Our group of 15 mothers/daughter stayed overnight on our way to Omaha. We had three rooms, two 6-person suites and one 4-person siute. Upon settling into the room that I was staying in, another mom layed across the bed to smell and find a smear of feces on the comforter. I immediately went to the front desk and he apologized but said that no one was […] there to change out the comforter so he offered me another blanket and said that he was leaving a note for the manager who would be in at 7 the next morning. I woke up expecting to hear from someone and never did. Upon checkout, I mentioned the situation to the lady at the desk who turned out to be the manager. She just shook her head and asked how I had paid for the room. When I said online, she said that I would get my receipt online and so I was good to go...no apology or offer of money back or a free night for having to deal with something so disgusting. I was quite disappointed at the lack of service over something that I don't consider to be a minor issue! Les mer
"Steer widely clear"
What a dump. I walk in, no one says anything, finally someone comes to help me, reasonably courteous. There is a sign there saying they are charging you (presumably against some kind of policy since they needed a sign) for a safe in the room... Seriously? So im thinking hmmm not so safe... So i get to my room and the latch looks like someone kicked […] it in. I report this to the person at the desk and they are shocked- which tells me they've never seen the rooms. Dirty tables and bathroom, hard and uncomfortable bed and the worst hotel service I ever had. Iwasn't expecting the ritz, but this place was terrible. You can definitely do better right across the street at stony creek where even when i went in by accident they were nicer or the new ramada which was beautiful, clean and again very helpful and courteous when we went there for dinner. The hotel seemed seemed good. Then the people in the rooms to either side of me started conversations - I could clearly hear what was being said

The room had a bad smell but otherwise was comfortable. The cleaning lady didn't clean the room other than make the bed. The trash was left and the bathroom/sink area wasn't cleaned.

had a great stay! Great Staff and great breakfast!! my family enjoyed myself while on our stay! would totally stay here again.

The hotel was clean and adequate, not fancy, but had all that we needed. The room was comfortable. The breakfast food was good, with a nice big TV, but the room is fairly small and got rather crowded. The desk staff could have been friendlier. "Nice but noisy"
This is a nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff was cordial. Our room had a separate nook or enclave that had a computer desk, coffee table, and couch, which was a nice touch and a pleasant surprise. For the money it was a great room. We had problems with the a kid in the room above running and jumping around from 11:30pm to sometime after […] 12:15am. (Come on, people!) The hotel staff was not effective in getting this to stop, though they tried at least some. Then the next morning around 9am we heard voices outside our room, and then what sounded like something scratching our door. It was a hotel employee cleaning the outside of our door, talking to a co-worker the whole time. When politely asked to keep it down, he politely did, and moved on. Les mer
"Perfectly acceptable"
Newish, clean, and relatively quiet. It's next to the highway and we could hear the traffic a little, but it wasn't too bad. Breakfast was reasonable and the mattress was pretty good. The only annoying part is that the walls are thin enough that we could hear the person next door snoring.

"Great for the Money"
I was actually surprised at what a nice hotel this was, because we got a great rate. The room was luxurious and comfortable, hotel beautiful inside, and the service and breakfast was really great too. Would definitely stay at this or another Comfort Suites somewhere else based on this experience. Very nice.

Clean (non-smoking) hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms and fine for a short stay or if you are passing thru St. Joe for a night (easy access from the Interstate). Room has sofa with a pull-out bed, so sleeps 5 people very easily.

"Great Room for Money"
This hotel was conveniently located to the freeway and very comfortable with plenty of eating options nearby. Included breakfast was good.
"Too noisy"
The hotel was nice and clean but noisy! We could hear people talking and hair dryers. We got very little sleep. The whole point of staying in a hotel is to sleep and it was most difficult. And to top it off the maid came banging on the door at 9:00 on a Sunday morning.
