The room was much bigger than I expected. Location was rather odd have to drive behind several stores to get to it other than that it was a beautiful hotel

My wife and I had an enjoyable stay. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! There is always a variety of options, from hot to cold at Hyatt Place.

We enjoyed staying there, however, the bathroom was small and the bathtub was clog so it filled up with water when taking a shower.

Customer service and breakfast service need to be improved. We had to stay 15-20 minutes in line to get our breakfast around 9.15 am plus there were no seat available,,they had to open the conference room to accommodate us. Breakfast room is very small. They need to hire some more people in the morning time. The staff was exceptional! We had a group of 17 people at the hotel and chose to walk to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The woman working the front desk heard us discussing it and offered a complimentary shuttle service pick up after our dinner was over so that we would not need to return to the hotel in the dark. My biggest problem in this hotel is they are so busy trying to sell things like a cafe, I had to wait 15mins to check in at 10pm because all their employees were making coffee/ food for people at their lobby cafe. Rediculious. Are you a hotel or a resteraunt? I think you should choose one. Also on the 2nd evening of our stay I went down to get a cup […] of coffee and was told they sell coffee that I can purchase but only provide complimentary coffee during continental breakfast. I was surprised to see a spacious room for a 2-double bed accommodations. I like the extra L-shaped sofa and ottoman and extra sink near the refrigerator.

Only complaint was the beds were only doubles and on the small side . Breakfast was out early so we were able to eat and go on to the airport. Thought parking was included but was told not with our package. Not clear when I booked .

Kids loved the pool and the breakfast. The room layout was different: same size as regular hotel room but the bathroom has been squeezed and the two beds are doubles not queens but this makes for more room elsewhere for a big couch/tv sitting area and a counter bar area. My stay was without a glitch. Nice breakfast options in the morning including from scratch oatmeal and some warm eggs and other items, fresh fruit salad, etc. Finding the hotel, though near the expressway was a bit challenging, the drive in was in back of some other building and road bad. Very good experience overall. Room value was excellent and all the perks you would expect in higher priced rooms are present. Room design is great, the living room/ business room with wet bar are somewhat divided allowing more privacy than normal in a similar priced room. I got this for $ 134/ night at hotels.com and for the price it was a good deal. The breakfast is standard but feels better than most other hotels. Service is good.

Old hotel completely renovated. Very nicely appointed. Interesting check in desk. Different breakfast buffet. Nice sized pool! Quiet, convenient -- great choice. We'll be back!

Pros: Convenient location, but no good views! Breakfast selection awesome, although more seating is needed. Kids thought pool was terrific. Rooms seem spacious and are comfortable. This is the best hotel in the area and we have been going back to family events for the last 20 years. The staff is the most friendliest and helpful we have encountered. Any questions we had they helped us to their upmost. The rooms were had plenty of space and very clean. The free breakfast had a full range of food, more than enough, from breakfast […] sandwiches to hot oatmeal, variety of cereals, french toast, juices, breads, muffins, on and on. The hotel was very comfortable with a very open room plan - felt comfortable. The staff was very quick to help even on a snowy day when everyone was checking in to get off the highway. Hot breakfast was appriciated and good selection. Close to a lot of amenities and resturants.

The hotel was great, we had a beautiful Guestroom 1 king. The room had everything other than a microwave which would have been nice. The View wasn’t the best as it was the back of the plaza and a factory. We had gone to the front desk to ask for extra pillows, the front desk girl was a little rude. We stayed 4 days at the Hyatt and it was great! Very close to a great mall with many restaurants within a 2 min. drive. Staff was super friendly, pool was clean and heated. Close to highway so getting to downtown Pittsburgh was not an issue. Breakfast was included and was very good. Would definitely stay again!

Not actually that close to the airport. 7 miles from the airport. I don't know why "Pittsburgh Airport" is included in its name.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean and the staff was very friendly. The service staff was patient and did not disturb us when we needed to be left alone to relax for the weekend. The staff was accomodating. The breakfast buffet is lacking in some areas, but the variety and presentation was on par with what you would expect from a "better" hotel. […] We would certainly stay in this hotel again. One of the better places I have stayed. The staff was great and the room was very nice. There was no information in the room about surrounding activities or food options, however, there was no need once I asked at the desk. The staff knew about everything in what seemed a 100 mile radius. If I make it back through Pittsburgh I will absolutely stay here […] again. Les mer

The rooms were very nice. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Our only issue was room temperature, had trouble cooling unit down.

Very clean,glass shower doors (not curtains) in the rooms with one king bed, bed/linens were very comfortable, nice big TV.
