The stay was perfect!! I will use Homewood Suite from now on and tell all my family n friends! The room was great and the staff was awesome n very helpful! Breakfast and dinner great plus food awesome!! Very pleased all theway around, ccan't say enough good things!!

We were three guys traveling together to Phoenix from Albuquerque for the weekend, and we needed three separate beds. For less than it would cost for two 2-bed rooms at a cheap motel, we got a beautiful suite with two queen beds and an sofa bed, a full kitchen, two TVs, access to a nice pool, and a free breakfast. We sat around on the sofa and easy […] chair talking and watching TV, and were very comfortable throughout the stay. I have traveled a lot, and this was one of the nicest and cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The free breakfast was outstanding, with fresh eggs, sausage, and oatmeal, along with the usual bagels, rolls, cereal, and make-it-yourself waffles. There are also many nice restaurants in the area for lunch and dinner, some within walking distance, yet the hotel has a secluded feel and is very quiet. We will definitely stay here again when we return next year. Les mer

The area of town we needed to stay in is not what I would consider the safest or best. This hotel was a great choice in the midst of this area. It was clean, secure, and very comfortable. The only complaint was that our room was not ready at 4:20 and although they were completely booked - it was a bit frustrating.

Vacationed in Phoenix for baseball's spring training. Ended up going to 3 different ballparks and this motel was about 30 minutes from each site. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast (everyday) was great and Dinner (Mon-Thurs) was good also.

since it was a suite I thought the size be a little bigger and when we check in the clerk was not their she was in a differnet room than the lobbie. She did not explainn any thing she just check us in

My stay was great and comfortable. Went to the AZ High School State Games at Jobbing.Com Arena. Watch my niece play and they won state championship. Great Weekend. Thank you.

Very comfortable. Loved that the room really had all the amenities of the home (Refrigerator, sink, etc.). However, it would be nice of the quality of the beds were better, softer, larger. Enjoyed my stay. Thanks.

We were quite surprised at the welcome we received upon checking in. One other hotel that we booked through Expedia was very unfriendly to us but this hotel treated us like royalty.

Seprate bedroom from living area. Nice place for a get away to have some of the comforts of home. Local to the metro mall. Great service also

Just needed a few days away from the hospice work world. Love the kitchen, spacious rooms, and the only thing I would change is the number of channels you get on the TV, it is limited, BUT did get the four days of the British Open. We stayed in this hotel twice while driving to California. Once going and then coming back. The first stay was pleasant and nothing really to complain about. The second stay however was not as pleasant as the first. We have a 1 year old who sleeps in a crib. We requested ahead of time for the room to have a crib in it. They assured us that it would […] be there. We got in late (8pm), but there was no crib in the room. I ran to the front desk to tell them that they had forgotten the crib, but the manager on duty said that there was never a request to have a crib in the room. Whatever. I told them that regardless if they show that we requested one or not, we still needed one. He then proceeded to say that he couldn't find any and that that there might be some in a room that he didn't have access to because he had checked other places earlier. He also stated that we would have to wait until 9:45 when the "maintenance manager" arrived to check. I find it is a little suspicious that he went looking for a crib "earlier" when there was never a request to have the crib in the room, but whatever. So we end having to wait until 10 until a crib is in our room. I'm grateful that we finally got a crib, but the manager refused to call to assure me that there was for sure a crib in this room that he didn't have access to. I'm ok waiting for a crib if I know for sure that one exists. Anyway, that his my experience with this hotel. Les mer

The room was spacious and had lots of amenities for the price. However, the fan was loud and constantly on, and there was a water leak in the bathroom that flooded the floor. The rooms were clean overall, but if we left the room after 9am our rooms never got cleaned. The hotel was generally comfortable, and we could not hear our neighbors or highway […] noise. It was centrail to every thing I needed to do. Front desk people were GREAT. Houjsekeeping was also VERY good. Overall it was all I needed and more.

The hotel was great!! The kids loved it because they had their own space & TV. :-) We had one small problem where the bathroom fan not working but it was fixed by the time we returned back to the room. I would most definately stay here again.

The kitchen is useful, it has pots and silverware if you want to save some money. The hot breakfast have differents options to choose. For next time I would prefer bigger beds. King size would much better. The pool water was warm, my kids loved it!

