There were upgrades made to the hotel but little things still needed attention. There were holes in the door where a lock used to be and the same in the bathroom where there once was a bottle opener. The carpets were stained as well as the chairs in the room. The window in the room was very dirty it made the rest feel uncomfortable. The pillows on […] the bed were so small that my neck hurt in the morning. The slamming of the other room doors kept me up until 1AM... I know it sounds like a lot of complaining but they asked my opinion! I will try another hotel in the area the next time I travel for business in a few weeks. Les mer

This hotel is okay for an overnight stop. Room did come with both fridge and microwave. It was clean and quiet and breakfast was sufficient. Staff were pleasant and helpful. I rated it 3 star because it doesn't have the extras of a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Excellent value for the price. Only issue was that hockey tournament was going on this weekend and sometimes loud voices in halls at night and doors opening and closing in the early a.m. but all in all a pleasant stay.

This was an excellent stay at a good clean quiet well kept facility and I could recommend it to anyone. The price was very reasonable

Very good value for the price and exceptional customer service. Felt the warmth and caring on both stays. A little outdated in terms of rooms but still, comfortable and clean.

The hotel was comfortable, accomodating and clean. Needs to update - but we had no problems. Staff very nice.

The Trenton Comfort Inn is a perfect no frills place to stay. The staff is friendly, lots of parking, the rooms are clean and the bedding is comfy. I think one of the things that impressed me most, was that my "Non-smoking Room" truly had not been smoked in. I've stayed at other lodgings where their so called "Non-smoking" rooms where in reality it […] was no such thing. (Frebeez can only mask so much stale cigarette smoke) Les mer

We were not at all happy with this hotel. It smelled badly, was not air conditioned except for the small lobby were the clerk was. Stained bedding and stuffy roo.

The hotel was decent, not typically what I like in a hotel, but I felt comfortable and safe and there was no problems at check-in or check out. Breakfast was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hall way did not appear clean. It is an older building but it could be fixed up better. I would not choose to stay there again.

Good enough for one night, average breakfast, but could be cheaper, compared to others. AC too noisy and windy. Cleaning ok, nothing superbe but not dirty.

Bathroom sink was damaged and looked dirty as a result. Tub was also marked. Hallway carpets were unclean-looking, and when our room was "cleaned" they left dirty cups behind. The continental breakfast was served in a small lobby with no tables, few seats, and limited amount of food. I cannot understand how this hotel received a rating of 4.

Even though the quality was fine for an overnight stay on our way to Toronto, there were two outstanding flaws. The location was extremely difficult to find. There were no identifying signs (ie Comfort Inn) anywhere on the motel. We arrived at night, in a snowstorm and ended up at the nearby YMCA which was clearly identified. We had to guess that the […] next unlabeled building could perhaps be the Comfort Inn. Second, this is the first time in all of our travels that we had to leave a $50.00 visa print out. to make sure our check-out room was satisfactory. It left a very bad impression of being unwelcome. One last point,,,,,,our CAA and senior status usually allows us a discount. We felt 'dismissed ' upon inquiry and did not receive any. The staff at the Trenton Comfort Inn were very nice. The room was clean but, I had requested a Handicap Rm. They didn't have one and I could not take a shower for the two nights we were there. The hotel did need some updates and the breakfast well there wasn't very much. We have stayed there before. We used to live on the County.

We arrived at night and could not find the entrance to the hotel. After asking two different people we entered the only remaining driveway on the road and discovered it was the inn. There needs to be a "Comfort Inn" sign at the end of the drive or a sign on the building identifying it. When we arrived for breakfast in the morning there was no breakfast […] area, but the food, which was adequate, was displayed in the sitting room of the lobby. The seats were soon all filled and we juggled our food between our laps and the side tables. It was awkward. on the way back to toronto, stay in this Inn for a night. Room is very clean, especially the washroom, no dirt, clean, bed is good. can't expect too much but good enough for short stay.

Very good location, just off the highway, easy access to everything. Good breakfast, excellent service. Very confortable room. Would go back and recommend.

Hotel was clean though could use some updating, but for an overnight business stay was fine. "Continental Breakfast" was rather spartan, but McD's and Tims are less than a minute away.

We were on a two day golf outing and this hotel's location was excellent for our needs, Rooms were clean and well maintained, The continental breakfast provided a good selection. The staff was friendly and accomondating.

It was essentially a nice motel. Get in, get out. Breakfast wasn't great. No elevator either, but it's good exercise. Otherwise the rooms were clean and comfortable. If you're looking for a single night stay for a good price this is a good place to go.

Just wanted a place to stay overnight, where the internet is good and the rooms are clean. This hotel didn't disappoint, and Timmy's and McDonald's were walking distance in the morning. A great place for a pit stop.

Nothing wrong with this location. Staff were very friendly and cordial. Room was warm and clean although not having a closet sort of caught me off guard. The rack on the side was just as good just not expected. Continental Breakfast was as expected. I'd stay there again

The room was clean and neat. Unfortunately the mattress was too hard for my liking. Also the hotel is located close to a busy railway line so sleep was difficult at times because of the noise.

très satisfaite, sauf une petite chose, la douche coulait un peu partout ce qui a trempé mes vêtements, on a averti a la réception et ils sont venu voir mais nous partions

notre séjour etait plutot bien l'inconvenient majeur etait d'avoir une chambre fumeur la senteur etait tres forte et difficile a atténuer avec les produits ex febreez ca ete l'irritant de notre séjour merci

Habitación correcta, el desayuno, malo, escaso y en " la recepción", para ser un hotel de paso era aceptable, pero le sobran 20$ en el precio
