Hotel was clean and comfortable, we were booked for the 2nd floor but needed a first floor because of health issues and John at the desk was very helpful in getting that changed. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would go there again.

My stay was several days. The language barrier made it nearly impossible to communicate with some of the staff.

Absolutely disgusting and horrible - NO elevator - had to carry everything upstairs - extremely outdated! Room and hallways smelled! NEVER AGAIN!!! not worth it!

The rooms were nice for the price. But the bathrooms could use a good cleaning. The breakfast should be until a later time in the morning, especially on the weekends.

I was disappointed, the shower curtain had mold on it.(when told about it they did change it) The man @ the front desk was on his cell phone away from the desk a lot. Breakfast was a disappointment.

I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. It was in an extremely safe location and was easy to get in and out of. The staff was kind enough to also give us a 1st floor room when a tour group was coming through. Apparently our room was right in the middle of all of them, and they moved us without us knowing that a tour group was coming in. It […] was very nice and polite of them! It was average. It appears that they was doing upkeep such as painting. The bed was hard and not too comfortable. Despite that I was able to sleep.

Convenient location to visit Amish Country, Gettysburg and Valley Forge. Also not too far from Philadelphia. Price was excellent especially when comparing to hotels closer to Philadelphia and Lancaster. Breakfast area could have been monitored a little better for cleanliness. The Days Inn was incredibly convenient for a visit to the Sight & Sound Theatre and to the outlets. The rooms were good enough for sleeping in, but the beds were a little on the hard side for our taste. Everything was clean and I found the guy at the front desk to be very helpful and courteous. There was breakfast available, but only until 9 am so we […] missed it because we're all late sleepers. Overall, I thought it was decent for the price and I'd probably stay there again for an overnight stay. It was close to American Music theater where we were going to a concert. Continental Breakfast was good. Hotel staff were very accommodating.

Everything was nice clean and breakfast selection was ok given the low rate we paid but there was an issue with their hot water! I had to take a shower with almost cold water and I had my granddaughter who I was afraid would get sick from it too!

It was probably worth the price we paid, but hallway carpet was stained and worn out and breakfast was meager.

Enjoyed the room but found the fan in bathroom far to loud. Cont. Breakfast was nice but would like to see something like a hard boiled egg as a protein!

The price would be the only reason to stay at this hotel. Everything was about as basic as you could find and although it wasn't dirty, it wasn't really clean. The breakfast buffet was just lots of carbs and not much else. This would be a place to stay if you were just worried about money and weren't too picky.

Was very disappointed with the motel. The free wi-fi was very poor and were unable to connect unless in lobby. Dirty towels in washroom upon our arrival. We would have pulled out but due to being pre-paid & booked online, the motel was unable to do anything for us. Definitely an old motel with no recent updates done!!!

The first day check in, the bed sheet did not change cause a lot of foot hair in it, also on the bathroom floor.

Although the hotel needs a facelift, it was clean. We needed a crib, the crib was clean & in good shape. The price was great & would probably stay again for the rate offered (less than half of regular price)

Other guests at the hotel were not respectful of those trying to sleep. It was after midnight before hotel noise quieted down enough that we could get to sleep. Part of the noise was TVs in other rooms but also part of the noise was from guests talking loudly. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. There was only one apple and one orange for fruit. […] Waffles were good though. Was disappointed that there were no restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. Had to drive about 2 miles to find a decent restaurant on a Sunday afternoon. Probably would not stay here again Les mer

Check-in was fine; we arrived very late and the girl was waiting for us. "Oh good, you're here." Room was fine except for a smell which I *think* was tobacco smoke, but may have been something else. A little annoying but we adapted. There is also the smell of manure from the nearby farm fields, but that's really not noticable once you're inside. Room doors are very loud and need something to silence them, immediately. Beginning at 6:00 a.m., other guests doors began slamming - maybe 100 times before 8:00 a.m. and there are fewer than 60 rooms in the entire, renovated, 2 story place. Sleep was impossible that day. In leaving our room, noticed no maid, but a guest room door open and their belongings […] were there for any dishonest person to take. Male cleaner appeared from another room - six doors down. If you can take it; if you plan to awaken early and leave nothing of value out, great price for three nights. Les mer

the location of the hotel was great! but the first room that i was given the room keys didnt work! tried 3 different sets of keys. the evening guy was great and very friendly! he did give me a new room. but the room was handicapped. but the room was located right nexted to the dining area. and i could hear everyone walking in and out. it was so noisy […] especially at breakfast! tried to rest and couldnt!! Kids were running up and down the hallways screamming. there was a lot of dust on the ceiling and i kept sneezing!! the bathroom i had to reclean because there was black and sticky stuff all on the walls of the shower and tub. We have absolutely no complaints. The location is convenient to many Lancaster attractions. Our hotel room and the hotel in general was clean.This was the second time we stayed there for a weekend this year. The price was right for a perfect, inexpensive get-a-way. Our stay was overall good - location was awesome - many things surrounding it. Friendly staff. Downside it wasnt many choices for eating, i give it B+. Would stay again
