Hotellet har behov for vedlikehold, og oppgradering. Særlig når det gjelder baderum. Her fungerte ikke dusjen (kranene var ødelagde). Kjøleskapet (minibaren) var uten innhold og virket ikke. Når vi klagde på dette fikk vi vite at den ikke var ment å kjøle ned varer, men holde allerede kalde varer ved samme temp. Bare tull selvfølgelig, men vi fikke […] en reperatør som klarte å få det til å kjøle til en hviss grad. Renholdet var dårlig og parkeringen kjempedyr 35$ per dag. Internett tilgang kostet 10$ per dag. Pluss for hyggelleg (dog litt slitent) pool område. Hyggelig barbetjening og bra frokost servering (som ikke var inkludert i rom prisen) Bra beliggenhet! Hotellet og hotellrommet var skittent. Rommet vårt ble ikke vasket og vi måtte gå ned i resepsjonen og be om nye håndklær tre ganger før en sur vaskedame kom opp med nye håndklær. Anbefaler å velge et annet hotell.

Veldig bra, servicenivå på topp, hyggelige folk. Hadde et veldig lytt rom og slitsom nabo, men fikk nytt rom uten spørsmål. Ingen WiFi. Pluss for treningsrom og fasiliteter. Fint prisnivå.

Flott beliggenet. Hyggelige ansatte. Men vaskingen bestod av at vaske damen redde opp sengen. Det var skittent når vi kom. Og like skittent gjennom hele oppholdet. Hotellet er ikke verdt prisen

Veldig fornøyd med beliggenheten. Ellers var uteanlegget veldig fint. Gjennomgående veldig bra standard sett i forhold til prisnivå.

Har bodd flere ganger på Miami Beach, men dette er det første hotellet jeg kan tenke meg å komme tilbake til. Betjeningen var vennlig og serviceminded. Til prisen og beliggenheten er dette absolutt et hotell å anbefale.

In the heart of Miami beach area with short distance to the convention center, the beach and the shopping mall. If these are your main objectives - the location it perfect. Nevertheless this is a hotel with quite a need of renewal. You`ll find grown in shit on the surfaces in the room. All though rooms was ordered in a good way every day. Should had […] a face lift, but then it will become more expencive. All in all a fair deal between standard and cost. If you seek luxury - go another place. If you`re up to the best location with limited standard requerierments - it will do. Good breakfast facility right over the street (Maxines) - beware these is an expensive area. Er du ute etter et rimelig sted å sove og ikke tilbringe mye tid på rommet, som samtidig er i nærhet av det meste på Miami Beach er Richmond ett godt alternativ! Meget hyggelig betjening som hjelper til med bestilling av turer, leiebil osv osv. Rommene er fine men litt mindre en gjennomsnittet i str. (Putene kunne trengt en oppgradering) Beachen er […] rett ut porten ved bassenget - helt topp! Baren/restauranten stenger kl 19, noe som ikke har all verden å si da det finnes nok av andre restauranter i nærområdet. Alt i alt - er du ute etter et helt ok hotell som er rimelig og sentralt er Richmond ett godt valg! Les mer

The Richmond er foreløpig det beste stedet vi har bodd på på South Beach. Det var et veldig fint rom, perfekt beliggenhet, og hyggelige folk. Ikke for mye bråk og ståk, og veldig fint basseng/uteområde. Kan anbefales!

Hotellet ligger på stranden på South Beach i travle Collins Avenue og nær Lincoln Street med mange gode restauranter. Originalt interiør, litt slitt, men det får man tåle om man vi ha ekte og original Art Deco. Selv møblement og baderom var rent og fint men oppdatert Art Deco. hotellet var fint, og lå rett ved stranden og Lincoln Road. Eneste negative vi har og utsette, er servicen i restauranten. Vi måtte vente i evigheter hver gang, og personalet skjønte ikke hva vi bestilte.. Men ellers fine rom og fin beliggenhet.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Right on Collins, close to everything. The beach is right there and the pool and spa at the hotel was great. It was OK for the price but not luxurious by any means. Its an old hotel. the carpet was worn, cracks in the wall, light switches worked sometime. no fridge or coffee maker in the room as stated and the WiFi […] did not work. One thing that really ticked me off was they charged for using the bath robes WHAT!!! But location and price was my main concern so i did get that. And the valet was excellent. Les mer

The hotel is in a great location. It wasn't the cleanest and the Front Desk employees weren't the nicest, but the valet guys were very helpful. It was a good deal at the price.

My sister and I stayed at the hotel not expecting much. However, to our delight, the hotel was awesome. It was very clean and very nice. It was closed to many restaurants and places to have fun. Great place

This hotel was a cute stay. A place to rest your head while on the strip. If you are into artsy hotels with an d school feel, than this hotel will suit you. It is definitely in a great location!! I love that it was inexpensive and still right on the beach. Only downside was the bar area around the pool boasted about a happy hour that did not occur.

