"Overnighter for quick access to flights awesome"
Great for close proximity to flights. This should be the main reason for staying here...don't expect anything too romantic as is not vacation spot. Breakfast at hotel was good... Weather was awful... It rained buckets non-stop. Long term parking was full so had to walk a long distance, got soaked. Rained so hard that was easy to get soaked even at shorter […] distance. We would do again if can get the L/d package again otherwise too pricey if all you plan to do is get a place to sleep before flight. Cheers! Les mer

"Clean and Comfortable"
The beds at the 4 points are so so very comfortable. The room was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. My late checkout was no problem. Some of the fixtures were a little worn down, and cable offerings were limited. Lots of sports. No Discovery channel. The pool is tiny. It's kind of funny actually. It's approximately 7 feet wide by maybe […] 15 feet long. Perfect for the kids to splash around in, but not really long enough for lap swimming. The exercise room is very well appointed. This hotel is perfect for anyone flying in or out of the Bangor Airport. I will definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Les mer

It was standard. Nothing special for what it costs, but very clean and CONVENIENT to walk across the catwalk to the airport at 5 am.

"Sheridan Bangor Airport Hotel"
We were a family of five adults and three children, on our way to Disneyworld, Florida from Canada. A convenient spot for us because we had a very early morning flight, and a safe place to leave our vehicles. Friendly staff, rooms were comfortable and very clean. The hotel has apparently undergone some updates recently and it proved to be an excellent value. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife is hard of hearing and needs closed captioning when watching TV. Even though we couldn't get it to work through the remote provided, a maintainence man was at our room within minutes after our call to the […] front desk and had it setup in a minute. Our only minor complaint would be the size of the pool. It's good for a couple of people to get in after a work-out but not much good for more than that. Les mer

"Well it is by the airport...."
Very close (it is true-100 steps to check in) to the airport-it is attached. Great food and drinks in the bar. Rooms are just so so and you can hear all the noise in the hall-paper thin walls between rooms.

All I wanted was a hot shower and a warm bed at the end of a long day. I got that and more at Four Points. The bathroom was spotless, well lit, had everything I needed and the shower-head provided the most relaxing shower I have had in a long time. The bed was amazingly comfortable as well - I pretty much melted into the covers and fell asleep within […] minutes. I would never stay anywhere else but Four Points when in Bangor. "Location, location, location!"
A mere 71 steps from ticketing agents. PERFECT for a 6am flight! The only issues - parking lot was blocked off (parked in rental area) and it took ~25 minutes to print boarding passes. My old dial-up connection was faster! My wife mentioned that overall, it was below the Sheraton standard we've had elsewhere but, this is a small-market location and […] those were over-shadowed (at least to us) by the convienent location. We had a good stay at the Hotel. The staff were very good to deal with, especially the restaurant staff.
"Nice coffee machine but only decaf"
Arrived late and left early. Everything was clean and neat. I did pay a premium to walk across the street from the airport and find a bed. But after 15 hours and 4 flights was was ready.

The convenience of this hotel connected to the airport is wonderful for early morning flight. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean with all the amenities available.

Adjacent to airport
Very convenient since we had a departing flight at 5:50 the next morning. No airport/plane noise to disturb sleep.

Bed bugs ate up my feet and ankles. I had to get a prescription for itching. Not very happy.

Although it might be the one of the best hotels in the area, the customer service at the front desk is non-existent. There was no greeting. I had to wait until the afternoon desk person was done talking to a manager before I was acknowledged. The morning front Desk person was also too preoccupied to answer a simple question. All's that needed to be […] said was "Thank you for your patience as I'll be with you in just a moment." Customer Service is acknowledging the customer and letting the customer know they will be helpful, as opposed to making me wonder if they are even interested in answering my question. "bangor airport"
hotel in airport great if taking a flight out of Bangor. There is no other reason to stay at this hotel. Soundproofing between rooms pretty much non existent, very noisy from other guests not too much flight traffic but is part of military base and several maneuvers going on. FLIGHT OUT AT 3:00 A.M. SHOOK THE HOTEL. Was definitely not up to Sheratan […] standard. Bedding old and rough. Staff were very nice and helpful but building just not up to standard and the pool was a joke. I do not ever remember seeing a smaller hotel pool. Did not even use it quite dismal and no public lounge area. We stayed at F airfield in in Bangor the next night a far superior hotel. Les mer

Everything worked out. Hotel is very convenient to the airport. Clean, and well lighted. Internet worked and was free. No issues.
Could hear the airplanes and the person announcing the flights inside the airport...Room was okay but nothing spectacular.

"Good with one odd observation"
Overall clean, new, nice and comfortable hotel room. But, when I checked into the room, the air conditioning was on, set for 60F. It was 40F outside, so this was quite odd to me. It took 5 minutes to remedy the situation. Overall, nice hotel for business travel.
This was a bad wether trip I was really happy that this nice hotel was connected to the airport. No airport noise and good food.

"Convenience at a price"
While this hotel is undoubtedly convenient if you are arriving on a late flight as I was or catching an early flight, I would not stay there otherwise. The room was sound proofed and the toiletries were nice. The decor was a bit odd and the whole effect of the whole hotel was that it had seen better days. The front desk staff was indifferent and unfriendly […] as was the manager on in the morning. Les mer
"So convenient - so wonderful"
We arrived on alate night fligth to Bangor and within minutes were in our clean, warm hotel room. Very pleasant staff and lobby area. So quiet we couldn't even hear the planes outside. I highly recommend.
"Super convenient, TINY, cold pool!"
We stayed at the Sheraton because my husband had a super early flight and could it is at the airport. The only other requirement that I had was a pool as my 2 year old LOVES to swim. The Sheraton had an indoor pool so it was perfect! When we got there the pool was super small (about the size of two hot tubs) and SUPER cold. 2 year old was still happy […] to swim there though and all in all we had a great stay! Les mer
