"Great Stay for the money"
The room was clean and the hotel looked as if it had been recently remodeled. The staff was nice and the indoor pool was an added bonus.

"Great ski weekend"
Comfortable room and friendly staff. Nice hot tub and pool. Don't expect much from breakfast, and you won't be disappointed. Close to done good restaurants - try the chinese sushi restaurant... no really!

"Always good stay."
We visit Pinetop several times a year and always stay in this hotel . It's always clean, kids have fun swimming and the continental breakfast good. The front desk employee are super friendly and one of the girls bakes chocolate chip cookies for the guests. I strongly recommend this hotel , hope u have a nice stay like we always do.

Don't expect the Holiday Inn you are use to at this location. Breakfast was well below par, rooms are dated with old tube tv's.. Even though it is the closest hotel to slopes, don't think I will be staying there again. Too bad they fail to take advantage of their proximitey.....

The breakfast could have been better. The eggs taste weird. I also saw new modern TV in the pictures online but they room I got had an old one from the 80's or 90's. Still, nice for Pinetop.
One of the best expierences ive ever had in a hotel. Very clean comfortable lounge had breakfast by the fireplace. Very freindly staff. The room was very clean and the beds and pillows very comfortable. Stayed their in the winter time and the building was at such a nice ambient tempature that a rarley had to turn on the heater inside our room since […] the access to the rooms is from the inside. I was in the area for work. The hotel was centrally located for me and near a lot of really nice restaurants. The room was a nice size and very comfortable. The staff was really pleasant and they serve a nice full breakfast.

"Excellent Accommodations"
A large group of us came up to Pinetop for the North Pole Experience in Greer during the midst of a winter storm. We chose to stay in Pinetop the night before- the staff was incredible- getting us all rooms close to one another, the rooms were clean, comfortable and roomy- loved the microwave and fridge. After a day of sledding- the kids enjoyed playing […] in the indoor pool and relaxing in the hot tub. Breakfast the next morning included fresh pancakes, hot sausage and every pastry you could imagine. The friendly staff, clean rooms and surrounding areas will keep us coming back. Thank you!!! "By far the cleanest &most comfortable hotel there."
We have stayed at several hotels in Pinetop. This was the best by far. The bed was comfortable, the room very clean and the staff was outstanding. Until we are ready to buy a vacation home in Pinetop, this will be our hotel of choice.

Very clean hotel, friendly staff. Best breakfast buffet of any chain anywhere including Cereals, eggs, bacon, muffins, pancakes, juices, coffees, yogurt, hardboiled eggs, oatmeal and more. We'll be back next time we're on a leave Phoenix getaway.

"The hotel stunk"
My wife and I thought that maybe since this was a Holiday Inn, we would be satisfied with its quality and we would be comfortable staying there. For the most part, we were....but there was one slight problem: Our room stunk like B.O.!!! There was nothing we could do help this situation. We tried spraying febreze liberally, but to no avail. "Excellent place to stay for hitting the slopes"
The hotel is in a great location, rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is very helpful. They checked road conditions for me, recommended places to dine and shop etc. I had a good experience here. They even had a mini dozer plowing snow and ice in the parking lot to make things easier in the morning. Overall a fantastic place to stay for a decent […] price if you're hitting the slopes at Sunrise. It's relatively close but the drive becomes a bit long if the roads are icy. Les mer

"Perfect spot in Pinetop"
The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable. I wanted a place where the doors opened to the inside due to the cold and snow and this was a good choice. The heater worked great and we were warm. The continental breakfast was very good, better than I expected, including bacon and eggs. A great way to start a day of skiing. We will definitely stay […] there again when we're in the area. "Good Stop Over Great Pool & spa"
Came to Pinetop to see family for Christmas. Spent the night at this Holiday Inn Express. Was able to use the spa to relax. They have a sauna as well. Everything was nice and clean. The beds and room were comfortable. It is on my where to stay list.

The staff were friendly and the hotel room was great. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast but did enjoy the pool and spa. Wireless internet in the room was simple to connect to and was definitely nice to have.

"Decent hotel for the price"
Had never stayed here before. Desk staff was helpful and friendly. They provided information on restaraunts in the area which was nice but rather out of date. Breakfast was good though there was only one choice of hot entree. In our case it was biscuits and gravy and it wasn't very good. The cinnamon rolls were very good tough and the rest of breakfast […] was pretty standard fare. They only had a few pieces of fruit out and didn't replenish them after the initial rush. "Outstanding Hotel"
We really enjoyed staying at the Holiday Inn Express, very clean and the people were very very nice, we did have to leave one day early due to an emergency back home, had no problem with them not charging us for the extra day, would stay there again and again. Thanks
