"Nice Room, could use better food and maintenance"
The service and room were excellent. The food, while understanding it's the same basic choices as the competitors nearby, was not as good as the others. The taste was off on the waffles, the eggs were empty (not satisfying) and the choice of warm food seemed lower quality. My room was near the side door, but the entry lock would not accept the card […] key, so I lost that convenience because I still needed to walk all the way around to the front. Can't go wrong for the money. I have stayed at nicer hotels in town, but they lacked many of the in room items. Only suggestion would be to upgrade the tv to HD

This hotel was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely, clean, fresh and plentiful. The room and amenities just right. It was clear that the people who work at this Comfort Suites are proud of their good work. Would easily recommend it. We came with two older cats as part of a retirement move and felt very supported.

We have stayed at this hotel, numerus times and it is always clean and well maintained, the people are friendly, and the breakfast is wonderful.

My daughter and I were in Fort Collins for a college visit. The young man at the front desk when we checked in was a CSU student and very helpful with directions, where to park, etc. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. If our daughter chooses to attend college at CSU, our family will stay here again when we visit.

Stayed while on a trip to see CSU and the Swetsville Zoo which is just down the road. Every nice place, good breakfast, nice pool and hot tub. Would go again easily.

it's hard to believe that a modern hotel such as Comfort Suites had no laundry facilities. Unbelievable!!

The bed & bedding were incredibly comfortable. There was a couch, two desks, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker (with good coffee)...all of which was more than expected. Room was large and comfortable which was great since I had some work related business to do while staying there. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were even warm cookies […] at the front desk when we checked in!! (They were sinfully delicious :) I knew there was a complimentary continental breakfast, but the selection, quality, and cleanliness of the room were great!!! Much more than expected!! Besides the staples of fruit, cereal, and pastries...there was a waffle station, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, and hot items including sausage, eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy. The coffee was great, too! Although I didn't use it, there is an indoor pool and hottub. Both looked clean and sanitary. The location of the hotel is very convenient on the south side of Ft. Collins, on Harmony Rd....surrounded by restaurants, movie theater, convenience stores. Would certainly stay here again. Good value for the price. Les mer

Very nice hotel with good breakfast. They allowed us to drop one of the nights we were going to stay as our plans had changed so they were very accommodating. Free wifi in room which actually worked! Staff very friendly. Would stay there again.

Went for the bfast and the hot tub ... hot tub didn't work and bfast didn't get served until after we had to leave in the morning

I booked this hotel after reading all the other reviews, and everyone was right; this is a great hotel with nice rooms, good breakfast and it's in a quiet, well-maintained, safe neighborhood. I enjoyed an early morning run through the streets near the hotel, where I encountered quiet neighborhood streets with wide bike lanes and friendly folks out for […] their early morning walk/run/bike ride. There were some restaurants nearby, such as a pancake/breakfast national chain restaurant just across the street, and my family's favorite breakfast/lunch eatery, The Egg & I, is within walking distance. With the complimentary breakfast though, you could save money and still get a good hot breakfast. I would stay here again with my family. Les mer

I always enjoy staying here. The staff is very friendly and efficient and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. I LOVE that the entire building is non-smoking.

This hotel was clean, was a really reasonable price, and the staff was very accommodating. We have kids and they loved the pool. It was really nice to have a refrigerator in our room to keep essentials like milk for my kids. The rooms were a really nice size! The hotel was very nice. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. I needed directions on Sunday to the Football stadium and the young man at the desk wrote out directions so I could find my way. The rest of the staff was very helpful. Nice quiet hotel. I was a bit worried about the noise as there was a baseball tournament in town and a […] lot of players in the hotel. The parents and coaches did a good job keeping the boys quiet and I really didnt hear any noise at all in the hotel. Les mer
"Helpful staff and comfortable quiet room"
We enjoyed Trevor the desk manager and Tina the breakfast lady. It turned out that she was also our house keeper and she asked if we needed anything in our room to make our stay more comfortable. Great bed with plenty of pillows. Nice towels. The TV was not HD but worked well. The room was quiet and the doors also closed quietly. It's an irritation […] to me when folks check our early and feel they need to slam their doors and spoil other's sleep. None of that here. Les mer
I had asked that my wake-up call be canceled (the alarm on radio didn't work) but the phone rang three different times anyway. I was trying not to wake my grandson which failed when the phone kept ringing. As trouble with the hair dryer but everything else was great.

I was surprised to discover upon arrival that this was NOT the Comfort Suites I had stayed at previously, but it was cleaner than the other one. The service staff was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile and I thought it was cute that they put fresh apples in the foyer all day and in the early evening a plate of cookies. It was a nice place to stay and the breakfast was outstanding. It helped us on limited income so we didnt have to go out and purchase food. The hot tub and pool were nice as well.Very clean

"Great location for Fort Collins"
Not as nice as it used to be, but the hotel is worth the value. The first room I was in smelled. The second room I was in smelled as well but the odor was different. I didn't want to change rooms anymore so I sucked it up and stayed.