Room was not made up, had to request clean towels, shower leaked all over bathroom floor which is hazardous. Charged for 3rd person occupancy all 3 nights, 3rd person only in for one night. Trash around hotel grounds was never picked up, overflowing trash bins all over grounds. Breakfast not replenished, lack of fresh fruit, bags of tortillas stored […] in microwave, guests had to remove. Non attentive staff for breakfast on Monday. Dirty breakfast plates left at poolside tables all day. No replehishment of coffee in room. Very friendly front desk staff, open to our complaints and very concerned, which resulted in a full refund, based on that alone we would consider a return due to outstanding customer service. Housekeeping was at fault, again front desk staff seemed very good. Les mer

Hotel was great for the price. Everything was excellent except for a few things. You may want to think about a second waffle machine for breakfast time. Also, the sofa sleeper was bad. I would recommend a 1-2" pillow top mattress cover or memory foam or equivilent to place on top for better comfort. The overall stat was great.

Overall, loved our stay. Clean hotel, clean room, great staff, all room amenities in great condition. One of the perks of Homewood Suites is the weekday breakfasts and Monday - Thursday dinners. I have to say though, that the quality of each were vastly different. The breakfasts were decent and different each day, and the person responsible for food […] prep and service was great. I wish I could remember her name. She was very pleasant, always ready with a smile and a 'Good Morning!" The evening food and service,, however were less than mediocre. The food wasn't very good, though the salad bar was always fresh. They ran out of red wine two nights in a row. Compared to breakfast, dinner was incredibly disappointing. I hope management will see this and make an effort to improve things. The Homewood I use in Ohio brings food in from local eateries - this seems like a great solution to Phoenix Metrocenter's dinner problem. Having sufficient wine for the number of guests you anticipate might be a good idea too. Les mer

We stayed here with our 4 kids in a 1 bedroom suite for Spring training. The pool is small but clean & nice. Breakfast was great and dinner was even included M-Th. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with family. The staff were very friendly & accommodating.

Front desk and Buffet staff were excellant. Rooms were perfect sized and really enjoyed having the kitchen when we were too tired to go out. Usually takes one or two night to get used to the beds, but the beds here were the most comfortable I've had in a Hotel/Motel. Our only problem was with housekeeping. Not arriving on the first day until 6PM while […] we were dressing for dinner. We asked for 15mins to get ready and she said no and she was going home. I worked for Embassy Suites and our policy is to never say no. Guest always comes first otherwise the room was free. On the day of check out, the housekeeper arrived at 8AM! Needless to say, I did not leave a tip for them. Les mer

GREAT place -- convenient to all highways, nice pool and good meals. Breakfast was hectic with busloads of students on the weekend, but otherwise it was fine!

Excellent service, great breakfast bar as well as an evening meal offering Monday through Thursday. Very good value for the business traveler or family stay. I will stay again on my next business trip to Phoenix in April.

My hubs and I went for a overnight away from the kids. It was real nice, real clean, staff was very friendly and great rates for the suite we got! I would stay again in a minute!

Overall a great hotel, staff were very friendly. The only thing I could say I had a problem with was the breakfast. The eggs were a little chewy, like they were way overcooked not to apealing.

Good size room, but the beds are double (not queen as stated). The water pressure of the shower was pretty weak. The time on the clock was an hour off, which confused us since we came to AZ from another state. Other than that, everything was good.

For a Hilton Hotel, I was dissapointed. This hotel needs upgrading! Location is great, but Hilton needs to put some money into renovation of rooms.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations except for the continental breakfast on our last morning. The food wasn't that good and they ran out of things before the everyone was fed.

This was a great place to stay but the service was not the best we have had. The internet would not work in our room and it took 4 phone calls and 8 hours before they finally fixed the problem. The food was okay, but they only had one person for bringing food out and clean up. Most the time either there wasn't food out or the dishes were out. I loved breakfast and dinner served. The room we stayed was spacious and comfortable, clean and bright with a lot of sunlight. I also liked a kitchen in the room, equipped with a fridge, a microwave oven, and a dishwasher. Overall, I was completely satisfied with this hotel, and would be back when I go to Phoenix, AZ.
