Meget god standard til rimelig pris! Nytt, flott hotell - personale med gode engelskkunnskaper (kan ikke tas for gitt i japanske hoteller). Flott rom. Ligger nær endestasjon for undergrunnsbane, dvs. at man må begynne all sightseeing med trikk, buss eller drosje. Bra shuttle-service til sentralbanestasjonen.

Every aspect was excellent, could not have asked for more. Although not just a walk away from the Osaka Main JR Station their shuttle system could not be beat.

General all ok n v good except location with rihga royal osaka Shin yokohama prince general ok except dirt spot chair n sofa also not feel good carpet location fine

Triple room was really a double that they stuck a twin bed in the middle of room Room was smelly. They did change our room so we went up to top floor restaurant to have dinner but they would only give us bar menu. Other were having dinner until 10:30pm. It was frustrating They really only were catering to Japan and Chinese clients

This was a very comfortable hotel but a little out of th way. But thre was a train station under, you mostly had to catch a cab to everywhere. We had a deluxe twin it was more like a one bedroom suite. Service was excellent and the Concierge was very helpful and spoke good english.

Our only complaint was that we had to travel to nearby locations to save money on food and other amenities. Other than that it was a really enjoyable place to stay.

I booked a non smoking room but they gave me a smoking without asking.

Great sized room for Japan and great value

Everything was fine, the hotel beautiful, but the room was very small.

Free shuttle bus service every 15 minutes from Osaka JR station which is most convenient. Near the Science museum.

The hotel staffs are very pleasant and helpful. The room is nice and spacious. There are hotel shuttle bus services which make it very convenience to go about Osaka. Really enjoyed our stay there and is possible we will go back and stay there again.

For a hotel of this size, it is run very efficiently. I would highly recommend a stay here. The bus transfers to Osaka station are great.

Generally the hotel is excellent with a good spread of international and Japanese breakfast . However no wifi is available not even at the lobby. Very disappointed during my stay.

Very good customer services and good English standard of staffs at information counter. Their professional in transportation help my tour more smooth and cheerful. Though the hotel location is not so easy to catch but the room price is very cheap, and the room is clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at my experience at RIGHA Royal Hotel Osaka. I arrived a via the free shuttle bus from Osaka Station a little earlier than check-in. They checked my coat and bags for free until I could check-in. Unfortunately, it was a very busy day and they couldn't get me into my room sooner. I had an overpriced lunch at Remone (pizza of […] all things, which was pretty good) and then went to the concierge who booked me a massage and time at the pool/relaxation area. To be honest, the massage was just OK. However, the pool/relaxation area was well worth it. There are wet/dry saunas and soaking tubs for women only and pools that are coed. It was very relaxing. The room was very modern, which surprised me based on other reviews and a peek at another room while walking down the hall. Perhaps this is because it was a single room? In any case, the bed and pillows were very soft which was welcome after staying on so many futons and hard beds.I did miss having free internet. Each time I passed through the lobby, staff greeted me warmly. Almost everyone speaks some English, which was welcome to me as I speak no Japanese. One of the biggest draws for me was the free shuttle to Osaka station. This was very convenient, though the stop was a bit hard to find at Osaka station (just ask around and someone can point you in the right direction.) I was visiting a friend and didn't walk around the neighborhood too much to comment on the surroundings, though it doesn't look like it was very charming, so you'll need to get on the shuttle to explore Osaka. The room was definately better than other business hotels and the shuttle to Osaka stn was very useful. But there's no restaurant and even convenience store near the hotel. Worst of all there is no place you can use wifi in the hotel. They only have four desktop pcs. Windows in a room cannot be opened and the only ventilaion(?) I had was a heating fan. […] It was quite hot and dusty sometimes but the only thing I could do was just waiting. The shuttle from/to Osaka stn was quite useful but finishes 10pm and there were always a long line in the evening and I had to wait more than 30 mins sometimes. The staffs just keep speaking Japanese even they knew that I'm a foreigner and delivered an English newspaper to me. But not too bad for the money. Les mer

Tidy and clean with good hospitality. Shuttle service is wonderful.

Very comfy for the price we pay, and great service! The location isn't ideal but there's hotel bus taking us from hotel to Osaka station and is frequent, and the bus driver ensures that we're well looked after too. I was particularly impressed that the bus driver goes to length to ensure that everyone from the station is picked up at the station that […] night even when the hotel bus hour ended. Really enjoyed 3 nights stay with this hotel. Everything is perfect except a little recommendation for check-out procedure. Maybe introduce a "drop and go" system like most of western countries. A nice hotel with great customer service. My full of praise to Mr Yamamoto of Concierge of being the most polite and helpful staff. Osaka train station is just 5 min by hotel shuttle,and there is a local train in 3 min walk. Overall stay is comfortable and recommended.

