Front office staff was great but they were the best thing about the stay. Kitchen area was small and messy, housekeeping didnt take out the trash or clean the floors all that well.

The safety lock on the door to our room was broken, and when I reported they did not replace it. The water pressure was very low in the shower which I also reported, but nothing was done. The room was neat and clean, the bed was good.

We stayed 4 nights. It was in a good location--next to Bass Pro Shops and Sams Club. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Sofa in the lobby had large tears. Breakfast was okay but needed attention to wipe off counters, etc.

The room was nonsmoking but there were cigarette burns in the comforter and the room smelled like someone had smoked in it and industrial cleaner was used to get rid of the smell. Cleaner smell reminded me of urinal mints and was very irritating.

We were enroute to New Orleans for a 40th Wedding Anniversary cruise--booked our room several months in advance--and were we glad! LSU vs Alabama was happening the next day and people were inlines begging for a room!! Our stay was lovely, wished the breakfast was a little more elaborate, but everything was good! Would totally recommend.

Horrible smoke smell in my nonsmoking room. Clothes smelled like i just left a bar it was so bad an stuck to all my clothes and bags. Hotel was full so couldn't switch rooms. No elevator!! Seemed run down. Ancient microwave that did not heat up food. Mini fridge that didn't keep drinks cold.

I was not pleased with this hotel at all. No elevator. I requested downstairs room for both of my rooms for our entire stay. Both rooms were upstairs. The air went out in one room. They couldn't fix it. They told us just to move rooms. So In the middle of getting ready for my wedding we had to move everything. I thought it wasn't bad for the amount of money we spent. It was clean, it was just dated. It was close to everything that we needed. We were there for the Warrior Dash which was only 6 miles away. It's conveniently located off the interstate and it was super easy to find. I would stay there again.

The outside of the hotel was really nice, but when we got in our room, it smelled like urine & mold! It was terrrible! We went to tell the girl at the desk & she handed us some Febreeze & said this should help. Our friend's room which was right next door to ours had a pair of underwear in it, so we told the desk about it. We even put the underwear in […] the hallway & told the staff and the underwear stayed int the hotel hallway all day and night. Unbelievable! I would not recommend! They didn't have the correct number of persons (2 adults/2kids) and tried to charge me extra when I got there. The pool was a pond. We stayed in an accessible room, smelled like urine. Everything was fine and pleasant, only thing disconforting thing was this faint humidity smell on the room,probably due to the carpet recently been cleaned and no completely dry yet .

Easy to find, right off the Interstate. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful, In fact, we have always left commenting to each other about how they always go out of their way to accomodate US, and we have stayed all over the United States. The quality of the staff was excellent: personable and competent. The motel itself is a little worn but clean. It is convenient because it's right by the interstate which makes it a bit crowded.

The people are the best we have ever encountered at a hotel or motel, EVER.The facilities are run down and they are trying to upgrade as they go....a tough job..The price is low, the food at the restaurant was terrific and two free drinks at the bar!. 4 on cleanliness of room due to hair on towel. 4 on condition of room due to warped tub and ceiling had a huge water stain. One of the lamp bulbs were out.

This hotel is your average economy hotel. Hotel could use a facelift. The blow dryer did not work in our room but when reported was fixed that day. The microwave did not work and was not repaired. WIFI didnt work. When reported I was told that the router could no be reset for just one customer. I was given a network cable to use and was able to access […] the Internet. It's great to find a motel where the bathroom sink is actually in the bathroom and not in the living area. The toilet is a full size oval one, not like the small circular one found in the cheaper motels.

Large rooms, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows and great service. I called to check on check in time and by the time I got there 2 hour later, she already had my keys and everything checked in and waiting for me. The king size bed I shared with my wife (and eventually 2 year old who likes to wedge himself between us) was so big, I didn't even know […] they were on it. Checked in late and was given the only room left available, clerk was apologetic and soon found out why. The room looked nice but smelled somewhat stale and moldy, the bathroom was the culprit, mold in the shower floor and toilet in awful state of cleanliness and sanitation - toilet had debris on it that looked to be dried vomit and/or fecal matter, […] floor in front of it was dirty and the texture in the wall beside it, was stained with "matter" as well. We always carry lysol spray disinfectant when we travel, and put it to good use in this toilet and the area around it, we dared not walk in the room, barefoot, housecleaning and previous guest surely tracked the contaminants throughout the carpeted floor of the room. Will have to add that the staff was exceptionally nice and the rest of the hotel was in good shape, breakfast good, coffee terrible though, I believe this room isn't indicative of the rest of the hotel, given the apologetic demeanor of the clerk upon check-in, so I'm willing to try again in the future, but still believe the condition was really inexcusable on the part of housekeeping, 15 - 20 minute scrub down with bleach solution, would've taken care of the problem, and texturing walls in a bathroom-particularly around a toilet and shower, is really foolish during a remodel, not conducive to sanitary maintenance. Our room had a moldy smell that my husband severely disliked. There were hairs in the tub, and the floors felt dirty to walk on. The mattresses were old and saggy. In my adult life, I've never felt so uncomfortable in a motel room. I don't generally consider myself a nit-picky person, but this was not a restful night's stay.

I have stayed here several times over the last six years. It remains a convenient location, but the quality has fallen off considerably. Room was reasonably clean, but bed is more fitting for an old RV. Tissue and TP are third world quality. The evening clerk was far more interested in a succession of personal phone calls than the needs of the guests. […] I'll be looking for a different place to stay next time. Les mer
