The hotel needs a make over , some manny things did not work.

Close to all attractions. Nice rooms. Loved the pool and hot tub. Only downside is the parking charge. Shouldn't be charged to park when we are paying for the room.

Good Value for a Clean Room: Stayed one night and the hotel and it met all our expectations. Clean and spacious room close to all sites. Only small criticism was that because the cost was so low a lot of college students were there. Parking was an extra $10.00 a night

if youre looking for something cheap and very basic, close to clifton hill this is a good choice!! Ive stayed at this particular days inn many times

We booked a smoking room and when we arrived we could not get one, I was not very happy with this as I got this hotel for that reason. Customer service was poor when we arrived, the staff were more concerned with talking to eachother to bother with proper customer service. The outside property was also not very clean in fact it was a mess. And room […] quality was poor, we could see stains all over the floor. Les mer

we will be staying here again. my husband and i do one nighters in niagara falls three or 4 times a year as a quick getaway from work and kids, we have stayed in various hotels around the area, this was the best so far,great price,very clean,quiet and updated,staff was great,the whirlpool tub was a nice surprise and very relaxing.

Hotel was walking distant to all the activities on Clifton Hill, not too please with the room it but I got what I paid for.

My friends and I went to Niagara falls for the weekend. we stayed for 2 nights. the first night we had originally booked at another hotel and the second at this one, but it ended up falling through so I booked another room at this hotel. The first night we had a room in what they call "The Courtyard." IT WAS HORRIBLE! The woman at the front desk had […] no idea what she was doing. The wall paper was ugly and peeling. The air conditioner didn't work, the TV was an old clunky thing that had NO channels. Literally every channel was static. We could only access the Wi-Fi when standing in the window. The toilet didn't work properly and the flooring was cracked. The only redeeming thing that I found was the location. The second night because I had booked them separate was a different room, this time in what they call "The Tower." This room was excellent. The room was spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. No complaint about the room in the tower. One thing that did stick out was that there was a comment card to fill out in the second room but not in the first. You think they already knew what comments about the first room would be. One Giant Kudos to one of the workers, I believe it was the manager. His name is Jeremy. He was absolutely fantastic. He got the second room ready as soon as possible as we had to deal with our luggage until we could check in again (took the bus down). He was extremely helpful. I had bought some coupons online and he assisted us in printing them off. It was over all a great trip and we had a good time, and the location is perfect. Right off of Clifton Hill and across the street from the Casino. I would recommend the hotel, just make sure you specify you want a room in The Tower. Les mer

breakfast is gross, bedsheets are disgusting, heater is broken on a snowing day, shower water is warm, etc. I would gladly pay extra to stay elsewhere.

It's honestly a place for groups of people to party not for families or couples. The maintenance of the hotel is horrible, it needs an upgrade and renovations.

Excellent room with a great pool/spa at a reasonable rate. Very friendly staff.

Our stay at the Days Inn Clifton Hill Hotel was definitely made pleasant because of the classy style of Manager Jeremy. Jeremy exhibited excellent conflict mediation skills when his staff: Aarin made a hiccup with our accommodations. Jeremy took charge as if we were staying at a Five Star Hotel. He was pleasant, non-condescending and exhibited excellent […] listening skills and customer service. The room was spacious - we got a two Queen Suite - loved the 2nd floor spot with bay window. Was a mistake to happen to be at this Motel, this is not a hotel at all.

Had a good time but it was a loud area with being the rooms outside the hotel. The phone was missing also which was a bit odd, i mentioned it to the girl at the front desk and she said maybe the last people stole it. I wanted to make sure they did not charge me for it. I would not book the rooms outside again I would rather be in the tower.

When we checked in I had to call housekeeping because there was still garbage in our room from the previous guests. Really not impressed by the staff. Front desk Jeremy was the only one who went out his way to make our stay more enjoyable. The rest of the staff gave the impression that we were just bothering them! Hotel was well maintained and close to the tourist attractions on Clifton Hill. Front desk staff was rude during the check in process. Had to call twice and go down and ask the front desk twice as well for an iron. Each time I asked I was met with contempt. Finally an employee that was not a front desk attendant got me an iron happily and quickly.

the hotel beds had bed bugs and i am so angry about it. terrible terrible experience

It was New Years Eve on Clifton Hill. We new not to expect too much. I said "yes" ro recommending, but only if I told my friends what it was like. It was the last hotel I could book.

