Vi var en familie på tre. Rommet var stort, og det var moderne. Betjeningen var behjelpelige. Litt dyrt i restauranten, men god mat, service og utsikt, så vi spiste frokost der flere ganger. Beliggenhet: som plommen i egget. Like ved rådhuset. Ikke støy. Rent. Eneste var at vinduene i rommet pekte rett mot en nabobygning, ikke bra om du er sjenert.

"In the desired area of the purchase of a new home"
We were very pleased with the staff especially Patricia, who services the breakfast buffet,. She was very friendly and interested in being helpful in our house search. My only complaint would be that there was only one treadmill in the exercise room. We couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was exceptional. They were very helpful in answering questions about places to eat, where to take an evening walk, directions etc., even suggested places to visit we were not aware of. "Nice place...pleasant stay"
We were very pleased to find that the hotel had a little store and a small bar. The workers were very nice and helpful (directions etc) and even kept the pool open a little after the posted closing time. We were there for an event in West Chester and found that this hotel was pretty close to most everything you need in that town. We would stay there […] again if ever back in that part of the country. "Barely average"
Upon arrival at 11pm the girl at the front desk was less than polite. I asked for a luggage cart and she went on a tear that people take themto their room so if its not there go look for one. Very nasty. We left room at 6am for appt. and returned at 2pm and the room had not been cleaned.I was told they clean check outs first. (We were on first floor […] by front desk) I asked for a late check out for Sunday morning and the man with suspenders said he could only give us until 12. We were at a hockey tournament and had several games per day and were exhausted. The day of check out we had a game at 8:30am so by the time we would return we would have to be out. We needed to sleep before driving back home so I waited until Craig arrived an asked him to help. He extended our time and was VERY NICE unlike the rest of people at the desk. Craig went out of his way for us. The woman in the breakfast room was also VERY accommadating. Les mer
"Comfort Inn-spend more and stay in a newer hotel"
the staff was great, but this hotel is in need of serious renovation. the third floor is 1/2 smoking, but the minute you get in the elevator you smell the smoke-and the smoke smell in the hall on the 3rd floor is incredibly strong. the first room we were given had wet stains on the carpet. every other room they had either smelled strongly like food […] or was horribly musty. the windows don't open so youre stuck with the smell or the musty a/c air. carpets didn't appear to get a regular vacuuming. while the staff did everything they could to accommodate us, they couldn't change the smell or the general condition. bottom line, for anything other than a last minute overnight, spend a few dollars more for a newer hotel. "Very Comfortable"
The room was clean, quiet and spacious and was equipped with a safe, microwave and small refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bartender was friendly and accomodating and I would return to this hotel if visiting the area again in the future.

FOR THE PRICE AND WINTER SEASON-IT HAPPENED TO SNOW THAT WEEKEND. NICE PLACE TO STAY. Not happy with breakfast-went to West Chester Diner instead.

The swimming pool was a nice addition the water was a little cool but it is an indoor pool so it wasnt to bad to deal with. outside of that I have no complaints

"Nice Place"
This is the second time we have used the hotel. The staff are always freindly and the room was nice. Just a slight musty smell from the heat/AC unit. We really enjoy the complimentary breakfast buffet. My only recommendation for a change would be to add possibly a hot tub in addition to the indoor pool.

We came in for a 45th class reunion at WCU and the hotel was good for location and breakfast. TV didn't work and non smoking room smelled smokey----but great location.

"Room had smell"
Problem was that room had a musty smell and the carpets were damp so I have the feeling that they were aware of the problem. Carpet should be replaced--it stank
"A fantastic hotel and staff"
We stayed there during a hurricane. They were one of the few who had their own generator, it was my grand daughters birthday and they let us use their breakfast room for her party. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were wonderful. It was like staying in a 5star b&b or hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel .
"Comfort Inn-Brandywine"
It was our haven from Hurricane Irene, the hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful. The food was good, the hotel gave breakfast and it was very nice. You have an assortment of either cold or hot breakfast food, fruit, danishes, and even waffles you choice of regular or blueberry. I would stay again.

"Not a good nights sleep"
this Hotel has the loudest doors I have ever heard. The people in my hall must have opened and closed their doors 50 times during the night and every time the SLAM of the door would wake me up. You could feel the walls shake. Also there was a lot of water damage around the base of the walls in the bathroom and the carpet on the floor in the main room […] felt damp. I do not recommend this place. It is on the upper end of the cost scale and not worth it. I saw there is a Holiday Inn opening down the street. I would go there next time I am in West Chester. "good overnight stop"
I've used this hotel on several trips to this area. It is always clean and quiet. I've not had any trouble checking in late in the evening. I've also been pulling a trailer on two trips and had no trouble parking it in the parking area. My trips were all on week days though - weekends may be a different story.

This hotel was easy to find, reasonably priced, and overall solid. I would recommend others to stay here.

Front counter service terrible. room smelled like a wet dog and advised front desk. response from front desk staff person was "that can't be, we don't allow pets". Front desk did nothing to remedy situation.

"The comfort inn-close to Longwood Gardens"
The room was very nice and comforable, the bed too. My only complaint is that there is no vanity in the bathroom.. Just a sink and a shelf on the wall. The hotel had a pool and it was very nice to go for a swim after a long day of walking.Breakfast the next morning was plentiful and I appreciate the meal before starting my day.

This is a nice little hotel with clean comfortable rooms and very comfortable beds (I have a bad back and appreciate a good bed). We will happily stay here again the next time we are in this area.
"Fair Deal"
The hotel was clean but our non-smoking room smelled like smoke as did the hallway on our floor. Once the AC was turned on the room was fine and in the morning the hallway was also fine. The person at the front desk at check-in was not very nice but the person at check-out was friendly. "Would recommend"
Our hotel stay was for just an overnight visit due to having to be in the area for my daughter, The room was comfy but when we arrived there was wrappers on the floor which tells me the maid service was not too thorough. I was disappointed when I could of been closer to my venue when I spoke to Hotels.com when finding out there was a place right next […] to my venue a few days later at a cheaper price. "Good Hotel"
My only issue was that it was not made clear to me, not even on the confirmation, that it was a smoking room. I booked the room on-line and requested a non-smoking room. The confirmation said "smoking/non-smoking". I didn't know what to make of that. When we arrived, they told us that it was smoking and that they had no available non-smoking room to […] put us in. This was very uncomfortable for me as I have a lung inflamation and coughed a good degree of the time I spend in the room. Otherwise, it was very nice. Les mer
"Only one entrance/exit"
It wasn't that difficult to get into the hotel parking lot from the highway but you could only go out that same way and had to go in a big circle (which was not properly marked) just to go the other way on the highway.

The hotel was cleaner then expected and the hotel staff was wonderful and able to accomodate all of my requests.

Even for the price, the room was not so great. NO HBO at all! The refrigerator made a constant noise that sounded like a coffee maker. We stayed at this hotel as they were having a deal. We were in town for an event and everyone was staying at another hotel 12 miles away. I found this hotel for 1/2 the price of the other. We were not disappointed. The hotel does have a small bar but we did not use it. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on.
