Synes Crown Plaza er et greit hotell for noen få dager kort.Grei beliggenhet. Hvis dere skal vare flere dager, hadde jeg tatt et hotell med flere aktiviteter for ungene. Og som ellers i Orlando er du nødt til å ha leiebil.

This hotel was very nice and had comfortable beds. Only stayed for one night, but enjoyed it and the service was top notch.

Outstanding from the minute we walked in the door to register. Had a early a.m. at the Sanford airport and this worked out better than I hoped for. very friendly staff and the room was spotless and quiet.

The hotel was in the perfect location for all of my scheduled events. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again whenever I visit the area again.

The people were great, and we had one problem with a bad bed, and they fixed it with a new bed in just under 10 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff. the beds are wonderful, and a nice big jacuzzi tub, and frig and microwave. We will sray there again as we go to Orlando frequently. Room was nice and clean. Staff was friendly. The gym and pool areas were also nice. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was pleasant. Staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and room was clean and nicely furnished. We also liked that highway, restaurants and grocery store were very nearby. Probably will stay closer to Daytona next time, this was too far to ride a motorcycle in rain.

"Best hotel on our trip."
We just completed a swing through Florida that included 10 hotels in 14 days. This one was the best we stayed in. Cleanliness is our top priority and this one was spotless. By my count, there were 27 motorcycles there the night of St. Patrick's Day, and we heard very little of them--nice sound insulation. Great stay.

The staff were great and accomodating. they arranged a shuttle to the Sanford International Airport for my husband and myself. (The airport is about a 15 minute drive from the hotel.) The hotel was clean and well kept. We had a very comfortable and spacious room. Great place to stay. Got an exceptional deal through Hotels.com. Very convenient to a convention I was attending and very close to a number of top notch restaurants. Free cookies on the hotel counter in the afternoon! My room was beautiful and had an air-adjustable bed (similar to sleep number bed). Will stay there again next year without a doubt.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Excellent treadmills designed for serious runners along with towels and cold water. Free weights...reasonable for maintenance. Please check condition of shower curtains (I.e., it is clean but it smells). Better tread count on sheets for a more comfortable feel. Mattress is average but could be better.

The room was nice, but the air bladder individually adjustable bed (similar to Sleep Comfort) didn't work. We've stayed at other HGI's and expected the restaurant to be available, but this one was not open on weekends – in Orlando? The breakfast offered was a cut above "Continental," but not more that others offer for free – and they wanted $10. Breakfast […] is a cheap meal for the hotel. If you want to charge me, at least give me a person who will cook my eggs to order, not scrambled on a buffet. Les mer

When we got into our room it smelled of mildew. The front desk immediately gave us another room next door which was in better condition. The $10.00 for the buffet was good.

Were great but the loudness of people in the halls were easily heard! Woke me up from my sleep and the hotel maids were banging on stuff to loud for someone who wants to sleep in! Other than that eveything was ok!

While we were on the ru most of this time in Lake Mary, I did find the room very comfortable. I used the room to work from the room and appreciated the internet connection being hardwired rather than remote. The bed was comfortable, the work station was adequate and the cahir wa comfortable for reading. I have stayed in this hotel before mostly due to the fact it is close and conveinent to the Sanford airport. I have no complaints al all. Only good things from the hotel staff to the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL. Nice swimming pool also. The Staff was execellent. Any issue that arose it was taken care of immediately, and the issue was not hotel related. I checked in on 04/07/11 at aound 9:00pm I cant remember the managers name but she went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure me and my brothers were comfortable. This hotel was in the perfect location to quickly get up early to leave for the airport. It had a nice gym facility and the staff were excellent and helpful. It is also located in a quiet area but necessity shopping nearby. Was a very nice way to end our holiday!
Employees very pleasent. Food very good. Hotel is attractive. Bed was the most comfortable of my trip.
