Her er det supert dersom man vil ha en badeferie og vil nyte strand og bading samt restauranter og uteliv. Perfekt for barnefamilier og venneturer. Store suiter med fult utstyrte kjøkken, stue, balkong, bra bad og stor seng. Rent og pent. Masse butikker og restauranter på området og stranda rett ved. Den beste stranda jeg har vært på!!! Vi var der i lav sesong som betyr at mye av butikkene ect var stengt men vi hadde steden neste for oss selv. Dette må være super i høysessong. Mye for pengene. Det rare var at lobbyen bare er åpen fra 8 til 8 noe som betyr at dersom man kommer etter kl 8 på kvelden er det litt pes og dersom man ønsker å sjekke ut før kl 8 om morran må det avtales. Vi også gjøre oppmerksom på at hotellet heter The Inn at Carrilion Beach.. greit å vite da det kan være litt fovirrende å finne frem.

Not the best maintained or cleanest and the bed/pillows were awful (never did sleep well)

It's a bit of an older hotel (old tube style TV's even!) but the bed was comfortable the room a nice size and had a pool as well. Internet connection was good and fast. The breakfast was a bit lacking and you could feel the age of the place but the location is very convenient for a lot of places and the cost was low. "Noisy, room was small"
The location was convenient, plenty of nearby shopping and restaurants nearby. Room was tiny. There was a constant stream of people running up and down the sidewalk and yelling in the parking lot. That's what we get for going during spring break, right? Continental breakfast was decent.

TVs were old, tv remote didn't work, matress worn and soggy, ice machine broke or just wouldn't give ice, continental breakfast was less than apetizing, etc. all-in-all, the place really needs to be spruced up big time! I booked it because it carried the "Holiday Inn" name but...

"DANGER"
whatever you do, do not stay at this hotel. While unloading our vehicle just after arriving at 10:30pm a large truck starts to pass the hotel on the main road, as the man notices he slams on his brakes screeching by and literally puts his car in reverse on the main road and comes flying into the parking lot. I had started up the stairs before he pulled […] in and as I got to the top of the stairs I saw a man drive by holding a beer and then almost driving into one of the hotel rooms and beeping, then backing up into another truck. I hurried into my room hoping he didnt see me and called the front desk thinking they would appreciate my calling them before this man did anything else to any other vehicles in the parking lot or hurt someone. The lady on the phone says thanks and that they will check it out. However, I kept looking out the window to see what would happen and no one ever went out there and as I looked more I saw that this man was now passed out in his vehicle with the door open and one leg in the vehicle and one leg out, slumped over the steering wheel. I called the front desk and was told that nothing happened and they already checked and I actually told me I was making it up. The man on the phone said "if there is no damage to any of the vehicles why does it even matter" but if someone died from this man it would matter, or if someone else's vehicle was hit. The man literally argued with me telling me I was wrong so I called the cops instead. The police did come but even they were rude and talked down to me for whatever reason, even though they also found this man passed out in his vehicle. I dont know what happened with him, if anything, but that night when we were already not feeling safe in this room because of the disrespect and entire situation we then did not have a deadbolt on the door (it had been tore off) and we slept with the table infront of the door. and then the next morning as we were heading out to see our family, we had the door open for no Les mer

The est thing about the hotel was that the rate was cheap and the location for shopping was good. The stairs going up and down to our room were very dirty and off putting. The room was a good size with fridge, microwave and the continental breakfast was fair, bed comfy and the room clean. The staff were pleasant but not very efficient or proactive. […] Our first key we got was incorrectly programmed and we had to go all the way back to the desk. We had prepaid for 3 days and yet the girl only programmed it for one day so once again, we had to go back and have it redone. very inefficient and no apology. Les mer

Well over all it was okay! the few things that concerned me was the exhaust fan in the bathroom missing... which made it look like there was a camera in there! And breakfast... well there was no orange juice in dispenser understandable but the apple juice, okay that was nasty! And there was really nothing much to choose from to eat!! The hotel was close to variety of restaurants, however, the hotel didn"t have hot breakfast, the service was not good. People were complaining to the person about the rooms and he did not give response( bugs, nates in the orange juicer), not clean if you have kids.

The hotel itself was not as reviewed by hotel.Com. I was not satisfied with the accommodations at all. I will not be staying with them again. I just wanted a nice place for my family too stay while we were in Florida. It is definitely not a 3.3 rating out of 5.

