The easy access to the airport was great, but the condition of the hotel as compared to surrounding hotels was not up to par. This hotel needs to be updated. The breakfast was great. The staff was great.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room. was comfortable and clean. Convenient location and reasonable rate for the area. Breakfast does not start until 6am - since this hotel is located near an airport, it would be nice for early departures if the breakfast were available earlier.

The people was nice, it was quiet, but the overall condition of the place was poor they need alot of maintenance to the hotel itself, other than that I was pretty satisfied.

It was good. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast great. It was a little inconvenient without a car but there are plenty of options for dining handy. the shuttle too and from the airport worked well once we worked out the system.

Located close to airport for overnight layover. About 15 mins on shuttle which responded fast for pick up from airport and on time the next morning . Nice drivers too. Check-in/out were extremely fast. Has WIFI and one computer downstairs. Missed breakfast due to early flight. Would be nice if they had some sort of to-go breakfast for folks checking […] out early. (I'm sure they have a lot of those.) Hotel isn't new, but good enough- clean and functional at a reasonable price. I don't think there was much within walking distance except for some other hotels. We found this a reasonable place to stay between flights. We did find we had to wait quite a while for the shuttle to arrive--the second time we called they said it took between 5 and 35 minutes and we waited closer to the 35 minutes, and then drive around the airport another 15 minutes before heading to the hotel. On the return early the next morning […] we had to get a shuttle 2 hours before the flight as they said they could not guarantee that the next one which was 35 minutes later would be prompt and get us to our flight. We found this somewhat frustrating as we were just about 10 minutes from the airport and might consider another hotel that has a more frequent shuttle next time. Les mer

This hotel with its low rates, convenient location to the airport, free shuttle service, and complimentary continental breakfast is the best value I have ever had at a hotel.

The first thing we noticed was the cleanliness of the hotel in the hallway. Even the outsides of the doors were polished. We enjoyed our stay.

Our room provided what we needed and bed was comfortable enough. Location of hotel was not really near anything; only a c-store and Denny's. Breakfast was adequate. The kitchenette was just a small sink, microwave and small fridge. The bathroom fixtures were rusty and everything was quite dated. But there were no funky smells, luckily. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us to have a late check out with no problem. Even though the hotel is very close to the airport we were not really bothered by any noise. the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean, the bathroom and towels were good and the breakfast was good and plentiful and coffee was available […] in the lobby 24 hours. The only drawback was no bar fridge in the room. this could be a problem in the summer. Will be staying with them again. Les mer

the location is great and the service was fine. the room itself was acceptable. closet space is questionable. sink by the front door is odd. but the problem and reason i will not return - is i had the largest roach i had even seen in my room. my husband captured it and we were out of there.

NOISEY...front desk staff was no help with room relocation or resolving the problem with guests talking, yelling, pounding on doors until 4am. Will NOT stay here EVER again. Thought Ramada had better properties.

1.The pictures shown for this hotel are fake, they don't even look close this what reality is. Walls have dirty old peeling wall paper, not nicely painted walls as shown on this page. 2.There is not an indoor pool as listed. 3.There are no vending machines and only one ice machine which is near lobby on exit. 4.carpet is so old and dirty that is stinks […] and are visisble stains. 5.elevator only holds 4 people and is very scary. 6.Breakfast had old bagels and bread that were put out 3 days in a row. I thought my stay at the ramada was fantastic. I booked this room for the Dallas Comic Convention and the location was convenient. I don't have a single problem at all with the rooms. Everything looks new and the photos does reflect well on the rooms. The breakfast was satisfactory, the room service was great and the internet wifi was a great plus. […] What I like the most about my hotel room besides the comfy bed and wifi, is that the showers could comfortably fit 2 people. Run down property, very small bathroom with sink outside of toilet/ shower. Our ceiling in the shower was actually falling down and breaking apart. The staff said they knew about it, and not to worry. Sketchy elevator to get to your room, overall the hotel was very disappointing.

Kind of a small room (double bed room) for four people, but it did the trick for the short time I was there! They held up the airport shuttle for me till the last possible moment (which I thought was very nice) and got me set up in seconds. Hotel seemed much nicer in pics, the carpet was stained and so were the chairs in the room. Our room key stopped work twice the first day and the housekeeping staff came to our door at 815am both mornings (use the do not disturb sign if u Want to sleep)... However the beds were clean and the ac worked so not bad for the price... There's a Denny's and […] a convience store across the street....so that was a plus since bfast ended at 9am. Les mer

well i work in alaska and we just bought a house in killeen. i missed the sons 5th birthday so taking him to legoland was a easy choice the hotel was close to the dfw airport and surroundings so made it easy for them to find me and us to have some awesome family time. thanks seymore

Hotel staff didn't seem too excited to help me upon arrival and someone needs to tell housekeeping verify the room is actually clean before leaving. There were beer caps in the desk chair and around the bed. The bed, however, is so comfortable that it made up for everything else. Ok stay for the price.

My only complaint is there wasn't any kid channels! Disney, Nickelodeon, nothing! I had 3 kids!!! Very frustrating. The rest of the hotel was great.

it was nice, it was plesent, it was relaxing. I had a great time in Dallas. Beds were very firm, but the amenities were ok. no vending Machines, but there was an ice maker on the 1st floor. room included all the normls, face soap, body soap, shampoo, lotion and CONDITIONER!!!!! This one is a great for those who use conditioner, it was in addtion not […] conditioning shampoo! It was AWSOME Les mer

Had a great time. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Is an older hotel but very worth the price and location. Very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the city which is only 20 minute drive from all the attractions. The pool was great!! Overall an A+ for a great room.
