There are about 5-6 Courtyard by marriot around the MIA airport and its upto YOU to let the airport shuttles know the right address. We had a reservation in courtyard westpoint dural, while the shuttle we picked up went to some other courtyard. Nice hotel but price was way too high. Could get more customers if just $20 cheaper. The location is okay but planes are loud overhead especially at night. Room was nice and clean and big.

The hotel was nice and well-kept; the BEDS were VERY comfortable. It was pretty distant from the rest of the city, however, which can really build up cab fare for a short stay. There is a Courtyard in town that is better for finding a good restaurant and tooling around. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay. Clean room and comfortable bed. Small hotel restaurant , but some good eating places within walking distance or a short drive. Caruiso's Italian Restaurant is only three blocks away and has excellent food.

It was ok, but the service soso, we arrived at 3:45 pm and our room was not ready yet, and they just said "we do not have your room" not an option, so I was not happy about it.

Hotel is quite outdated. Sheets for pull out coach were tattle tale grey. It was busy with only one person at reservation desk. Only 2 towels for 3 people in room. Small restaurant area was extremely busy in the morning which made it impossible to even get a cup of coffee. Only bonus was the shuttle to the airport

It was just average. Convient to airport and to my connecting flight. No meals were taken there. Complimentary breakfast would have been nice.

Very nice recently remodel hotel lobby. However rooms are outdate and in need to be remodel as well. New carpets and wall paint is necesary. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom

Everything went well. Front desk receptionist was pleasant, room was clean and fresh, the Bristo attendant also was pleasant and food good. Also, the room rate was good. Thanks.

good overal hotel. Not the one very close to the airport, but they have a shuttle that took us there in 10 min. Landing planes couple hundred feet above makes this location quite noisy

My room was on the South East part of hotel - too close to the runway - you can hear airplanes taking off - I called front desk and asked if they were doing renovations - but the noise we where hearing was airplanes taking off from airport.

POOR SERVICE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR FOOD, AND DOES NOT IN ANY WAY MEET THE STANDARD OF WHAT IT IS MENT TO BE. IT MORE OR LESS WHERE PEOPLE COME TO HAVE TRANSIENT FUN AND DEPART WHAT EVER THAT MAY BE.

The Hotel was being remodel so it was confusing at the begining, the receptionist tried to be helpful, we like the free shuttle to and from the airport and yes I would recommend the hotel to others. Thanks, Genny April 2012

The hotel is old and very average. The bed was comfortable and clean but it needs to be updated. I probably would not stay again.

the hotel was nice, your stalff in the restaurant was wonderful. The only problem was finding the hotel, wasn"t from the area, and there was alot of construction from the airport.

great campus well keep. BUT, hotel is literally right over airplane landing path. so if you can negotiate a room that is less affected, then do. if you must stay close, good choice, just be aware. Shuttle service is free, and runs on time. 15 min ride to airport.

This was a nice hotel for an overnight between flights. Although it is near the airport plan on 20 minutes drive for traffic times. Shuttles are at scheduled times for departing, so might be busy at certain times. We were leaving on Sat. morning at 8, on a holiday weekend, they had two vans available, but wasn't needed. There were about 8 different […] restaurants in a shopping center a block away. We picked the Japanese...food was wonderful and fresh, wait staff super nice. Breakfast next morning was buffet style, juice, fruit, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, yogurt, bagels and toast and muffins. Only problem we encountered, internet was very slow. The price was good, but my room was really run down for a "newer" hotel. The furnishings were beat up and you could feel the mattress springs. My room had double beds, which seemed very small to accomodate 2 people per bed. The location wasn't bad, but is on a busy road. It takes forever to get around unless you know the back roads. After reading reviews on Trip Advisor, we weren't expecting much of this hotel, but just needed a place to sleep while traveling through Miami. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and comfortable and much nicer than we anticipated. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our teenager enjoyed the free Wifi. Checkout was quick. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was edible. The front desk clerk was a bit surly on the night of our arrival but the one working the morning shift was exceedingly helpful and personable. Take the free shuttle to the airport/ or pay for a shuttle to the port-avoid cabs at all costs. I had to over night due to air line cancellation.. The hotel was a quite a bit further than the online description said. Drove past a lot of others to get to this one. Had to wait 30min. for shuttle but the driver was nice and offered me a cold bottle of water. Shuttle next morning was on time.. Exterior was dark, the front desk clerk was prompt and […] courteous. Overall, the hotel was accommodating but there were a few things that I didn't care for. The room was clean, and the housekeeping attendants were friendly,but the airplanes flew right over the hotel and the breakfast arrangements were confusing. I paid for the breakfast for two when I booked our room but when my husband went down for breakfast they […] told him that the breakfast was additional. He then went to the front desk and gave them our room number and they also insisted that we pay an additional charge for breakfast. I had to call hotels.com to have the situation straightened out. Lo escogí por la cercanía al aeropuerto, mi habitación estuvo limpia sin embargo el aire acondicionado sonaba como refrigeradora descompuesta, tuve que apagarlo durante la noche para descansar, el resto estuvo bien.
