Rommene var veldig fine, kanskje litt harde senger. Ble låst ute fra hotellet ved et par anledninger, siden resepsjonisten hadde en tendens til å forsvinne litt for lenger. Sett bort ifra det så ligger det masse flotte restauranter i gå avstand til hotellet! Stille og rolig hotell.

Hotell Brittany er et helt greit turistklassehotel med en grei beliggenhet. To t-banelinjer rett i nærheten. Aircondition, fin frokost og godt renhold. Våre (tre) rom var ikke spesielt små, men heisen var minimal! Veldig hyggelig betjening! Vi kommer gjerne igjen til dette hotellet.

Rommene er små og mørke. Det var lite lamper i rommet og madrassen var veldig hard. Det var vegg til vegg teppe. De burde fjernet teppe, da teppet så veldig skittent ut. Badet var nyopppusset og fint. Frokosten var god, de hadde syltetøy, ost og baguetter osv (ikke varm mat). Da vi var der holdt de på å pusse opp matsalen. De hadde ikke andre måltider […] på hotellet, men vil anbafal restauranten Neuf som ligger rett ved. De har gode middager. Hotellet ligger rett ved en metro som du kan ta til Eifeltårnet (tar ca 5-10 min) og til Notre Dam (ca 10 min). Hotellet har transport tilbud til og fra flyplassene, men en må bestille dette 24 timer før en skal bli hentet/fraktet. Les mer

Jeg og kjæresten bodde der i forbindelse med nyttår 2011. Hotellet er lett å finne, nærme to ulike meteroer og bare en ti minutters spasertur fra moulin rouge. Der finner man også meteroen som går direkte til champs elysees og mange restauranter og utesteder. Det er ikke veldig mange kafeer/restauranter i området rundt hotellet, men en liten spasertur, […] så er det straks fler. Lite rom, men for deg som ikke tilbringer ferien på rommet er dette et bra hotell med grei størrelse på bad. Den ene av meteroene som er rett i nærheten går til louvre museet og sentrum. Her kommer man også til den mest sentrale stasjonen og kan lett bytte over til andre. Bra roomservice, god engelsk på personalet og veldig behjelpelige ved spørsmål. Anbefales! :) Les mer

Personell i resepsjonen snakket flytende engelsk. De var veldig hjelpsomme. Badet var fint. Ellers var hotellet gammelt. Rommet litt lite. Men vi syntes det var viktig med sentral beliggenhet.

Beliggende i klassisk bygård i Paris. Svært nære Metro (Notre-Dame-Du-Lorrette og Cadet). Gåavstand til Lafayette og Printemps varehusene. Gåavstand til Sacre-C. Utrolig sjarmerende del av Paris. Nyoppusset bad og greit, men lite, rom. Kontinental frokost, men av de bedre. Noe støy fra gate på dagtid, men greit kveld / natt.

Hotel is situated in walking distance of some of the attractions(if you like walking, about 20-30 min from Louvre and Basilique, some nice parks 10-15 min away), there are some great restaurants around the hotel with a pizza place that is great(literally best pizza i had in years) just on the left of the hotel. Service was great, and the hotel staff […] was very polite and helpful. Only downsize was that the rooms themselves aren't very big(there ok sized, no running around space though, depends if you get bothered by that), however that is quite the same in any Paris hotel. I needed a hotel for an overnight stay in Paris. I didn't want to pay a lot, but I wanted something that was close to the main attractions. The Hotel Brittany accomplished just that. The prices were very reasonable and was just a short walk from most the major attractions or transportation.

The front desk staff are all very friendly and speak English. They gave us a room before the check-in time which was great after a long trip. This hotel is very close to the Metro line 12. Safe area to walk at night, there are a few bakeries and supermarket in the area. Overall great experience.

Hotel delivered good value at the price. Front desk manager was very helpful in trying to help us rebook our flight when we were stranded due to snow. Some good local restaurants within 5 minutes walk

We had a pleasant stay at the Brittany Hotel. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The breakfast was a better value than in other places we had stayed in, and the hotel has free, easy-to-access wifi. Our highest praise goes to the staff--both front desk and housekeeping. My husband has mobility issues and they were kind and attentive to our every need. […] When the first room we had chosen was difficult because of the bathtub access, the moved us immediately into a new room with no problem. Situated in the very centre - 5 minutes walk to Opera, yet on a very quiet piece of the street. It is 15-20 minutes walk from Paris Nord railway station. My room was not big, but with good bed and desent bathroom.

Our stay at the Brittany was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and quiet. The staff was without exception pleasant and willing to assist. As our French was virtually non-existent their ability to communicate in English was greatly appreciated.

The hotel is older, but clean and kept-up. The elevator is tiny. 2 people have to be close to fit in it. The neighborhood is very nice, and close to several metro stations.

