De ansatte var vennlige, rommet stort og velutstyrt, men nabolaget var 'skummelt' - særlig for en som ikke hadde med bil og som i påvente av flyavgang måtte oppholde seg i og rundt hotellet nesten et døgn

We stood 3 nights,The rooms were clean,the beds were soft,front desk and the cleaning people were VERY friendly.The hotel is close to disneyland,knottsberryfarm various fastfood joints and a walmart just in case you forgot anything.i have recomended this hotel to some friends and we WILL stay there again.oyea i forgot the pool is also clean
"Close to Disneyland"
My wife and I stayed here because we went to Wonder Con and decided to go to Disneyland the day after. The hotel was easy to find and it is nothing fancy but it is worth it for a couple days. The room was decent had a small fridge the bed was hard as a rock and keep your socks on cause the carpet did not look clean. "The front desk is not polite at all."
At the date to check out, I asked the front desk that I will check late a little bit. She told me that she gives me 30 minutes, no more than 1 hour. When I stepped in my room, she called me right away, and told me that I have to check out right away, and the house keeper is standing outside, and ready to clean up my room for next customer. Their service is extremely poor !!! I order a non smoking room and they gave me a smoking room the teller demanded and extra fee for an non smoking room ! Which I had already paid for online .. First time there and last !!
"It's ok...but it could be better."
I stayed at this hotel in September 2011. Person at the front counter was knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean and orderly. The bad thing is that the AC made too much noise while operating. I could not shut it off because it was hot. Also, free WIFI was promised, but it did not work.
"Bad smell"
The hotel did not have enough parking, we had to park on the side of the swimming pool. The room had a very bad smell to it and the mattresses were stained.

Older hotel, yet had everything needed for my family. Had a jacuzzin tub and that was amazing. I would so stay here again!!

The room is smell very bad and the service is bad. The room that we have no remote control for the tv.
"Not worth staying"
I was not pleased at all with this motel. My family and I stayed there for a weekend getaway and upon arrival didn't like it at all. It is situated in a bad neighborhood (police lights,sirens everywhere) and it was to late to book anywhere else so we tried to manage otherwise. The rooms were very old and outdated, the hotel itself was also very old […] and outdated and our room had a very nasty, dirty stench smell to it, really noticeable as soon as you walk in. We thought we could get used to the odor but we just could not even after putting deorderizers in the room hoping to absorb any of the odor. Unless you like dirty motels and sleeping with one eye open I would not recommend this place to anyone. Pay the extra $$ and stay elsewhere. Les mer

Decent location, it seems their maid service is non-existent. We came back to our room at 5 pm after being out all day and nothing had been done. My wife went and chased down some clean towels. This hotet is what it is, convenient location,cheap price, and old and tired. Probably ok for 1 night

For the price, Econolodge was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were clean, and most of the staff was very friendly. Next time I am in the area and on a budget I will definitely stay again.
We arrived fairly late, about 1:30 A.M. Check-in was fast and the clerk was courteous. The room had easy access and was clean and comfortable. The in house breakfast was adequate. "South of the border hotel experience"
- Breakfast was very poor - nothing fresh, no milk, no cereal, no fruit, (plastic-wrapped bagel). - Mattress was so soft it gives you backache. - Carpet is filthy: if you walk on it barefooted and step into the bathtub, you'll see black foot-prints in the tub. - Room service takes away used items but do not replenish them. I went to the front desk and […] he told me to find the house cleaning lady and asked for the item. Most of the house-cleaning staff do not speak English. Not too clean, not beautiful at all but if you don't want to spend big money and just want to have fun at Disneyland, this choice will work for you.

I thought that I had booked a room at the Econo Lodge within walking distance of the park... I was actually plesantly surprised to be close enough to be there in an instant but quite removed from the mayhem of all the descending hordes of summer park goers.
