Bra hotell, rett ved flyplassen. Veldig bra frokost. Men flyplassen er laaaangt unna sentrum..

Hi, we came late and left early. Nice hotel, smart solution when it comes to positions of beds. We left before breakfast started. Positiv to Hilton Toronto.

It was a great hotel, but almost impossible to go downtown, no busses or anything convinient

There was a dance competition being held during our stay. Kids running down hallways screaming. Paid for JR King suite but ended up with a regular with double beds. Guess that is what you get when it is over booked.

it was just 1 night we got in late from our flight but nice fast check in and very comfortable bed

Goood hotel, service a little ridgid and only free internet in lobby, why not throughout the hotel? Good value for what we paid and a quick overnight at the airport.

Very convenient for air travellers. Excellent shuttle service to/from airport. Restaurant food very tasty. Beds very comfortable.

Stayed at many airport hotels near Pearson airport, this was the best stay by far. Solid walls (could not hear anything), top notch shuttle service, clean, friendly, free wifi, lobby computers, great black out blinds, the list goes on and on. If you stay here you'll not regret it.

Fabulous room - Great food.

My husband and I stayed here for one night night while we went to a wedding. Super easy to find. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was a good size and really clean as so was the washroom. I would visit again.

We found our stay very affordable and comfortable. We stayed there beacause we had 9 hr wair for the next plane. The room was very comfortable . We found the extra seat in our room very comfortable for reading and tv. Thank you so much.

decent room at a good price. We were put on the gropund floor, (older renovated rooms), not very sound proof....crying child accross the hall sounded like it was directly outdside out door. The lounge tab for 4 beer, 1 appitizer, a side salad and a club sanwitch was $105 with tip...(more than the room). good service, and grate shutttle every 20 min […] from the airport included....we took a cab not aware of shuttle pick-up and cost $21.00 (take the shuttle and tip the driver.) My boyfriend & I stayed in the whirlpool suite & it was amazing. Best hotel I've been to. Best experience. Will go again for sure. Hopefully we're around the area again.

I used my debit card there and unfortunately had $300 tied up for days before they would release it. I only did this to pay for breakfast but if someone would have let me know that in advance, I would have chosen another option. The friendliness of the staff (at reception) depended on the day and time. Some were really professional and friendly while […] others were not. The restaurant is expensive but the food was good. Yes, like other reviewers commented, I will say that the noise seems to pass easily beyond doors in this hotel but nothing that kept me awake at night. we booked this because it was so close to the airport and although it had recently been redecorated, they forgot to add some insulation to the walls and we were rudely awakened in the middle of the night by some nearby partiers. The staff responded quickly when we finally gave up on sleeping and called the front desk about the level of noise. We started […] to tell the front desk staff in the morning, that we were not pleased with the level of noise but had to leave to catch our flight. They asked us to follow up with them and we have but have not heard back from them......so I am disappointed in their service. Simply the best !

Excellent location for over night stay before catching a.m. flight. Staff very freindly and shuttle service was on time and the drivers more than helpful. Room was clean and in very good condition. Everything worked well including the Wifi. Would definitely stay again.

I just want to say, that this hotel thought a lot about someone just coming off a 15 hour flight. They have two beds and each person can adjust lighting/tv/etc... You still need a shuttle, maybe just 10 minutes, to get to this hotel though. It is a free shuttle that runs every 20 minutes, but then there are a lot of other hotels near by. So it is not […] such a exclusive airport hotel. Also, they charge for internet in the room, but if you are tired this can be good as it will keep you off the computer. I just needed a place to crash overnight waiting for a connection in the morning. Let me say the bed was so comfortable it cured my jetlag and I slept. Les mer

When I booked this room I was not told there would be a large deposit. You do get it back but a heads up would be nice. I didn't like how the rooms were set up. The beds in the middle of the rooms. The beds were very uncomfortable the matress would slide if you moved to much. The was long blask hair in the bathroom also in and around the tub. You could […] here everything going on in the hall. While this hotel has the potential to be very good, our non-smoking room had recently been used as a smoking room, and not just for cigaretts. \the odour of cannabis was still prevalent when we arrived as was the smell of cigarette smoke. When I complained we were offered the option of changing rooms but only queen size beds were available, no kings […] were available to switch to. I realize guests may not always adhere to the nonsmoking police but the staff should be able to detect this when cleaning and such a room should not be rented as a nonsmoking room until the odour has been removed. The hotel was perfectly situated just a few minutes' drive from the airport and they offered a convenient shuttle that got us to the airport in plenty of time. The rooms were very clean and brilliantly set up so that the double beds were back to back with a large headboard, creating the feeling like there were two separate rooms. The only thing that is very dissapointing is the fee for parking! When i reserved I did not see that there was a fee(not indicated)! so I was surprised when I got there! Won't be staying there again! I will recommend this Hotel BUT will tell them about the parking FEE!!!

As a family of 5, we often book a 2 x Queen room and request a roll-away bed at check-in. To our surprise, this hotel does not have any roll-aways. The front desk manager told me that none of the Hiltons in the Toronto area provide them. Also, watch out for the parking fees. Our stay was pleasant but my daughter left a small purse full of electronics, video games and such, and the purse was never turned in to be returned to us. My daughter was very very upset.

Convenient location for an overnight stopover, 24hr shuttle from airport to hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst at a trade show. Great location, lovely room, comfortable bed, would definately stay here again.

Only complant would be the poor lighting in the room and that they charge extra for WiFi. Shuttle bus to the very dependable.

We enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to Toronto Pearson Airport. Excellent pick up and delivery. Courteous staff. We will use this hotel again.

We arrived late from Cuba...about 2:00 am. We planned on at least 6-8 hours of good sleep. We were awoken early with the clatter of room cleaning staff. we had our do not disturb sign on our door but the noise from the corridor from the hotel staff woke us all up so our required sleep was not satisfactory. we were really disapointed!!