Stayed at this hotel with friends for two nights having read reviews saying it was good place. without a doubt It lived up to the reviews. Only 20 min walk from station or 1 min from underground. 45 min walk from Place De La Concorde, so great position for exploring Paris. Rooms were fine for us with balcony to watch Paris life going on. Very good bed […] and clean shower room with plenty of hot water. Reception were excelent even letting us use the breakfast room on Saturday night to eat food and drink we had brought from a supermarket. They even provided us with bottle opener! The lift was ideal for cases and one person and was the smallest I have ever seen! But it did the job. Breakfast was continental and plenty of choice and great coffee. Excellent value and location. No bar but allowed us to leave luggage after check out time, breakfast basic but no problems with it. Smallest lift in the world so be careful of big suitcase we were on floor 6! Would stop again

This was a great Hotel only about a 15 minute walk from the Gare du Nord train station and metro stops just around the corner, the hotel is on a quiet street but just around the corner are plenty of cafes. The room and bathroom were plenty big enough and the bed was very comfortable which was good after those long days walking around, there is no view […] from your window but who cares, how long are you planning to actually stay in your room. The breakfast was basic continental, cereal, juice (some of the best orange juice i've had) bread, yogurt, fruit and some pastries, and ham and cheese slices it was good enough to start the day and hold you off for a couple hours. I booked this hotel at a special rate, which was not refundable, therefore they charged me for the 3 nights about 1.5 months before we actually stayed there. Nonetheless, they received us well and helped our non-French speaking skills. The rate included breakfast, which was simple but fulfilling. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is great for metro transit, and it is adequate for biking or walking around Paris, if your into that. The staff and location make up for the dim but comfortable tiny rooms. The included continental breakfast was excellent and served in a quirky adorable and spacious room on the ground floor. A sure bet for tourists like us who care more about sightseeing than staying at a pretentious and tres cher hotel.

We had an upgraded room and the size was very good. The subway is one short block away and the hotel is surrounded by restaurants. The hotel staff was very helpful and Natalie was extraordinary in helping with room change, directions and suggestions.

Staff were excellent even though there was a mix up with breakfast booking. Breakfast is buffet style and good choice. Bed comfortable although rooms a little on the small side, particularly in the en suite. Great location walking distance to most attractions (within 15 - 35 minutes walk) and very close to Metro.

Good value for money. Our room however was at the back of the hotel and was a bit dark and dated. The other room at the front however was excellent with modern shower and comfortable facilities. Great value hotel with metro station very close. Line 12 gets you to most places.

The Brittany Hotel offers decent accessbility to the metro and some of Paris' best sights. Restaurants right around the hotel are plentiful and diverse. The hotel itself was a typical small Europen style hotel with the essentials (bed, cable tv, bathroom). Get what you pay for. The reception and dining area is currently being renovated and is looking good. Bedrooms have been painted but the carpet is VERY stained and needs replacing. Our biggest complaint is there is no fridge to keep a drink cool and no where to make a cup of tea. When arriving back after a busy day it would be so good to relax with […] a nice "cupp". Great little hotel, we were on top floor (I think). Interesting little lift. Breakfast included was really good with fresh pastries, cereal, toast, yogurts, fresh fruit, and GREAT COFFEE - seriously what else do you need. Service was really good. Hotel staff was rude from the beginning, I have been travelling throughout Europe for the past 6 weeks and this was by far the worst service I have recieved at any hotel I have stayed at yet I paid more for this hotel than any of my other ones. I paid for breakfast when I booked the hotel but when I arrived I was told that they did not have me down […] for that. I then proceeded to show them my reservation where it said that I had paid for breakfast, and they still would not accept it. I finally got tired of arguing with them as I was only in Paris for 3 days and wanted to make the most out of my time, so I left my bags and went to explore the city. When I got back to check into my room, it took the desk 30 minutes to find my reservation and get my the key to my room. In the process of trying to fix the problem, the desk staff were unprofessional and not apologetic at all. When I finally saw the room, it did not look like the website pictures. There was a dreadful hallway that looked to be under construction you had to walk through once you were in your room. The bathroom window had an old toilet paper roll stuck between the building and window in order to keep it open. Overall, I was less than pleased after the headache I had had at the desk from my breakfast ordeal and getting my room key. The final straw came when I returned to the hotel and was not able to get into the lobby because no one was at the desk, this happened twice. Overall horrible stay, don't recommend!! Les mer

Reading reviews on several websites, I understand the hotel started undergoing some refurbishment works a while ago. Having been there for a few days, I could see they still haven't finished the refurbishment, even though this did not affect my stay. Rooms are quite small, but clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are ok and clean. I think the best rooms […] are those at floors other than the 1st, and possibly rooms not facing the main road, as it can be a bit noisy. Les mer

We stayed at the Brittany for 7 nights. The staff there was wonderful -- very helpful and friendly, so we immensely enjoyed our stay there. The staff gave some good recommendation about places to eat, and gave us excellent suggestion about how to get to places in Paris and to Bayveux. One of the staff person, Natalie, was extremely helpful. We had reservations […] for two deluxe rooms, but got a standard room for one night because there was a mistake, but quickly resolved by the staff with appologies. This did not damper our enthusiasm for the place. There is a metro stop (#12 line) which was just around the corner of the hotel. The continental breakfasts which came with the rooms were excellent, especially the freshly squeezed orange juice and fresh fruit each morning. There are a lot of good restaurants nearby. Les mer

There were 2 adults and our 12 year old daughter on this trip. With 3 single beds our room was very snug, but very clean and perfectly functional. We assume the hotel has been renovated recently as the bathroom was very good plus the breakfast area had a modern feel and was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning -- there's an array to choose from -- croissants, baguette, cheese, fruits and juices.