You get what you pay for. The hotel was okay, a little stingy on the towels, had flat pillows, and for some reason house keeping gets off very early; besides that it is in a great location! The staff was okay; overall it is a decent hotel if you just want somewhere to lay your head.

the room we ordered was suppose to have queen size bed we had twins. other than that had a lot of thigs and places to go near by. rooms were clean. somewhere to get get a nap and a shower. not nothing special. and a small parking lot

at check in time, the room was clean. The front desk rep. was very nice. My grandson who is only 6 years old gave a very good compliment on how the room look. Over all we had a wonderful time staying at the Howard Johnson, and if I had too would stay again.

The hotel had roaches in our room, it smelled like dog pee, and had to beg for towels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, stay somewhere else.

I travel to PC a couple times a month for work, and have tried a few hotels in the area. I have found this hotel to be the worst to date. My room had mold growing on the ceiling and the smell of the mold was overwhelming, when I complained to the night staff they were not helpful until I began to get ugly. They did finally move me to a more suitable […] room after an hour of debate. The hotel would only refund for the night I did not stay there (I had two nights booked), if hotels.com would approve of the refund, and that didn't occur until the next day with the "day shift" manager. hotel was fine . i wish i had researched better that way i would have known how far away from the beach it was... about 10 mile.. but we had fun.. the hotel was doing renovations on the complete bottom floor .everytime i came into he parking lot it was full of furniture... it was just a ok motel...

The carpet in this room was nasty. our feet got more dirty in our room then they did on the beach. Room service was nice though. I wasnt expecting the Ritz for the price we paid for it and we pretty much just used it to sleep and shower in. but it should have been cleaner.

The hotel staff was friendly. The location was about 20 minutes from the beach. The only problem we had with the room the last night we found a few roaches. When I told the front desk they noted the problem immediately.

it was fairly clean, and the coffe pot, Micro wave, iron and fridge worked, so it had all I needed. a bed, shower and tv. But I wouildn;d recommend this place to anyone on vacation.

It was clean, and the beds were comfortable It was a little hard to get in and out of the parking lot as it was small and on a very busy road. But it was okay for the short time I stayed there.

I was not impressed with the motel. The price was good but the place needed some cleaning and over all maintenance. The bedding was new and the carpet looked new but the sink and shower were very out dated and the shower curtain had mold on it and didn't stay in place so the water sprayed out. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Howard Johnson. The room was great and convenient to the activities at the beach. The continental breakfast was not as good as expected but with the rate I got for staying there made up for it.

I stayed here for Sring Break. My check in was fast. The staff was very friendly and heplful. Overall the hotel needs remodeling. The room had a stench when the AC wasn't on. The bathroom toilet also had a stench. There were spider webs and spiders on the bathroom walls. The carpet in the room was stained. The parking lot is extremely small. There weren't […] enough parking spaces for all the guest. Every morning we got up we were blocked in. All of our lights in our room didnt have bulbs in them. The pillows on the bed were flat. The pillow cases had yellow stains on them. The bedskirt was ripped all the way round the bed except in 2 parts that was hanging by a thread. I would advise you NOT TO STAY HERE! Les mer

I would never book a room in the hotel again. The location was good, just outside of Panama City Beach, 15 minute drive, but the room and building were pretty gross. We had read reviews of cockroaches at other HoJo locations and needless to say we found a baby one in our bathroom. The bathroom door barely closed, the shower curtain might has well have […] not been there, the heating lamp we were supposed to have was just a hole in the ceiling and the walls were beat. I reserved a smoking room but was not expecting burn marks on the tub, sink, floor, and walls. I wouldnt stay in this particular location again. Les mer

"good room for the money"
I liked everything about the room except, it smelled of smoke bad, and I am a smoker! So it could have used some air freshener, but other than that I have no complaint. I'm sure I will stay there again.

The deadbolt lock did not work on my door. I was able to secure the top lock so I didn't say anything to management. However, I didn't feel very safe knowing that we were not locked safely in our room. There was a party going on from 11:30pm to 3:30 am with people hollering and talking loud like it was the middle of the day. "fix the alarm clock"
My room was sufficient,however, the alarm clock did not go off at all(yes I know how to set a clock)and I woke up an hour late and missed an important meeting becayse of it. When I went to the office to tell them, there was no one around and unfortunately I couldn't wait around.

"Roach Motel"
I personally killed the first roach so as not to alarm the family. All three women (wife, two daughters) found them as well within the 10 hours we stayed there. The breakfast consisted of about 7 boxes of three varieties of cereal, bagels, juices, and some pre-packaged muffins and danishes. We are used to at least something hot at most hotels.
