Praktfullt hotell med god beliggenhet i fredelige omgivelser. Flott spa-avdeling med romslig svømmebasseng. Hyggelig og meget hjelpsom betjening, både i resepsjonen og i restaurantene. Meget gode restauranter på hotellet, og noen sjarmerende gode spisesteder i landsbyen like ved.

moderne hotell i gammelt skall.super hyggelig og hjelpsom betjening, som snakket tysk,engelsk og fransk.litt trange rom, men veldig moderne bad og innredning.mulighet for å parkere bilen i hotellets garasje. koselig frokost sal med mye sjel og meget god standard på interiør og innredning. frokost buffet med et noe smalt utvalg for oss fra nordeuropa.

Jeg kjørte fra Kiel og skulle til Italia. Foretok 1.overnatting her. Perfekt. 5 minutter fra A5 og stille og rolig omgivelser. God natts søvn, og klar til tur gjennom Sveits. Her overnatter jeg igjen når jeg skal på samme tur.

"Gangavstand til byen eller to minutter til trikk"
To par på tur søkte et rimelig sted med kort vei til sentrum og parkeringsmulighet. Her var det alt; gangvei langs elven til byen, meget hyggelig og oppmerksom betjening, liten uteservering og god restaurant den kvelden regnet gjorde at vi ikke gikk på byen. Rommene er små, men store nok, hotellet er rent og velholdt og det er ingen trafikkstøy.

Exellent value for money, and a big smiley for the nice, friendly staff. You do not always encounter that in France. The staff, from the reception to the restaurant, is very friendly and service minded. They also speak english and german. The room is of course basic, and there is no aircon, which in 100F is pretty terrible. I would suggest a visit […] outside high summer. In normal european temperatures this hotel is a good buy, and a bientot. Easy to find by car with gps, nice parking right outside, a peaceful part of town, and not far from the nearest tram station. Park the car, and enjoy Strasbourg. But better still is the countryside around, so after one day of trapesing around inner city, we opted for the peaceful villages and drove to Mnt Saint Odile. A good choice on a hot day, to go to the mountains for a breath of fresh air. The hotel was clean, efficiant, and the service exellent. The food in the restaurant was ok, but the price is pretty high, compared to what you get elsewhere. We had dinner but no breakfast there. Les mer
"Rudeness"
The location is good- a little far from the center, but as we wanted the parking, it was taken into consideration. This was our first time in a Comfort hotel, so we didn't know what to expect. The room was tiny, we had to climb on top of the luggage to pass to the other side, but it has everything (including a kettle- which is great in summer when you […] can take your coffee downstairs and sit next to the river, which is there). The only problem was the attitude of Oliver, when we asked for face-towels he said:" How much did you pay???!!! What do you expect?" We think he could have explained the chain rule about towels(because it's the first time we heard about it), and we were charged 2.40 for tax (though it said less on Hotels site) Kristoff, the evening before, was very nice and polite, so we decided that one person cannot ruin the whole place. "Convenient and surprisingly ok"
We booked this hotel as it was near the motorway and we were driving from Italy to the UK and just wanted a stopover. We were surprised at how pleasant it was - clean, modern, comfortable room - although small - in good repair. There is free WiFi and free parking. You can walk into the town centre easily along the river. There is a family run Afghani […] restaurant around the corner where we ate which was good and convenient. A reasonably priced hotel, close to the centre of Strasbourg -15min walk along a pathway by the River L'ILL. Small rooms but ok for a stopover made easy because it is close to the autoroute. Reasonable resturant in the hotel. Dog friendly, with the dogs included in the room price

The most pleasant and helpful staff; rooms small but spotless and quiet; restaurant very good. Excellent value. The riverside walk into city is great by day, but a taxi may be preferable for the return at night..

We stayed here for 2 nights and found it excellent value. The gentleman on reception couldn't have been more helpful with information on buses/trams and places to see. Would definitely recommend especially if you are on a tight budget.

Great hotel in the middle of Strasbourg. It is a little hard to find and get to, but once you get to it it is in the perfect location for sightseeing in the old city. The restaurant serves great food and breakfast isn't bad either.