The sheets were dirty, furnishing were old and outdated, had to unplug lamps and tv in order to charge our phones. Will not stay here again!

Overall a nice stay. Hot tub and direct access to the beach is definitely a plus. Otherwise, don't expect too much. Rooms are smallish, bathrooms are old fashioned (cute and clean though), and walls are thin - typical for art deco properties.

Convenient location, close to a whole bunch of restaurants and really good service at the hotel. Will definitely come back a second time. Perfect for a getaway, rooms are very clean, specially that. I recommend this place.

This was our first stay at The Richmond. The location is awesome. The front desk staff is friendly and the bellmen were helpful and exceptionally quick. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The pool view is gorgeous and relaxing. The only complaint I have is that I asked to borrow a pair of scissors that I would return as we were getting ready […] to check out. Unfortunately, I was told I would have to bring the item to be trimmed to the front desk as they only had one pair. I would hope for the amount we paid for our room that we could be afforded scissor rental. Please buy your staff more scissors. Les mer

First of all we had all that we wanted. Great hotel with a pool. Walking distance to beach. Had to pay 20$ for rental of chairs but that was ok - because once they were rented they were ours for the day. Make sure to keep the receipt with you because the beach staff is quick on trying to get their $$$ for the rentals. It had rained so we left the beach […] - once the rain stopped we went back and they wanted our $$ again. Luckily I did not get rid of my receipt. The hotel is in walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would stay hear again. We got what we paid for and we were really satisfied. We would definitely stay here again. Airport to hotel (between 35 $ and 40 $) - this hotel has no shuttle service. Les mer

The hotel staff were very helpful especially the front desk the room was clean and tidy it was very quiet with a nice outdoor pool and just 50yards from the beach.the hotel is very well situated in South Beach and i would have no hesitation to recommend this hotel to anyone my stay was very enjoyable.

Considering the price we spent on our four night stay here I wasn't expecting much, how wrong we were. The hotel was spotless and in a beautiful location. The staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful, friendly and made you feel welcome (especially the porters) and the rooms were cosy and well equipt. The pool was beautiful and only a 30 second walk […] to the beach. Will stay at the Richmond again for sure when we visit South Beach in the future. Very impressed. Les mer

The location of the Richmond hotel is fantastic. Immediate access to the beach and a few minutes to the Ocean Drive. Parking garage for $ 16 per 24 hours close by (Collins Avenue about 3 blocks south )

From the moment you walk in, everything about the place feels and looks like a hostel. Their is old carpeting throughout the hotel, the ceilings are very lower, the staff of the hotel isn't professional, the restaurants are sub par and the hotel rooms are very outdated. The location is great. However, the photos make the hotel rooms look MUCH nicer than they are. My room had multiple stains on the carpet, and overall had the look and feel of a "worn" hotel. This would be fine if it hadn't cost the same as the rooms that I have enjoyed at other, comparable hotels in exactly the same neighbourhood. Location is the best. Lincoln pedestrian mall is a 5 minute walk. Ocean drive is a 10 minute walk. There is also a boardwalk on the beach you can take to Ocean drive. The pool at the hotel was nice. Hotel is on the beach but had to pay for lounge chairs and umbrella. Hotel gave a 50% coupon for chairs. Washrooms are small and water pressure is awful. […] Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. I made the choice to stay in the hotel based on location, very close to the convention center. The room was run down and the bed was very uncomfortable. The walls very thin and I could hear the guest next door to me snoring all night long. I supposed to stay 4 nights but left after two because I could not tolerate it anymore.

Great location. Beautiful pool and grounds leading right to the beach and boardwalk. Great small hotel feel in the Art Deco stile. This is our new South Beach destination.

Great place right on the ocean. Make sure to ask for the happy hour by the pool. They overcharge you if you don't. Showers in the room are very sensitive. They go from freezing to extremely hot very easily. Overall though it was a wonderful experience!

Staff went out of their way to be really welcoming. Hotel was an incredible deal for ocean front in South Beach. I got the standard room and it was a bit smaller than most of the expensive hotels in S. Beach, but it was enough for me. Also had a walk in closet which was nice. Hotel and room are done in a South Beach 1920's look, which I really liked. […] Lots of character. Outside space was super nice. Very calming with lots of palm trees, very nice pool and large hot tub. Super relaxing area outside. Cool lounge area at the back of the hotel too. Overall had a nice hip vibe. The only thing was that I could hear my neighbors at night but didn't lose any sleep. Great location with a classic Art Deco feel. Only complaint: the rooms are not deep so you will hear loud people in the hallway.
