We chose this hotel for it's reasonable cost and location near the airport. Generally it presents very good value for money having good sized, clean rooms with a good standard of fit-out and supplies and includes a light breakfast. The staff were helpful and responsive but would benefit from professional training which would increase their confidence […] and clarity when interacting with guests. The location, while conveniently near the Airport for those flying in or out, is somewhat removed from shopping and dining choices which may present some difficulties and extra cost for guests who do not have a car at their disposal. was traveling through Memphis and needed room for 1 night that accepted pets. Room was clean, comfortable, and surrounding neighborhood was not bad at all. only complaint is when checking out they had just 1 person working the desk and taking care of breakfast, so had to wait for her to finish refilling all food before we could check out.

We were thankful to get a room and the front desk young woman was very friendly. The public RR toilet was backed up. The front desk itself is in pitiful shape. The hotel is worn out, yet the beds were still comfortable. We were not bothered by the airport airplane traffic. The AC unit buffered the noise very well. We were just passing through Memphis, so this seemed a good inexpensive choice and Comfort Inn & Suites has never really let us down before. However, the room was fairly clean and good sized for our family of three. It could've used some updating and maybe an all around carpet cleaning, it just smelled musty. The beds were comfortable enough. The biggest […] problem we had was the shower - it did not drain, so your feet ended up taking a bubble bath. It IS near the airport, so expect to hear sounds from an airport, but at one point we thought a plane was landing in front of the hotel. Just a bit loud. Les mer

I would not stay in this hotel again. The surrounding area is industrial and looks like a high crime area. The hotel itself was pretty dirty and old looking. Lots of mold in the bathroom. The security fence around the parking lot and guard shack should have been our first clue. I would not stay in this place again - a poor value for the money.

This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Stains on the carpets and bedspread. Falling curtains. Smelly interior. Poor plumbing. Sketchy area and it is not even that close to the airport. Plus they charge $10 for a shuttle to the airport. Bad experience...

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The midnight shuttle van pick up (for an extra $10) was a big help. Overall the hotel was low quality. The location was terrible. It was next to a truck stop so the noise from the truck next door was not welcoming. If you choose this hotel make sure that it's only a one-nighter.

Positives: Although they charged an additional $10 per room for each one way to/from airport, pick up was swift and driver was waiting in the morning. OK for the money. Was an unexpected layover. Negatives: Older hotel No restaurants in walking distance - be sure to grab sandwich at the airport! Phone number is not on the airport hotel phone bank. […] Hotels.com failed to include it in the email, either. We only stayed here one night. We found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. They directed us to places we wanted to go and even arranged for a limo to pick us up and take us to a local reasturant (limo provided by the resturant). The room was clean and very adequate for the cost. Would stay there again.

I had to go to Memphis for a funeral, and this hotel was not far from my brother's house, so I booked it. Everything in the room was very dirty when I arrived. I had to ask for a new coffee pot, and try to start cleaning the tub myself. Later, I had to request a new room, and found out that the original room I was given actually should have been closed […] to guests. I was very disappointed. Overall, the hotel is run down and in need of updating. It is also a little out of the way from shopping and restaurants other than fast food places. You can find cleaner hotels in the same price range, in a more convenient location. Les mer

The Comfort Inn and Suites was a great value for the money. The room was very comfortable with a very comfortable bed with luxurious pillows. The front desk staff could not have been more polite and welcoming. I felt that really went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable trip. The room was clean (and I am a clean freak). The location of […] the hotel was an easy and short car ride to Graceland. To get Downtown it took usually around 10 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for a comfortable stay in Elvis land. Les mer

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was nicer than expected. The location was not in the best part of the city, but it was very conveniently located for our purposes. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff was friendly. The free breakfast was great. The location is close to many tourist attractions. I recommend this hotel highly.

the hotel is older and needs improvement. not the cleanest, but if you consider the money its probably okay.

The room was dirty. The air conditioning unit was falling on the wall. The bathroom was dirty. I would not stay in this hotel or recommend it to anyone.

I've stayed at other Comfort Inns in other cities and been very pleased. This one was a disappointment. The room was small--certainly not a suite. The hotel was hard to find, located in an office park with no restaurants or even fast food nearby. I would not stay there again.
