Harrah's Laughlin Hotel & Casino - Laughlin

When we checked in we informed that only a king size bed was available even though it clearly showed that we were a party of 3, 2 adults and one child on the reservation. After waiting for her to check with management a room was found. We were gone all day on second day and came back to a broken toilet. We called it in and were told they put a work […] order in but no time as to when it would be fixed. We had three people who needed to take showers and had to call 2 more times before someone came to fix! We were gone again all day the next day came back at 6:00 p.m. to a room that was not cleaned yet. We asked for clean towels but they never came to to clean up room. Overall, this Hotel has been nothing but the best. Everytime i go out to Laughlin,NV i get the privillage to stay in your hotel. i would most defitnetely recommand this to others. Also, i love the mini-beach you guys have. very clean! Thank You for attending us.

We were recommended to stay at Harrahs and will come back again. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. It's the only hotel with a nice beach that you can enjoy the river(We are from San Diego). The family pool area was clean and the adult pool was great. This was the most disgusting room I have ever stayed in. I have never been so grossed out. Wallpaper was peeling way from the wall, carpeting was worn, dirty and pulling away from the walls & floors. The beds were so old that they squeaked if you even looked @ them. The pools were maintained well enough and the beach is very nice. we were given a room initially. when we stepped in, we noticed that the bathroom shower tub drain is not working and it had stagnant water from before. we called the front desk and they said that all non-smoking rooms were sold out and that they are going to send a repair person. Repair person arrived after 10mins and did some repair work. After 5 mins […] of work, he said that its fixed. My wife took a shower immediately after the repair and the problem still persisted. we asked for a room exchange and finally the lady at front desk agreed to give us a non-smoking room. overall, if you are there to enjoy some casino time, its not a bad hotel. but if you are there for relaxing/resting, it may not be your best bet. Great property grounds and casino had a great time..

Though we reserved a standard room, smoking, king-bed. We were given a handicap- equipped room. This was thoroughly unacceptable. We called the desk and told there was no other availability. We decided to stay the night and find other lodging the following day, forfeiting the additional paid nights. We called manager Jackie telling her this and she […] responded very well. Only tow people checking in guests, with at least 15 people checking in

Checked in late while traveling, room looked nothing like expected, AND was left filthy, dirty towels on floor, trash cans full, unmade beds, never cleaned from the previous guests. After placing call to front desk had to wait in the dirty room with our young tired children at 2am for a call back from front desk and then a bell boy to bring us a key […] to another room on another floor. We had a great time. Good buffet and restaurant, and fun gambling. Will definitely come back..

This hotel was old and not kept well. Their Market place buffet foods were dry and had no flavors! They tasted very blend, yuck!

The Harrah's Hotel and Casino at the end of Casino Dr. in Laughlin was quite a nice Hotel indeed. Our first choice was to stay at the River Palms, but I convinced my girlfriend to stay at Harrah's because I knew they had a great reputation for quality and service. I really can't complain for the price we paid for the room. The bed was very comfy. The slots were very tight as we didn't see many people winning much for the money they spent. The buffet was good and we got it for 2 for 1 pricing. I would recommend looking around for better pricing for good food, however. The beach area was nice along the river to […] relax. Les mer

Nicest hotel I've stayed in Laughlin. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Tv was hung on the wall which was a plus from the old box tv the other hotels have. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only bad thing is that hotel is separated from all the other casinos.

I couldn't help but think "this is a place where old slot machines go to die!" The whole place is a little dated, needs Harrah's to invest in the future. The only good food was in the buffet. Good value, though. Room cost was a good value. I will probably go back to Laughlin, but may try other places just to get the experience.

We've stayed at both proprties and felt te Golden nugget was a better value for what you got.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary. We choose Laughlin because it was so much cheaper than vegas. We booked a suite with the money we were saving and absolutely loved the room!! The room was great. The bed was really comforty and the bathroom was the best part because it had a jetted bath tub and a duel headed shower!! […] The casino itself was fun and laid back, which we love. Took a river taxi to the other casinos which was a lot of fun. The only thing we didn't really enjoy was the food. We tried all the places to eat at Harrah's, Baja Blue, the buffet, and the beach cafe. It all tasted like cafeteria food. The best food we ate there was McDonald's, which was right by the elevators to our room. That was another great thing was that there was an elevator that only went to the top 3 floors where we were staying, so we didn't have to wait in the lines. Overall a great stay and will definitely be going back to Harrah's!!! Les mer

We enjoyed our stay at Harrah's. Good value for the price. Didn't receive 2-for-1 buffet coupons when we registered. Called front desk. Had to get paper receipts from front desk (long wait in line) & take to ACE Rewards window to redeem for buffet coupons (another long wait in line) decided to forget the coupons & went elsewhere for dinner. Rooms were […] good. Quiet, but need updating. Hotel is at the end of the Laughlin strip. Great walk to other casinos. If you have accessibility issues or problems with walking this could be a problem. Les mer

This was our first time to Laughlin the room was very nice and clean. The food was on the high side ($4.50 for 1 slice of french toast). The slots were very tight. But if you want a relaxing break from LV it is a nice place to stroll along the river.

Harrah's was close to all the sightseeing that we wanted to see. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We had a lot of fun while staying there.

Just stayed 1 night on our way to Las Vegas. Will come back & stay again. Location on the river was beautiful. Loved the beach & pool setups. View of the river from the room was nice. Had an excellent meal in the Mexican restaurant. We're not gamblers but enjoyed walking thru the casino. It looked busy.

I loved that I could bring my dog with me and not have to worry about who's going to watch her at home. She was comfortable and happy to be along for the trip.