My husband and I always stay here when we come to Niagra. The staff is always great, Location is the best and for the amount of time we actualy stay in the room it is perfect for us. Yes it is not the newest hotel down there but we never have any complaints.

Very enjoyable stay. Beds comfortable and room quite. Did NOT like the $11.63 am. parking surcharge.

The overall stay was nice-area fine dining was very pricey,but there was tremendous amount of variety.Issue at hotel-complimentary breakfast hours too short 7;30-9;30,we missed it by 10 minutes- nothing left

Good location. Good hotel. Pretty clean, although one of the "clean" towels had a gross stain on it. You have to pay for parking, which sucks.

if traveling with kids, bring your own dvd player or something to keep them occupied because t.v. channels don't work very well and internet freezes up. Beds are not comfortable and heating and airconditioning doesn't work very well

Third bed should ben better

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is located on Clifton Hill so it was close to some of the main attractions like Nightmares Fear Factory, the wax museum and the Sky Wheel. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed which was nice and roomy, but we were unable to get any extra pillows for the sofa from the front desk and they only had […] 1 extra blanket. There is a pool and whirlpool on site which was nice, but the advertised restaurant on site (Applebees) was closed for the season. We had to drive to another hotel several blocks away in the morning just to get our complimentary breakfast. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff were friendly but it came with some minor inconveniences. Les mer

My recent stay at Clifton Hill was wonderful. Very friendly staff and one of the most convenient locations for the price! The room's amenities were a little dated but were functional. I am not a picky consumer so this didn't bother us. If you are looking to get out of the states for a night, I recommend this hotel because it is located right behind […] Casino Niagra and Clifton Hill, with a short walk to the falls. Les mer

The decor of the hotel seemed as though it had not been updated since the early 90's- We had to check for bed bugs since the place looked so sketchy. No sign of any bugs which was great- and the sheets looked clean- it was just oooold looking. The wallpaper was peeling at every corner and the bathroom was gross. The tub was dingy and none of us wanted […] to shower in it. The pool was disgusting adn looked brown- we couldnt believe that people were actually swimming in it. The people beside us were so loud we couldnt sleep but when we called security they came promptly which was great. Great location just needs a refresher- splurge on some new comforters and a new paint job and the place would be good as new. Les mer

I would recommend it for the how clean it was but,just 2 questions, why was there no coffee maker in our room, and why did we have to pay 11.00$ for parking in the off season?? we won't be booking there again. We come come to Niagara Falls about 4 times a year, and we this is the first time we've ever had to pay for parking. It's not that 11.00$ is […] a lot but its the principal of that matter, off season, parking lot was pretty much empty, and when I booked it said free parking. we will not be rebooking to stay there again. Their is no cable on the 7th floor, no coffee machine in the room. Paying parking. Other than that it's ok, well located you can do almost anything by foot.

It was ok. I was quite annoyed that parking isn't free and no one told me until I checked out.

Good hotel except the beds were very uncomfortable, hopefully this was just our room at the time.

Clean, perfect location, nice place

This hotel is located in a great area and easy walking distance to all of the attractions.

I rated this a 5 in all catagories not because it is a 5 star hotel but because it is as advertised, a clean room in the heart of The Falls. Great room for the price!

The hotel looks very nice from the outside. Our television did not work, and when the room next door showered at 6am it woke us up because it was so loud in our room.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. The room had a bad smell and I woke up to a pipe leaking in the bathroom.

The hotel staff was a little less than friendly upon our initial registration but the room was in a great location for Clifton Hill and was very nice.

perfect spot , leave your car and walk everywhere, right across the casino and tons of restaurants around, walk to the falls, perfect price for the hotel , rooms were clean, would recommend and come back again

This hotel was in an amazing location and the price was right. Unfortunately the room we were in needed a lot of repair our tv was beyond horrible and the wifi was extremely slow. The mirrors in the bathroom needed further repairs as pieces of the old lights were still there in the way of doing anything in the mirror

This hotel has a little ware but for the price and location I think it can be overlooked. I stayed in 3 hotels in the falls area this 1 and 2 others which where much more expansive. This one had the best customer service out of them all and it's right at the top of Clifton Hill and real close all the fun family things.
