My family had a fine stay. The hotel is what you would expect for the price. We felt safe and the room was clean. It's located across the street from the city mall and various restaurants.

We stayed for 4 nights in April and found the hotel very nice. We loved the waffles and fresh fruit at breakfast and that there is always coffee and water available in the lobby. It was also handy to have a washer & dryer available for a small fee.

it was ok, the employees are very friendly. furniture in rooms has tears and not presentable. the pool are great kids enjoyed it.

room didnt have towels , floor had grabage on it, an the guy at front desk said i need to go on line to stay one more nite guess they did want my bussiness i work in a motel i know i can make a new stay.

Good, except very short on linens, only got one towel my first night and two the second night then back to one, even though I asked to have the room stocked when they got them the towels laundered. Overall good stay.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean. Walking distance to the mall for a good selection of restaurant and shopping options. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was carb-loaded, could have used some hard-boiled eggs in addition to the the muffins, toast, cereal and waffles. Overall, would recommend.

Staff was unfriendly. Maid service was terrible (left no toilet paper one day, no towels another). And no one told us it was a monthly with a LOT of families living there with no place for the kids to play except the hallways. Won't stay there on my next trip.

this was a good location for us. The beds were very comfortable and the clerk was helpful when the maid forgot to give us clean towels. The kids enjoyed the pool.

Had to spend an unexpected extra night in Vancouver on business. This was located right next to the mall and within 10 minutes work location. This is not a 5 star place, nothing fancy here just a clean, comfortable convenient place to lay your head. Free wifi. Have seen much better complimentary breakfasts. I booked 3 nights for our family vacation. $50 a night including breafast was really reasonable. Location wise, even though it is not at the heart of Portland that we were planning to go, it is close to the highway that makes it accessible to a lot of places we wanted to go. Nice hotel personel. Some of the furniture and TV out dated, very comfortable bed. My son has a bad back and spent much of his time in the hot tub. he liked this hotel

I could not call the front desk from the phone in my room. Mentioned it several times, was still not repaired by the time I checked out. This is very dangerous is there was a serious emergency. Wall outlets didn't work either. Had to use bathroom plug to charge electronics.

Breakfast is pretty sparse. One of the sheets had a hole in it. other than that, it is clean, safe, and the staff is friendly .

The beds are extremely comfortable and it's located in a great location, but not all the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves so be aware of what you are getting beforehand. I know they do not have controll over others. But for this hotel being none smoking,everything in and around the rooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Enough for my clothes to stink.

beds were uncomfortable, pool/hot-tub were a little on the cool side & needed cleaned. Breakfast was very weak compared to other Choice Hotels.

Wen we check in we had 2 resrvashion 3 night throuw holels . com and one i made for 1 night. The bed wast to soft. We had back ak in the morning. The room wast not clean I was in the room win the maid came in to clean. She was in the room for 15th minets in the bath room and made the bed with the same sheets and left the room. Staff very nice. Everything else bad. Rooms had terrible smell like body odor. Soundproofing non exsistent. Halls smelled like cigarettes. Guests were roaming around in stairwells and halls on cell phones till all hours of the morning! Maybe had 3 hours of sleep. Ended up checking out early! Will not ever stay at a Days Inn again

All and all not too bad. Rooms were bigger then some other hotels we stayed at on our trip. The breakfast was just waffles, cereal, coffee, juice,apples & oranges, small muffins and white & wheat toast. Other hotels we stayed at had a much better breakfast even though they were in the same price range. They have a pool & Jacuzzi, but, when we went there […] one night of our stay, they were not monitoring it, and small children were swimming without anything on. We had some concerns about the cleanliness of both the pool & Jacuzzi. Other then these two issues the stay was good. The front desk was very helpful, helped us when we lost our keys, and pointed out a good Mexican restaurant. Les mer

Recommend it for short stay. Breakfast was somewhat ok for fast trip. The room was't clean. The cover sheet had few color spots. Beds were not comfortable. Over all it's OK

We rented 4 rooms for a wedding. Good value. If the place had a shuttle to the airport it would have been perfect. But we liked that we could walk over to the Mall for shopping and a movie.

Stay was ok. Will stay there again. The rooms were old but comfortable. The beds were good but not great. The downstairs hallways smelled of smoke, but the second floor we stayed on smelled ok. The breakfast was small but for the price was not bad. The location was good if you plan to do any shoping at the mall right across the street. Overall not bad […] for the price. Les mer

Being unfamiliar with the area, when I called the hotel for directions the staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was large and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would return again.

Nice place to stay; friendly staff. Only downside is no elevator. When making reservations request a first floor room, especially if you have multiple bags.

Was nice clean no elevator so everytime wanted a smoke had to run up and down 2 flights of stairs!! Not cool! Would be nice if they put that on theircsite or let you know upon reservation. Beds not very comfortable either :(

We got into town a bit early, so asked if we could check in about 2:30 pm. The posted check-in time is 4 p.m. Most places we have been will allow earlier check in when they have rooms ready. This hotel did not appear busy at all. Since "Policy" says 4 p.m. we could only check in with a $10 early fee. We've been to many hotels early, and usually no problem. […] No elevator, had to use stairs. Wi-Fi had problems, not just us - since someone called the desk about it while we were checking in. There were a number of little things that were not quite right. The service was slow. There were never towels in the pool area, so you had to go to front desk and wait. There were two small bath towels in the room. The pool was not clean. There were a lot of guests for the holiday but the pool had broken before the holiday and they had not made it a priority to get the pool fixed. They did allow us to use a neighbor hotel pool though, which was OK. They were completely out of towels, so pool towels had to suffice for shower towels, also quite unprofessional. No elevator so you have to climb stairs. Lots of seedy types staying here. Saw a group of gang members walking down the hall with a pit bull on a leash. They had to hold him down to keep him from attacking while I walked by. Lots of tattoo wearing, piercing, shaved head types staying in this hotel and I was NOT happy about it. Night One: Was awakened […] by yelling and slamming of doors in the room next to me. The racket continued for several hours until I beat on the wall. Then I was able to get sleep after I calmed down. Staff was just "okay". TV remote didn't work. I had to get up to change the channel and turn the television on and off. The phone by the bed didn't work. All in all? I had a appointment at the hospital at 6:45. I am disabled and have had a stroke. I asked for a wake up call for 4 am. My caregiver just happened to wake up and see the clock and it was 5. I was late to my tests. I was very upset with.
