Hotellet låg i passeleg avstand frå sentrum, ca. 20 min. spasertur nedover Broadway. Nærliggende spiseplasser rett over gaten. Frokosten var imidlertid ikkje heilt som heime (amerikansk) Rommet var heilt OK og hadde alt vi hadde bruk for. Servicen var upåklagelig med hyggelig og meget hjelpsom betjening,spesielt må nevnes org. av turen til Graceland med egen sjåfør. Hotellet kan anbefales.

Stort, men alikevel et hotel å trives på. Store fine rom, trivelige fellesområder og ikke minst fantastisk service fra alle på hotellet. Kan absolutt anbefales.

"Problems"
First room was "non-smoking" but smelled like smoke. Hotel offered to spray air freshener then they agreed to change my room. Second room was nice but toilet handle was broken. Repair made but broke again. Shower curtain rod brackets were loose so curtian would not close and water went all over the floor. Isn't anyone reporting or fixing these prob […] lems? Les mer

Comfortable, spacious, clean and convenient. Great staff and close to restaurants and shopping. Great week in TN!
"Homewood Suites - Brentwood"
The hotel was OK, with good space and a kitchenette useful for extended stays. Note that the street address takes you behind the hotel, making it annoyingly hard to find after dark. They serve a reasonably good hot breakfast.
I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel served complimentary dinner in addition to the breakfast. This came in handy as my colleague who had the rental car was delayed getting into Nashville.
The hotel was a little difficult to find even with a GPS. We are familiar with the area but the street address is actually behind the hotel not the front.

"Very Nice"
The is the ideal hotel when traveling with a group. The two bedroom, two bath suite was perfect. Free breakfast in the morning and Monday - Thursday, a light eveing meal. It really is a great value.

"Exceeded my expectations"
Rooms were clean and had lots of room to move around. Contentinal breakfast was a bonus... loved the waffle maker. Great location! Will definitely stay there again when visiting Nashville. No complaints.

We were approved for early check-in; however, upon arrival I was told not so. Thank heavens I write everything down and the person that had given the approval for the early check-in was the person checking me in. When she realized I had it written down and not just looking at her name tag, she immediately checked us in and all was well. Didn't get breakfast […] on Sunday morning, tried twice. Came down, they even ran out of coffee. Went back to room to finish packing, shower, etc. Came back down to try again. Kept running out of food, no seating, way too many people for size of room. Got on the road and had to buy our own breakfast which we weren't pleased about. All in all the hotel is beautiful and clean. Les mer

"Overall good value"
Staff is great and hotel generally is good value. The only negative would be the mattress. Cannot speak for all rooms but ours felt like a used trampoline. We have stayed here before and will likely do so again, just hope for a better mattress.

Awlays our 1st choice when we stay in Nashville!
Hotel was not pet friendly. Sheets on bed were not changed, it had hair and blood still on it. Bedroom door did not close completely. We were put into a smoking room that smelt bad. Had to pay a pet fee which explians why we were were placed in a smooking room but paid for a non smoking room. Late checkout could only be aproved by day shift. Hotel is […] poorly micro managed.Infomation on pet friendlyness needs to be updated at hotel.com. In other words removed from pet friendly list.A fee $100. per night. Les mer

"Nice features, very comfortable"
We really liked the hotel and stayed there one night. The room gave us space to spread out and be comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay and set-up was good. The only thing to complain about was the parking lot was being sealed and we had some parking challenges but that's not a big deal. "Very cozy"
Eight of us were in Nashville for a ladies' weekend and the hotel rooms were fabulous! Everyone was amazed at the quality of the rooms, service and hot breakfast for the price we paid. Would definitely stay there again and probably will anytime I'm in Nashville!

Perfect way to end our vacation for last night on the way home. Clean, up to date, easy access to I-65. We will definitely stay here again when in Nashville. Highly Recommend.

"A very nice property for the price..."
We were only in town for a short period of time but were very pleased with the service, comfort, and condition of this property. While we had no problems during our stay, I feel confident that the staff would've gone out of their way to assist us with anything that we may have encountered. The unit was clean and featured a small, full kitchen (even […] with a dishwasher and full sized refrigerator). The only negative spin that I could give the unit is that the shower seemed a bit dated. The shower curtain was in poor shape and the shape of the shower floor was odd -- concave rather than flat. That caused stress on our legs while taking a shower but, let's face it -- that's VERY nit-picky. Overall, a great stay for the price. I would certainly return upon my next trip to the area. Les mer

Very nice property. All the convenience of home. Breakfast was over the top and the wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and productive.

Not only were the rooms very clean and the bed very comfortible but the breakfast was simply grand. We will be in Nashville in August and plan to stay at the hotel again.
"Not what I expected from a "Hilton""
I wanted somewhere special for me & my wife to stay for our 30th wedding anniversary. Upon arrival, Hotel.com put my last name first, first name last thus confusing the polite young lady at the desk. It seemed like we were being "segregated" considering the hike we had to take from the elevator to the room. There were no ashtrays in our smoking room […] & was told to "improvise" until some could be found. The toilet wasn't secured well to the floor. The bathroom exhaust fan was noisy. It was difficult to get the room to a comfortable temperature...it was either stuffy or too cold. One of the TV remotes didn't work as well. On the morning of our checkout, a lady who I assumed to be in charge of housekeeping knocked on our door. I answered & was asked if we were checking out. I replied "yes" & she then said "oh, you must be a late checkout. Seeing's how checkout wasn't till noon & it wasn't quite 11am when she came by, I didn't consider us a "late" checkout. As my wife & I headed towards the front desk to check out at approximately 11:15am, a couple of members of management walked bay...a middle-aged gentleman & a heavy-set woman. The gentleman said "good morning" to me & I replied the same. As they passed, the heavy-set woman, in what I considered a facetious tone,stated "it's still morning?". I replied to her "yes, for another 45 minutes". When one thinks "Hilton", one thinks exceptional service, extremely courteous staff, and flawless rooms. Perhaps I was expecting more for what I paid, but this particular "Hilton" wasn't any better than places i've stayed at half the price. We were planning another visit soon, and if we do I seriously doubt we'll be staying at this place. Les mer
"Hidden Gem: close to Nashville"
This hotel appears to be newly built or redecorated. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was generous and delicious! Only minutes from downtown Nashville or Franklin. Lovely area. Great deal for the money. Highly recommend.

The hotel was nice and the kitchen in the suite was very convenient. The breakfast was really good and had a lot to offer. The hotel is 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, which is great if you want to save money on a trip to Nashville. The staff was very helpful. I would stay here again on my next trip to Nashville area.

"Weekend with large family"
Hotel staff were more than accomadating. This was a weekend trip for our whole family due to sports events in the Nashville area and the staff there made it more than pleasurable. Breakfast every morning was better than you could order in most restaurants. Rooms were comfortable. Prices were good. Definitely will stay again.

The hotel was very nice, our room was very clean and comforable. We did not get to experience the evening meal, but the breakfast was great. We wood recommend this and all homewood suites to everyone

Great place. Rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary was more than expected. More than just toast & cereal. Staff was friendly/helpful. Great location. Well worth the $$.
Room was supposed to be non-smoking. It was not. The hallway reeked of cigarette smoke! Convenience to elevators was awful. Hallways were excessively long and you had to walk far to elevator.