I have stay at this hotel many times over the last 4-5 years. I always enjoyed the service and hospitality.

Excellent hotel, shuttle to Umeda Station was on time and a great service. Comfortable beds, clean large rooms, very good breakfast buffet.

I arrived with an early flight but the hotel insisted I could not check-in until 3:00 p.m. However, when I came back at 2:00 p.m., other guests were already checking in. They insisted to help me with my luggage but all the porters were busy. I waited 5 minutes and I took the bags to the room by myself. Communication in English was a big problem - I […] talked with the hotel staff mostly in sign language. The hotel offered 2 choices of breakfast. I took the western style. Not a big variety for a buffet breakfast. The bacon and salmon were way too salty. The fruit juices were way too sweet. Coffee was bad - by German standard. The scrambled eggs were too watery. The rice which was supposed to be hot was only warm. No fresh fruit! Only the homemade ham tasted okay. Food in hotel was general extremely expensive. I had a lunch in a hotel restaurant specialized in eel. I would not recommend this restaurant both for its price, quantity and food quality (FYI – I had eel the night before in Kyoto and it was way better for much less.) The hotel was clean. Transportation is okay: 1. It offers a free shuttle between Osaka Station. 2. Going to Kyoto is easy as the Osaka-Kyoto train has a station next to the hotel. I travel for business; hygiene and cost are important to me. I do not care much about service. I will book the hotel again when the room rate is okay to me. Les mer

Perhaps the best service I've ever encountered in any hotel. The rooms are spacious by Japanese satndard and very clean. They just cannot do enough for you to make your stay the most comfortable one. I would definately stay there again when I visit Osaka again. Philip.

We were really happy with the hotel, especially for the price that we paid. The rooms were much bigger than regular Japan standard and was very clean and well maintained. The location was not the best but the hotel had a few shuttle buses that took you to the major Train and Subway station. Located at the heart of Osaka, RIHGA Royal Hotel really surprised me with great services and room cleanness. Free shuttle bus to Osaka train station is frequent and convenient. Staff are well trained and professional. I will book this hotel next time when I visit Osaka.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room is small in US standard, but ambience is really good. My Japanese friend told me that he will not be able to stay in this high class hotel in his life (mainly expensive). We got it pretty cheap from this website (it was on sale).

This was a nice hotel with very Japanese customer service - extremely polite - 2 people show you to your room! Everything was fine, but the location isn't amazing - about 15-20mins walk to Osaka/Umeda. There is a shuttle bus but it ends at 22.15 and doesn't start until 7.30, so if you have early or late flight then it doesnt help much. Also sometimes […] it is full and you have to wait another 10 mins or so for the next one. The other thing is that the restaurants are v expensive in the hotel. Still a nice place to stay though! I get the feeling that this hotel was built some time ago so some of the fixtures and fittings appeared to be a bit tired. Having said that, they were of high quality so it was just a cosmetic thing. The stay itself was fine. The only quirk of this hotel was that the doors to the rooms didn't automatically close behind you when you left the room. I […] did notice a few doors left wide open when walking to the elevator so just something to be aware of. I'd recommend this hotel as it was very good value for money on the rate I was able to get. We had a beautiful stay at the RIHGA Hotel. The hotel was very clean, bright and had a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was clean and bright. The neighborhood was very close to the subway stop and there was a bus to take people downtown to Osaka Station. This was very convenient for us to use. There were very many nice buildings in this area […] to visit. There was a nice river view from our Hotel Window with trees and nice scenery. Les mer

Hotel was excellent...everything is well organized. If you have a question there is info desk who are very well trained, they will give you a very detailed answer in very short time (unbeleivable) and they are friendly. Many wide choices of Rest, foods and services are more than excellent, but price is high. There is frequent bus service to center at […] short distance. You can enjoy nice walk around the hotel, nice river view and very quiet and peaceful. Les mer

設備やサービスなどとてもすてきで居心地の良いホテルです。

徒歩圏になにもなく移動はほとんどタクシーを利用しました。大阪駅からシャトルバスもありますが、夜遅くまではないのでちょっと不便。逆に夜出歩かず、USJ（こちらも行きは無料シャトル有）に行くようなファミリーなら断然おすすめです。時間帯にもよるのでしょうがチェックイン・アウトで長蛇の列が出来てしまったり、清掃が行き届いてなく排水溝に髪の毛が詰まっていたりとそれなりの滞在を期待していたので少し残念なところもありました。