Chose this hotel from various reviews, and they weren't wrong! Cheap, cheerful and when we checked in an extremely helpful man at the desk showed us on a map what sights to see during our short stay - he didn't seem to mind the ever-growing queue behind us waiting to get their rooms! "Excellent value, good location"
For the price the hotel was superb, you couldn't expect anything more. It was easy to find and only a short walk along the river into the city centre. Would recommend to anyone travelling to or through Strasbourg.

This is a typical European budget hotel, but cleaner and more up to date than many others in the same class. The desk clerks (morning and evening) were very helpful and polite. I would certainly stay here again.

We were delightfully surprised when we got to our hotel. It was nicely tucked in a corner by the river. The gentleman running the hotel was especially nice and very helpful. Nice eating area outside along with rsetaurant. Plenty of parking and close to bus transport. Food was wonderful, and the hot chocolate was ooh laa laa!! Great time!! "Great Place, Near Town, Amazing Service!"
Any drawbacks in room size or bathroom size are quickly made up for by the staff. My wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon. Service was top notch and the attached restaurant was a huge plus. Nothing like a splendid dinner on the patio with a glass of wine after a day of driving. RECOMMENDED!

The hotel was almost perefect for low-budget tourist but with a 5-star worth of comfort! The bedsheets smelled super clean. A good place to recommend !

"What more do you need?"
For a short stay this hotel was brilliant! Clean, quiet, comfortable and compact. Very friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly close to the city centre - walking distance. Excellent value for money.

"Great hotel with outstanding service"
Don't be fooled by the exterior of the hotel, inside, the rooms have been all refubished to a very good level. Bed was comfy, furnishings modern. The restaurant was very good value too, we had the lunch special of the day, and a fruit tart for dessert, delish! We had a delightful waiter who didn't speak much English but tried his best to tend to our […] needs which was appreciated. We sat outside near the river, lovely! The subway station is 5 minutes walk away, ride to the city about 5-10 min, hugely convenient. What wowwed us the most was the persistence of the manager at getting us to park our motorbike in the conference room to ensure that it was safe. Top service! To everyone at the hotel, thank you for making our stay so pleasant, we will be sure to visit again the next time we go to Strasbourg. Merci! Les mer
"Great for a stop-over"
The hotel was great value for money and close enough to the city centre to walk. Reception was very helpful and rooms were clean and functional. We were just on our way through but would recommend to others for slightly longer stays. Didn't have breakfast or dinner as we went into town and then back on the road early in the morning.
Nice hotel with clean, modern furnishings. The rooms are small by American standards, but average size for Europe. The dinner at the restaurant was one of the best meals we had in Strasbourg. The only downside is that it is not in the core of Strasbourg, which added 15-20 minutes each way (by tram or bus) to our daily trip.

"Simple and clean"
We were right outside the city but you can easily get in by train or even 15 min walk. Very clean, comfortable and quiet, but small. Perfect for crashing after a long day or night in the city. The front doors to the hotel lock at night and you need a pin to get in after hours which made us feel safe. Front desk workers for friendly and helpful!

Pour un week end, c'est un parfait point de chute ! Le centre ville est à 15 minutes à pied en longeant les quais ou quelques minutes seulement en tramway qui s'arrête à environ 500m de l’hôtel. Il nous a présenté les choses à voir et à faire avec plus de précisions et de conseils […] que l'office de tourisme lui-même !!! Un homme amoureux de sa ville et qui aime le transmettre... Laisse tomber! excellent accueil avec le sourire. Le mec à l'accueil prend le temps de (si tu poses la question) te faire une visite virtuelle de tout strasbourg en te recommandant les endroits à pas manquer, les photos à prendre....Il te fait même l'histoire de straz et la petite france. Chambre propre, confortable. Parfait. Seul point à moitié négatif : jour des poubelles, on a entendu les 25 poubelles se faire vider. Je recommande cet hôtel, proximité de l'autoroute, d'une station de tram : accès rapide en centre ville. Idéal !
