Kort vei til/fra O'Hare int. flyplass. Utenfor Chicago sentrum, så enkelt å komme seg videre uten å havne i tung trafikk. Koselige og høflige ansatte og Legends sportsbar inkorporert i lobby området for å innta middag og drinker til normal pris. Store og fine rom; litt slitte, men rene. Frokosten var langt over middels med utvidet continental frokost. Fitnessrommet var veldig enkelt, men fikk trent basis. Nabolaget er noe slitent forstads- men virket greit.

Hotell valt i utg.pkt pga nær O'Hare-flyplassen. Svært praktisk, to stoppestader frå flyplassen med t-banen (Cumberland). I tillegg lett, rimeleg og kjapt å koma seg med 'blue line' til sentrum av Chicago på same banen. Middels pluss service i skranken på hotellet. Frukost visstnok berre svært lettvint, med 'småkaker' eller liknande. Nytta ikkje dette tilbodet sjølv. Ok reinhald på romma. Var på to forskjellige under opphaldet mitt. Restaurant næraste nabo på eine sida av hotellet, også parkeringsplass knytt til denne, utan at eg fann dette sjenerande. 7 minutts spasertur tek deg til diger supermarknad, der du finn alt du måtte trenga. Også andre småsjapper og ein frisør. 5 minutt til fots til t-banestasjonen. Motorvegen like ved og tidvis flytrafikk over, men gjorde ingenting av betydning. Godt støyisolert.

Rent og pent motell til en rimelig pris når man må bo på en flyplass et døgn. Hyggelig betjening, Spesielt hyggelig sjåfør som gratis beringer deg til og fra O'Hare. Fikk ingen beskjed på forhånd om at frokost var inkludert i prisen før etter at jeg hadde vært ute og spist på Subway i nabohuset:) PS! Er det nødvendig å ha pornokanalen gratis blant alle de andre kanalene? Nødvendig å ha porno på tv-en i det hele tatt?

Hotelet lå kun ca 10 min kjøring fra flyplassen. Vi leide bil, men lett å finne fram til hotel. Toget ned til Down Town stoppet like ved. Kjempe hyggelig betjening både ved skranke og matsal! Selv om hotelet ligger nær stor flyplass, var det lite vi hørte til trafikk og flystøy. Flott svømmebasseng!

Our stay had everything we needed: convenience, value and comfort. This has always been my experience at Hyatt Place hotels, which is why I prefer to stay in them. The value for money is especially nice. With the free breakfast, plenty of room to spread out (the sitting area and desks make this possible) and comfortable beds, the value for money is […] unbeatable in the area. I've stayed at many Hyatt's and this one was one of my favorite ones. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate. I requested for the 6th floor and got it! Loved staying there. Will stay again.

Like a number of the business class hotels but with a Hyatt touch. Decent free breakfast with eggs & such as an upgrade. would stay again

This hotel was awesome, especially for the price we paid! I was very satisfied! I would recommend this to anyone! It was not hard to find and there were good place to eat around it (and even a movie theater)!

"Tiresome Incident"
I actually had forgotten about this trip I took with my younger kids but my intentions were to write a review. Well, to make my story short, my night was not a good one and I may pick differently on staying there the next time. I know somethings are out of the hotel's control but the guest were out of control. Not sure what celebration was going on […] but around 1:30 a.m., guest across the hall from me must have gotten locked out so they chose the hallway to be loud. I called down to have someone come up, which that matter was solved but then 20 mins. later, the guest above me seemed to be having a party which after 30 mins. or so, I had to call regarding that. Doors were slamming and all you heard was thumbs, bumps,etc. The good thing is about 15 mins. after I called, the matter was resolved but that left me with about 3 or 4 hours of sleep which I had to drive back home towards Indiana being very tried. While overall this is a very nice hotel, It is VERY LOUD! While in your room with your door shut and TV on, you can still hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallway, even if people are just walking by. If you stay there, make sure you are as far from the elevators as you can get. My wife and I stay here when we visit my parents and notice this every time. […] We always look past it but this last time will be our last visit. There was a wedding party staying at the hotel and they were going loudly until 5am, we complained to the staff and they did nothing. It wasn't until another guest called the Police that they quieted down. Les mer

"NOISY!!!"
I stayed overnight here with my young family before my half marathon so that I could get a good night's sleep and avoid waking up super early to get to my race. WRONG! The hotel had some youth baseball teams staying there and the noise was CRAZY. I was trying to get to sleep early (before 10pm) and put my two little children to sleep as well, but the […] hall noise went on past midnight. We realized noise was going to be an issue as soon as we got to our first room right next to the elevator, so we complained and were switched to a room right next to an exterior door. But I don't know which was worse. The hallway traffic noise was AWFUL! It kept us up late and made for a terrible night's sleep. Other than that, the rest of the hotel stay was just okay. The rooms are GORGEOUS and comfortable. But the bath room is lacking. The breakfast was sub-par and the pool was cold. Les mer

this hotel was extremely well designed with every amenity considered.The location is fantastic with easy access to the shopping and dining areas but located out of the busy traffic.
Staff was very nice. Breakfast wasnt that good. Room was very clean and confy. The bed made noise just by sitting on it so it wasnt what i expected. Overall I would stay there again.

Booked the hotel to get away and relax. It met my expectations the bed was comfortable and the layout of the room was nice. The seperated living area was great. Truly got alot for the price we paid.

Stayed here for a wedding, the rooms were surprisingly large with a living area, desk, couch, and mini fridge/sink. Huge high quality flat screen tv that swiveled. We enjoyed our room - it is very nicely decorated. The bathroom was a bit "blah" for as nice as the rest of the room was- but it was clean, great shower pressure, too. We'd definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel, the breakfast bar food was plentiful, fresh and constantly refreshed. The room was clean and comfortable. This hotel takes part in a "green program" in which towels and sheets are not changed daily only if the the room occupants are in agreement.

Satyed in this hotel one night and I wish it was more. The place is brand new and had wonderful rooms with quality beds!!! It was quiet and the staff was very nice!!!
