Clea, comfortable, convenient

Was in town for the Patti Labelle concert this past weekend and we stayed at the Comfort Inn Saturday & Sunday. The first room's refrigerator didn't work and the chair in the room was filthy! The floor was dirty with food crumbs near the head of the bed. So we were moved from the double queen to a single king. Appeared ok til I went to iron. The leg […] on the ironing board was broke. They replaced it promptly but then the iron leaked water! And to top it off, the tub had a severally clogged drain!!!! Shameful! Worst Comfort Inn I've ever visited and I doubt if I will ever stay at another one! Les mer

hotel staff was very courteous and the room was clean. however the cleaner they used left a slightly unpleasant odor for a hot minute and the water pressure could have been better. everything worked (both in and out of the room), nothing blew up, the wi-fi worked great and the cable worked. i enjoyed the fitness center and the breakfast was nice. good […] stay, i would return. A nice clean hotel in a convenient location. Rooms a little small.

I enjoyed my stay. I will be using this hotel for now on.

This was a one night stay and the hotel was a very good price and was fine in terms of what it offered. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The one drawback was that there were very few food options nearby.

We stayed here on the night of Thanksgiving. Our room was quiet and comfortable and everything from check in to check out went very smoothly. We enjoyed a good breakfast in the hotel before departure. The only things I would change are that there needs to be more lighting in the room, it was a little dark. The hotel is very close to a major highway which is convienent but could be noisy without a sound machine. Room was clean and comfortable. On this very busy weekend the breakfast area was quite crowded. I would stay again.

I would definetely not recommend this hotel. The surrounding are not very nice and the hotel itself is below average. When we were there, none of the exercise equipment was functional and one day the hot water was not working. The staff was very disinterested in helping and the manager was supposed to call to discuss price adjustment due to the hot […] water issue but has never called. We were stuck there as it was parent's weekend at all the universities there and the other hotels were booked. Les mer

I stayed at this hotel while attending "Late Night with Roy" and a UNC football game. It's very convenient to UNC and Duke, as well as NC State. It took me all of 10 minutes to get to UNC campus. The room was clean, service was super and I'll definitely be staying here again. This was a fantastic hotel!!!

If you are traveling to or from Durham, NC, this is an inexpensive yet comfortable hotel to stay in. The room was very clean, the bed was great to sleep in. We were only there overnight so I don't know about any of the other amenities. We came in late and went straight to bed then had to check out early in the morning. But we slept very well. Very exceptional. I will be staying again the next time that I am in town.

Stayed one night. Room was clean and comfortable but found towels and face cloths stained with hair on them...as if someone had cut hair in the bathroom. Shower curtain was stained and gave the appearance that it had not been cleaned in between guests...yuk! Overall, not a bad place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Front desk personnel were pleasant and cooperative. The am complimentary breakfast was very good.

Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were very nice!

For the most part this hotel met my expectations in terms of appearance, service and cleanliness. The major letdown was the breakfast buffet. It is located in a very cramped room and had a very poor selection of breakfast items. I even noticed a little bit of mold on one of the bagels. Yuck... So that you can take this review in my perspective, let […] me say that business travel is a necessary evil. I'm at the point where I've done enough travel to know what to expect and with most companies trying to squeeze every penny, I don't have high expectations anymore. Basically, a "good" trip does not have any negatives. Anything negative only serves to take away from the experience. The breakfast buffet issue above was far enough below my expectations that I felt that it should be noted. I would stay somewhere else next time. Les mer

The hotel is like the ONLY thing on this exit other than other hotels. lol. No resturants or anything like that on this exit, but it was close to UNC Hospital, which is where we needed to be the next day! There was not a remote in our room to the tv, but the front desk gladly brought us one asap. Even brought up the crib (packnplay) for our daughter, […] which was BRAND NEW. She was the very 1st to sleep in it! Which was extremely nice. The beds were comfy. Bathroom was terribly small, but countertops were very fancy! Lots of counterspace! Fridge, microwave! Everything worked great. I would def stay there again! Les mer

Just needed room for one night & it was great. Breakfast was good as well. Could tell hotel was older but it still had great things like microwave and refrigerator. I would do it again for sure.
