Front desk was nice. Room was clean. I really enjoyed the nice and clean room. Definitely will stay here again!!!!

Since this had the Sheraton name I was expecting more. The staff was nice and the hotel was ok. This location would have been convenient if I was just traveling through since it was right off the freeway. Other than that just a little dissapointed because I choose to travel farther out of my way to stay here because I was expecting more.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and both times we were totally satisfied with lour stays, we will mostlikley stay there in the future.

Overall the room was clean/comfortable but next to elevator on 3rd floor and noisy. Door let in sound like it was not even there. Main gripe - it was warm while we were there (two nights), we used AC most of the time (worked fine). Second night was cooler so we switched to the heat cycle. In about 30 seconds the room smelled horrible - like the heater […] had been urinated on or beer spilled on. Told person at check-out, she thanked me but still charged full price!!! For the price of the room I was extremely disappointed that the continental breakfast was pathetic. I am diabetic and there was no type of protein choice for me. I have stayed in cheap hotels that cost less than half the price, and there were scrambled eggs or sausage choices that I could eat. There was also some type of dance party going on into the […] evening and the music was so loud on the first floor that the bathroom fixtures and our beverages were vibrating on the third floor,and we couldn't take a nap before going out for dinner. It was 102 degrees that weekend and there was no air conditioning in the hallways or elevators. There was some kind of fungus growing on the outside window in our room and the rug looked like it had food spilled on it. I won't stay here again. Les mer

Overall it was fine. The hotel could improve on: (1) Use different cleaning materials - because the smell is overwhelming both in the rooms and in the common areas. (2) Clean up the breakfast area. Purchase some nice containers to keep the bread items fresh. (3) Clean up the area in the parking lot near and around the metal container.

Overall, our experience at this hotel was very positive. The employees, especially the Manager Christine, were exceptionally helpful & friendly. The few negatives were: 1. The parking lot is small, spaces are not all marked & is very poorly laid out, with problems finding parking space late in the evening. 2. The selection available at the continental […] breakfast was very unappetizingly displayed (breads, bagels etc. left in their bags - would look so much more appetizing in baskets or bins), as well as the selection being disappointing - some fruit would have been a nice addition. Overall an okay hotel for a night or so. However, the bed left a lot to be desired and pillows were way too soft. Good location, excellent parking, elevator are all positives.

The hotel is clean and the staff is wonderful. Everything you need seems to be in close proximity of the hotel. I only had two discomforts. 1. The internet was heavily capped so you have to wait a minute or two for every single website you load. The staff there was very friendly and accomodating for us checking in so late at night. The room was perfect in every way! It was very quite even though we were on the second floor next to the road. Our check in and out were very quick and professional. I frequent this area often and will most definitely be using them again!

Everything was great with the exeption of the curtains cover the heat registers so you either have heat or you have privacy.

I really liked the location and the room, everything was very clean. The thing I didn't like is that we were on the second floor above the swimming pool and we could hear everyone being so loud. So I don't recommend being in any of the rooms right above the pool.

The hotel was conveniently located for what we were doing. 30 minutes to downtown Portland and the airport and an easy 1 hour to Mt. Hood. The hot tub/pool area was clean. Breakfast was minimal and starchy but it got us out the door and off to the ski resort. The attached restaurant was good for breakfast but dinner was only ok and dinner service was […] poor. The location of the hotel was quite convenient. Very easy freeway access and close to Rooster Rock state park. We had two kids with us and the room was ok but there was construction in the hotel making it difficult for my younger one to nap. Pool and hot tub were clean and at a good temp. Continental breakfast was typical toast, cereal , muffins, juice, […] etc.. Staff was friendly and helpful. Francis Xavier restaurant is part of the hotel. Meals are fair and $$ out of 5. The lobby is nice, but the rest of the hotel is VERY dated and showing age. They are in the process of a remodel, but that meant our windows faced 4 very large dumpsters on the first floor. The breakfast was strange; mostly just loaves of bread with a few cookies and a choice of cranberry or orange juice. I've never seen anything like it. This hotel is now in renovation. Noting that, everything has been kept clean and picked up. When completed, this hotel will have been updated to a pleasing decor. All of the staff that we met were exceptional, pleasant and quite helpful. For us it was quite nice not to be in the husle and busle of downtown Portland. We loved saving the parking fees […] of downtown hotels. The adjoining restaruant was resonably priced with large portions and great food. A continental breakfast was served at the hotel making a quick and reasonable priced breakfast...free of cost, can't beat that. Easy on and off access to the freeway. Les mer

The hotel staff are friendly, everything was clean and nice. There was still a little renovation going on, but it really was hardly even noticeable. For the price it is a good deal. The room was spacious, but had a closet that was locked and unavailable (when is the last time you stayed in a hotel room with nowhere to hang your clothes?). Four Points Always caters to our Family of 6. It was safe and the staff was very kind, the pool was great as usual , just expected a little more from the grounds and room.

Overall, the hotel was great for the price. If ordering room service, instead order it "to go". The restuarant is in the lobby and it cuts the price considerably if you go downstairs to get it. Great food! The continental breakfast was great, if you caught it at the right time. We didn't get a good selection until after our third day of trying different […] times. Either really early or 10-15mins before it ended(staff would restock it, but it hadn't run out yet) were the best times. They provided cribs(we have twins) for us, but no sheets or blankets for them. Given our situation, I will try a different hotel next time. But I think it would have been great if we were without children. Les mer

We spent two nights in a room on the street side. The windows did open which was a plus, but in the morning it was extremely noisy with the windows open. We asked to be moved to the other side and it was much quieter and very comfortable with the window open at night. The free breakfast was a little on the sparse side. We would go back, though. Four Points by Sheraton is a good hotel in a great location. It was easy to get on the interstate and close to restaurants and grocery stores. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean. My only suggestion would be speed up the renovation. The carpet in the hallways really need to be replaced as they look pretty tattered. The carpet in the […] rooms need to replaced or cleaned. After walking on the carpet for a short, your feet will end up getting pretty dirty. Other than these things, I had a great stay this hotel and I would stay again if I get another chance. Les mer
