Comfort Suites needs to have at least two people at the desk. the person who was managing the desk was so tired that he forgot my wakeup call for a 7am flight. He was half asleep and too exhausted to help people checking in or out. It seems that this person must have been covering two shifts without a break.

I loved the friendliness of the staff and they were a great resource to directing us to local must visit tourist sites. Loved that even though the pool is outdoors it is covered.

I flew in for one night. Room was nice and large. Bed was comfortable. Very quite except for airconditioning unit was loud. Located close to airport. I choose this hotel because it offered a few dining choices within walking distance that weren't fast food. I would definety stay here again

The room was huge. No where to hang your clothes though. Big clean room. Front desk associate super fantastic and friendly. What a great experience for an inexpensive overnight. I'll be back!

While not a "destination" hotel, it was perfectly fine to stay there in prep for catching a flight out of George W. Bush Intercontinential Airport. Quick, easy drive. Neighborhood gets "dodgy" quickly going the opposite way of the airport. Not a lot of restaurants near by.

Second time to stay at this hotel. Good price for being close to airport. Used the shuttle the first time, shuttle ran a little late. Wife dropped me off this time. Room was nice, pool was great for my daughter and stayed open late, front desk was very courteous. Will definitely stay here next time I fly out of IAH.

Speedy check in, pleasant staff, complimentary shuttle arrived with in 10mins of ringing, free wifi and good connection and speed. Breakfast complimentary and comparable for the price I paid. There are eating place's ie Pizza buffet, Chinese, Burger place and convenience within a 5min walk. Safe area to walk around would definitely stay again, slept […] well did not notice to much air traffic considering we are only a 5min drive from the airport rooms were very spacious and the beds very comfortable with nice fluffy pillows. We were told that there was a shuttle all the time day or night. When we arrive it was 12:49am and when we called for the shuttle we were told NO Shttle until 5:30am. Then told we would have to take a taxi. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

It was a nice hotel would stay there again. It was a clean and nice hotel with compfy beds just wish it was pet friendly.

Hotel was excellent location to the Houston Airport, easy to find and get to. Room was well appointed and very clean. Unfortunately our room was very hot and I could not get the noisy AC to bring it down. My Son's room was the same. I think they think its cold when its "only" 75 degrees. We northerners were cooking! No sleep that night. Even our grandson […] was cooked and upset. Hotel clerk did not know how to get to the airport, or where we could get gas for our rental, (we didn't in the end and paid the rental company). We left a wake up call for 6:40 and both rooms got called at 6 minutes after 4. Our only concern would be for the staff support. All in the hotel itself was very nice. Les mer

The room air conditioner is programmed to turn off periodically causing a rise in temperature. The staff is very noisy due to their loud conversations during breakfast. The remote control for the TV in the exercise room was missing and was never replaced during the week we were there.

The hotel is close to the airport, has a good breakfast compared to others and hte rooms are well insulated against noise. The bathrooms are clean. Enough TV channels. Perfect for an overnight stay between two airplanes.

This hotel is close to the airport, clean and has a friendly staff. They provide shuttle service to and from the airport and the drivers were helpful and polite. The hotel was clean and neat. The reception and hotel management were courteous. No issues there at all. While all the hotel amenities are in place and in good condition, I still found them to be a bit average state. Couldn't drinking water bottles in the vending machine or in the room. Accessed computer room, but found to be too slow. Also the internet on the personal laptops […] found to be a bit slower. Found washer and driers are not in great condition, as they took 2-3 cycles before the clothes became dry. Personally I felt if you plan to stay more than 1-2 days in the hotel, I would now look for a different hotel. But if you plan to say overnight or maximum of 2 days, this hotel may be ok. Les mer

The air condition was too noisy and the auto on/off didn't work. The air condition in the 3rd floor hallway wasn't cooling. Also the bed sheets were clean by full with cuts and scratchs looked they are very old. In general the hotel stay was comfortable. I loved the breakfast quality.

My experience was very nice. I was traveling to another country and stayed only one night, but the experience was nice. I would definetely recommend this hotel if you want to stay when your flight departs in a different day.

Stayed for 2 nights due to mix up in flights to Mexico so booked last minute through expedia. It does what it says on the can. Cheap and cheery. Staff, especially on front desk, were really friendly and the 'free' breakfast while not amazing did the job. Swimming pool much smaller than the picture suggests but nicely shaded and under used. We checked in our room and it had a bad odor. We turned on the AC and left for dinner. When we came back the odor was stronger. I went down to ask for another room. The receptionist was curt and asked why we didnt request another room earlier. I explained we went to dinner. She wasn't very nice about getting us another room. 空港送迎もスムーズだったし、ネットもつながりました。 近くに水やジュースを買う酒屋もあります。ファストフード店も… 朝はパンケーキやフルーツがあり、充分でした。 ただ、部屋のエアコンとかバスルームの換気の音が、結構うるさい気がしました。

ホテルに着いてお水が欲しくて１階の自動販売機で買おうと思ったがお金入れても出てこなく水は手にいれることはできず、氷で我慢した。お金はフロントで返してくれた。お部屋はわりと広くソファーもあり快適。 朝食は７時からオープンでゆで卵やヨーグルト、パン、果物と飲み物もいろいろあり朝食付きで空港送迎付きなので良かったと思います。空港に着いたらスーツケースとるところに無料電話でかけるとお迎えに着てくれます。朝は３０分おきにシャトルバスが出てます。今回乗り継ぎに１２時間あったためこのホテル予約してぐっすり眠ることもできよかったです。

Chambre spacieuse, check out à 12h cela laisse le temps de se reposer sans se presser. En escale à Houston pour repartir le lendemain à l'aéroport. Le service de transfert aéroport- hôtel - aéroport parfait.
