We stayed one night on route to Ottawa. Service was good, room clean and quiet and breakfast was light to get us on our way. Overall a good place.

We use this hotel as a bed and breakfast whenever visiting friends in Belleville. Most of the staff have been working there for many years which is an indication of an efficient, pleasant working environment which delivering superior service to us. Handy to Hwy 401 and a large shopping centre.

I managed to book this hotel on expedia for the 25th as well as a Days in on Expedia on the 25th. I don't know if that was my error but in any case I wound up paying twice for that night. When I checked in I was tersly informed that my reservation was for the previous night and I asked if there was anything that could be done as I didn't want topay […] twice for one nights stay and I was told no so I asked if there was anything that could be done on the price due to this error and I was informed no because they were almost full and therefore didn't need my business. We were very pleased with our accommodation and the proximity to shopping, the hockey arena, restaurants. We also enjoyed the breakfast items provided.

The hotel is clean, modern, and coveniently located. Staff were courteous, and the continental breakfast was respectable. Unfortunately, all this was negated by the loud and vulgar couples in the next room, yelling, swearing and pounding on the doors. When patrons arrive at check-in inebriated and obnoxious, do hotels just check them in so they can […] wreak havoc on the other paying customers? It seems so. Given that it was Saturday night, I patiently waited until almost midnite for them to knock it off. At that point, I was so disgusted that I went to my car to check out and drive 200 km home in the middle of the night. Thankfully, I heard my neighbours clear across the parking lot yelling as they went back to the adjacent bar to get even more drunk before closing time. I returned to the now quiet as a church hotel and lay there dreading the jerks' inevitable return after closing time. #more screaming etc. ensued# My advice: Pay as much as you can possibly can afford to stay at a better hotel where these obnoxious yahoos don't stay. Don't make the mistake - as I did - of trying to take advantage of Expedia's "local secret discount rates." The professional adosecents in the next room to you will do the same, then spend their savings on extra liquor. Needless to say, I won't be back. Les mer

The Room smelled of stale smoke, although desiginated as a non smoking room, the cooling and heating unit was very noisy and outdated, as well the hallways were stale smelling......

The only two complaints I have are: the ice machine on the second floor was not working so I had to go downstairs for ice and the breakfast the eggs were like rubber (yuck). Other then that the room was great and the bed and pillows were very comfortable!!

this hotel does not even come close to the best western hotel that we all ways stay at but could not get a reservation on short notice but the comfort inn is all but comfort the tv had very poor reception and the beds sag in the middle and their continental breakfast was the pits. would i stay here again not a chance

Although the carpet and furniture were somewhat outdated, it was very clean and everything was functioning.

Over all not bad for one night considering the carpet was soaking wet from the air conditioner bad enough that it leaked to the room under ours not very hygenic I think and the solution was to put extra towels on the floor that I had to go get myself downstairs breakfast was decent I thought that it could have had more variety but I don't think I would […] stay again at that hotel Les mer

it,s expensive for nothing. i asked for a none smoking room and the got a smoking room. the room itself was in horrible conditions. although, the staff were nice and helpful, the second room i got wasnt great either for its price. i had a reservation for 3 people and there was only 1 small bottle of shampoo, not enough of soap and no clean towels.

The 2 evenings I stayed it was obvious by the parking lot there were many hardworking trade workers staying. These gentlemen left early in the morning.... which was fine... but... The heavy doors in the hallways slammed each time they were opened and then closed. So around 5-6am... bam, bam bam pretty much until they were all gone. Our room was on […] the 2nd floor 3 away from the stairs down... (Maybe the door return mechanics were worn out). The tap in my room leaked constantly, the towel rack was on the verge of breaking off, the hook on the rear of the bathroom door was gone, there was one at some time in the past... (Maybe I'm nit picking.. I didn't pick the cheapest hotel....) There was some gum stuck to ceiling and various bumps and bruises in the room. The room was clean and related upkeep very good, the staff for what little I talked to were fine. Our room key's were a little fussy (we entered from west end of the main building)... but between the two keys I could get back to the room. Les mer

They had all the amenities you need. Breakfast was nice with a lot of variety. Ony criticism is the towels were scratchy, which is typical of most hotels since they have to wash them so much.

This motel is badly in need of being refurbished. It is tired. The beds are uncomfortable. Although I had a non-smoking room I had to walk through a smoking area and climb stairs that had "no smoking in the corridors" that smelled to high heaven with cigarette smoke.

The hotel is close to major highway exits, the room is fairly spacious, and it is easy to get around the city of Belleville. The restaurants near the hotel also provide a good variety of choices. Unfortunately, the price is a bit high compared with similar hotels in cities of other parts of Canada.

No frills, by-the-highway stop-over place. Clean, quite, reasonably furnished rooms. There is even a mini-fridge, which is not that common for hotels like that. A little hard to drive to first time around, especially at night. There is nothing of interest nearby. Recommended.

This hotel was far too noisy during the night with several individuals yelling and running throughout the night in the hallways. The breakfast was nothing spectacular and really did not offer much choice.

Booked a non smoking room, and got put in a smoking room, that smelled like a dirty ashtray. disgusting. never again. i booked this hotel cuz of its price and location, and now i know why it was cheaper than the others...

The hotel was ok for the price! It was clean and tidy when we arrived. there were not alot of issues with the room other than in the cocking of the bathroom tub there was what appeared to be black mold or something gross! I guess just because a hotel says 'non-smoking' rooms, doesn't mean someone didn't smoke there for years before. The room smelled awful, and the a/c was not on when we arrived. When turned on, it was very loud, and took a long time to cool room. Would not recommend staying there again.

The rooms are O.K. but the exterior needs better maintenance and needs to be refinished. The breakfast room is tiny and there weren't any area maps. The tourist pamphlets were limited. The area is quite uninspiring and the hotel would be suited to an area with a little more land and appeal.

I found the cleaning ladies to be very thorough and very friendly... the hotel is older but is kept very clean and we had a pleasant stay...

Nice hotel, excellent Continental breakfast....lots of choices, fresh fruit...eggs...hot waffles. Very friendly hostess. Excellent restaurants within short walking distance.
