn't get the airconditioning to work right. Fortunatley it wasn't a hot night so didn't try to do anything. If you are looking for a place to sleep, this is just fine.

Stay was OK, 22 shell casings in the parking lot next to our vehicle, room was not cleaned one day, the door had damage around the lock from being broken into several times and they ran out of coffee for the rooms. But it was cheap so can't expect too much.

Not the greatest. The lobby smelled strongly of pine-sol, the battery in the smoke alarm in my room was failing (beeping) so the night lobby guy just told me to take the battery out, and the tiny pillows were not very practical to sleep on.

The only problem we had was the room smelled stale & musty.

We went away from this location as it was getting run down. I'm glad we came back our room was clean and during the evening it was quiet, no extra curicular activities

Close to town and sights. The only thing we enjoy and like the hotel is the front desk guy( the receptionist) He is a very welcoming employee and explain to us about the hotel and Yakima area. Your room was located just back of a restaurent. No privacy between the hotel and the restaurent, the road, so we hear cars parked and go. I woke up many time […] during the night because as i turned my head to the other side, iget get my head on the matress. The pillows we re to small. Never in other hotels we stayed we had small pillows enought for a baby to sleep on. A small corner of the bathtub, the paint is off.Your door, u can see the outside light coming through in the dark.Smell..the coffee maker is and old one that u dont want to use it. We will not going back there. Les mer

Room was comfortable great breakfast eggs sausage cereal toast waffles a real value. Had a king size bed very comfortable except for the very small hard pillows like bags of saw dust in a pillow case. Other wise great

The room and service was good, the only thing is the ice machine on our level did not work and our phone did not work, i told the front office he noted it.also the breakfast room could use some air conditioning during the summer months there, sometimes it get in the 100;s. at the time we statyed it was only like 70 in the am and it was not enjoyable […] to eat when its so hot. otherwise we loved the pillows and beds. Well let be real this place really smells weird, I think is the carpet. but the room is nicely furniture. if you turn on the AC you wouldnt hear any noise coming from outside. I had a great breakfast it really paid off there wonderful waffles :) Is a really reasonable price n great location

This is just your basic place to rest and get a breakfast. No frills, fairly comfortable corners of the bathroom floor looked dirty. Old tub surround that was actually cracked. needs a little maintenance, but I just need a place to sleep and some coffee so it was OK

Quality Inn lives up to their promise of comfortable beds and pillows. We slept really well the 4 days we stayed here.

Rooms were clean but dated one bed had a broken frame. hotel staff was very friendly

The walls are paper thin you can hear everythig coming from adjoining neighbors. The springs in the mattresses were very uncomfortable and pillows were small and very lumpy.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is a little old, they have made some upgrades but the work was of poor quality. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was firm, like cardboard. The hotel is close to the freeway and shopping/dining. My room key quit working on the second day but was quickly fixed.

Stayed here during a baseball tournament for our son. The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The beds were a little hard but overall the rooms were not bad. Pool was small and could use a jacuzzi. Hint hint...

Just old, creepy, and smelly. Not what I would have expected from the Quality Inn brand.

The hotel is a couple of miles from downtown Yakima, so it is not and ideal place to stay if you like to be able to walk from your hotel to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc. However, it's a short and direct drive into town, so the location is not bad. The room was reasonably nice, actually slightly larger and more comfortable than I had expected. […] The only problem with the room was a really loud air conditioner. AC units in hotels are often a little bit noisy, but this one was exceptionally loud. Les mer

Not everything was bad. The fresh hot breakfast every morning was very good. The lady incharge of the breakfast was very nice.
