Jeg bodde her en uke i starten av mai i forbindelse med en konferanse. Det ligger lokalisert på et sentralt sted. Rett ved siden av Wet´n Wild for de som har tid til park. Nær butikker og restauranter. Fint område å jogge i. Svært imøtekommende resepsjonister. Rommene var store og fine, og badebassenget overrasket med sin størrelse og gode fasiliteter. Her reiser jeg gjerne tilbake.

Oppholdet var veldig bra. Hotellet har egen innkjøring med kontroll av sikkerhetspersonell hele døgnet som gjør oppholdet ekstra trygt og godt. Beliggenheten er ideell i forhold til nær sagt alt som finnes av attraksjoner i Orlando-området.

Florida Mall er et av de største kjøpesentrene i Orlando. Orlando Watersports Complex, som ligger like ved, er stedet for wakeboarding, vannski og wakeskating.

Et slitent hotell i nærheten av Orlando International. Faktisk en ganske grei frokost, tatt i betraktning resten av hotellets standard. Helt greit å bo, hvis bare for en natt. Vil ikke anbefale mange overnattinger.

As you may know…Orlando is a very busy location. I booked La Quinta Inn & Suites Orlando South 3 days before I needed our 2 night stay. The hotel was clean. Parking lot was very full of cars. Very quit during the night. (Parents please keep quiet in the halls. DO NOT ARGUE WITH YOUR 4 YEAR OLD IN THE HALLS OF A HOTEL AT 6:30 AM) Room was standard with […] a King size bed with lots (6) of pillows. Wireless Network worked well. Staff was good. Breakfast: cereals / breads / You-cook-waffles / coffee / juice /bananas / apples. SeaWorld and Aquatica were less than 10 minute drive. Yes my wife and I would stay there again. Les mer

Hotel in busy area, that was not bad. Is close to Sea World, universal and not far from Disney. Big downside, front desk staff not very pleasant, helpful or attentive to request or questions... Did not care if there was a problem. Around 6 am a dog starting barking for long periods of time, very loud and continuted even after calling front desk. Nobody […] answered door when it was knocked on, just more barking. When went to front desk, girl there said I must be wrong nobody was in that room. Probably was a staff persons personal animal that they brought in with them, don't know, but she didn't apologize for the inconvenience or basically calling me a liar... Hotels.com did not say this was a animal friendly hotel. LaQuinta had nothing at check-in saying this either.. Never again!!!!!!!! Les mer

Very friendly staff and wonderful maid service. I am very pleased with the motel and its location. It is so close to Interstate 4. Staff assisted me to set up drive direction to Sanford where I take an auto-train next day (only about 35 minutes to drive). I would recommend all my friends to this motel.

I had confirmed reservation which I booked through Hotels.com the reservation was confirmed for 1 night for 2 adults in a standard room with a King bed. When we arrived we were told that they did not had a standard room with a king bed available. I called Hotels.com they called the Hotel and was surprised to hear that the La Quinta hotel did not guarantee […] accommodation that were made through a third party. The Hotels.com person was as astounded to hear that also. I call La Quinta and was told that a corporate rep would be in contact with me. I am not holding my breath on that either as it has been a week and no such contact. I will never book in a La Quinta hotel no matter if it has the only bed available I would sleep in my car first. Would not go back! Although I arrived early, they didn't even know what room I would be going into and I had book 3 months earlier. Very quiet and comfortable. Room amenities nearly as good as some "resort" properties. You need a car if you stay here. There was a Denny's restaurant adjacent to the property, but it has gone out of business.

When traveling I normally stay in a larger resort.. But since it was only one night and very close to my attraction we tried it out, room was clean, nice, and easily accessible. Air condition did not cool very well but was still comfortable to sleep there.

There were ROACHES in my room! When I complained, front desk clerk did call a "technician" the next day to clean up. But I still saw roaches the next day. They did not made any attempt to swap my room with any of the vacant rooms and were not helpful at all. Would not recommend! I had to stay in this hotel for 4 nights, it was a nightmare.

This is a basic hotel with rooms that are nicer than average and public areas that are dingier than average. But, you don't sleep in the public areas. The breakfast is typical, marginal junk. It's on a very busy road, so there is a lot of noise at night. The hotel desperately needs a remodel. The room was very dusty, but the bed, toilet, sink and shower seemed clean. Overall, it was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldn't stay there again.

The location of this hotel is great! It's located right off of the Turnpike and only 10 minutes from the Sea World parks and about 15 minutes from Universal. The hotel room was very decent, we had a king size bed and an LCD TV. The room and linens were spotless and we had maid service daily. We never ate the breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment […] on that. This hotel is a pet friendly establishment but everything was extremely clean. If you're worried about all of the other reviews calling this place a dump, don't worry about that. My husband and I had concerns about all the negative reviews and were pleasantly surprised with our room when we arrived. If you're looking for a hotel to hang out in and enjoy a day at the pool, then this probably isn't the place for you. I stayed at the La Quinta South because I had a conference at the Florida Hotel. It was a great value for the price. Room was clean with a large desk, flat screen TV, refrigerator and microwave. Surrounding area is OK. I felt perfectly safe. Breakfast is average with waffles, muffins, cereal (3 choices) and juice/coffee. "Location, Location, Location..."
I booked this hotel based on the review on hotels.com. I booked a room with a king size bed, with refridgerator and the understanding that I would be able to get a roll away for a third person. Upon arrival, all three requests were not able to be filled and I had to get a room with 2 full beds. The desk said that fridges and roll aways were not available […] at this location?!?!?! Why post it on the site if it isn't available! Anyways, when I got off the hotel I was met with a horrendous smellon the hallway while looking at nasty stained carpet. When I opened my room was very surprised to find my room clean, except for crumbs by the bed, and orderly. The bathroom was clean and the continental breakfast was acceptable, spartan, but okay. I would still recommend this hotel based on the rooms cleanliness and it's proximity to Disney and Universal...not on the hallway or lack of a fridge! Les mer

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The temperature on the bathtub wasn't working the first day, but they fixed it the following day after I reported it. The hotel could have done a better job with cleanliness. The price was reassonable and breakfast was ok. At check-in my assigned room was booked, but hotel management took care of it inmediately without any incident. Pet friendly was a service that I needed so this came handy. If your are not planning on staying in the hotel all day and you are a visitor […] for a few days it is a good place to stay for a good price and it is close to entertaiments, mall restaurant...etc. Les mer
