We needed a kitchen. But the one there is from hunger. Good mattress'

No ice machines. The aroma in the building indicated poor air circulation. If I had a choice, I would put extended stay hotels in their own category. I would have selected a normal hotly.

The lint balls in the hall way never moved, beds were hard as rocks. I was glad we had other stuff to do and only used the room to crash at. Other Ex Stys I have been to were very clean and nice, this one however needs some work. Won't be staying here again.

OMG.. do not stay here unless you like: odor, peestain on toilet seat, uncomfortable/noisy bed,lack of maintanence of room,Dogs barking.... I guess they're trying to clean it up , but still has alot to go, stay at Best western or Holiday Inn Next door, pay the extra money for a good nights sleep...

This hotel is filthy. The bed was horrible, the sink and tub reeked- some stink from the drains. I would never recommend this.

Terrible

Had to find a hotel quickly and that was close to disneyland. Extended Stay was perfect. Good price, good employees, and it was close to disneyland and downtown disney. couldn't have asked for a better trip.

Room and bathroom seemed clean, but there was hair in the bath-tub and the tub felt a little slimy in stepping in for the shower. Pillows were hard and not comfortable and gave me pain in my neck - not enough to complain, but enough that I would probably choose a different place that might cost a little more to give me more comfort.

Room was clean however this is supposed to be a non smoking hotel and my floor had very strong smoke smell. Check in was easy and an easy location to find.

I totally get you usually get what you pay for...but, this hotel was in desperate need of carpet cleaning in hallways and room. Also, the stairway was filthy. Needed swept and mopped! Every time we left our room or came back the smell of cigarette smoke was so strong it made me sick! The bed was horribly noisy. Any type of movement during the night […] made the bed squeak. Our bedspread had stains appearing to be paint. When we first arrived our smoke detector was chirping so someone came and changed batteries. No big deal there just happy it didn't start at 3AM. Next time I will definitely choose a different hotel! Les mer

I spent three nights at this hotel and found the room to meet all of my needs. It was the outside of the room that concerned me. The hall carpets were filthy. Trash built up over the three days and was never emptied. The stench was awful. The parking lot also needed attention. Trash everywhere. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

This hotel was fine for budget travel. Staff friendly and helpful. The carpet in the room was on the ratty side but the room itself was fairly clean. The bedspread/blanket smelled like a bit of an ashtray but being tired I slept through it.

The only complaint we have is that there was no hot shower, water was lukewarm. Very good location. Overall a good place to stay

This was a great experience--I actually went back two nights later to stay there again. The hallways were not very clean but nothing like the others on this site had experienced. The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and helpful and let us have a very very very late checkout both of the times we stayed there. They were very understanding and helpful. Bathroom […] was clean and had very nice comfortable towels. Bed was alright, it was clean but not the most comfortable thing in the world. I felt fine sleeping in it. Overall, I would totally go there again, especially for their low rates. Les mer

When I first arrived there it was very nice. Check in was easy and the front desk clerk was very pleasant. Then when I went to my room. I didn't go through the front door but I went through the side. I got there and the door was propped open my a garbage can and when i walked in, it smelled like a dumpster. At the corner of the the little hall there […] were stacks and stacks of garbage. It looked like housekeeping didn't have time to take out the trash to the dumpster and just left in there for everyone to see. It was absolutely disgusting. I had to hold my breath and rush through there since I had my 14 month old son with me. That was the only thing that I didn't like. I went through the front door after that. That was not a good experience for me. After-ward's I felt like I had to sanitize everything I touched over there. Sorry but I don't think I can stay at a place who doesn't care about cleanliness. everything was wonderful

Do not stay here. It is the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in. Stains on all the carpeting in the room and it smells like an ashtray-garbage can combination.

The rate for the hotel stay was extremely good, however, the interior hallways were very dirty and I would not recommend the hotel to other travelers because of the cleanliness issue. The staff members that I encountered were very helpful and courteous.

The guy at the counter was awesome! There were no ashtrays in the room. So I called down to the office, and the guy rushed two ashtrays up immediately which was very nice. The room was cleaner than usual. The carpet throughout the building howhever was very dirty. That really makes a bad impression.

Save your time and money ... stay somewhere else!

This was a pretty good room for the price. My television was broken when I arrived and they fixed it first thing the following morning. (I arrived late in the evening.) One note to any travelers who fly in-and-out on a weekly basis - if you're the type that likes to leave your bags at the hotel over the weekend, this is not the place for you at this […] time. They were nice about it, but they don't have room to store a bag until your next arrival. Les mer

The only bad thing we have to say about the Hotel was by the door going out to the parking lot the Garbage was piled up in the closed hallway and it smelled really bad. We had to hold our breath everytime.

Disappointing due to state of disrepair, cleanliness and a very stained carpet! The stairwell was very smelly of smoke and garbage. No free internet access as I had anticipated.

While we were very pleased with the overall quality of our stay and the price of the hotel, there were a few issues that we were displeased with: the tv remote's batteries were dead and the dishes provided by the hotel in the kitchenette were extremely dirty and unsanitary - I would not even allow my dog to drink out of the bowls. I received the type and quality of room I expected--no surprises.

No fancy frills, just a good place to stay. Rooms were very nice, people were friendly, location was just right. I did notice that the hallways didn't get the attention that they should have. Maybe the vacuum was broken, but the rooms were just fine.

Needs updating, continual housekeeping and cleanliness measurement upgrades.

Too bad the young lady who checked me in never learned to smile. Also too bad she never hung up from her personal call while checking me and others in. The hallway carpet was filthy. The room was fair and the tv worked.

We were surprised by the size of the room for the money we paid. There were no fancy frills, but we didn't need any. I did notice that even though the rooms were clean, the halls left a lot to be desired. I would definitely stay there again

We stayed in this hotel for one night while passing through town. The front desk agent at night when we arrived was not very friendly but the room was clean and cool. We walked over to grab some dinner and called it a night. Everything was good except that there was a fee to use the wireless service... Kind of ridiculous.
