Veldig greit motell til rimelig pris nær DFW International. Egen bil som bringer til og fra flyplass gratis ca hvær 45 min. Bare lett frokost, men god og rimelig døgnåpen restaurang like over gata. Kan anbefales.

Svært fornøyd med prisen på hotellrommet som var stort nok for oss med to store barn; studio med 2 queenbeds. Særlig godt med egen "forstue" med kjøkkenkrok. pluss sovesofa. Daglig renhold med håndkleskift. Innendørs basseng fikk vi ikke benyttet. Kort gangavstand til bl.a.History district samt stilige skyskrapere. Flott utgangspunkt for en snartur til Dallas.

"Don't stay here"
I have stayed in this hotel many times since it was first built. The bedding cover style has been changed since my last visit. The duvet/comforter is cut in a way that the corner of the duvet/comforter drags on the floor. On the day I was checking out I was rolling the last suitcase out of the room and caught my toe on the comforter. Because the comforter […] was on the bed upside down, with the duvet opening at the bottom my foot caught inside the duvet causing me to fall. I have physical damage to my shoulder where I hit the door jam and to my low back as I ultimately fell to the floor. The hotel and their liability insurer, The Travelers, claims no responsibility and are refusing to give me any help with my medical bills. I will never stay at this hotel or any other Hilton nor deal with Travelers insurance. Guests beware. Les mer

Can't say enough nice things about staying at this Hampton. It's a favorite for me and I always stay there whenever I get a chance! I stay in hotels for travel 5 days a week and this is one of my favorites. Hats off to Christina, Tracy H & Lori at the front desk for always wearing a smile and a big Texas welcome to all! "Will be back!"
This hotel is a perfect stay for a small family and a small dog. We had rented a suite (only a few dollars more) to see what it'd be like for all of us to have our own bed - heaven! We are avid Hampton Inn users due to consistency of service and comfort among the chain - and we were not disappointed here. The hotel is located a bit off the beaten path, […] guaranteeing quiet. The establishment has a pet area for "business" with plastic bags and trash can provided and is surrounded with lots of space for running and walking. It is a perfect stay for those on the road. "Shopping trip"
The room was not clean when we checked in. Had to wait for maid to come clean the bathroom and vacuum. The advertised fireplace would have been romantic had it worked and the towel rod in the bathroom was off the wall. The suite did have a kitchen, with dishes a cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. My stay at Hampton Inn was nothing like i expected to be. I was very dissapointed by the lack of services the hotel amenities were suppose to have. Although the rooms were clean i will not be staying with the Hampton Inn again.

We missed having a safe available in the room. Why isn't there a small refrigerator available? Bar service is very limited and charging $4.50 for a small can of Miller Lte is rediculous. "My stay at the Hampton Inn/Suites in Mesquite Tx."
My stay was very enjoyable. The staff was so friendly and pleasant to talk with. My ONLY quirk was, there was no inside pool or sauna bath. Too, too hot to be baking outside in mid summer in 100 plus degree heat. Me, myself, did not need a tan. I have a lifetime tan. I would highly reccommend you hotel but, I would definitly mention, there is a pool […] outside, but no pool or saunna bath on the inside. Les mer

A great buy for the price. Facilities were great. Staff great. Two families were having large reunions during my stay and I feared that screaming kids running up and down halls and in pool - immediately outside my room - and crush at breakfast would interfere with my stay. The front desk was very nice, and friendly. Only problem was bartender picking and choosing who he was opened to after concert. (I had water at Martina McBride concert so it was not an issue with too much drinking) Would have loved to have been able to sit by fireplace and chill after concert. Had numerous couples with same plan for after concert.

"High standards"
My wife and I always try to stay in Hampton Inns because the quality is always good. The beds, pillows and comforters are absolutely wonderful. no problems falling asleep. the breakfast buffet is outstanding with a very large assortment.
The room wasn't cleaned when I arrived so they changed me to another room. After getting in the room, and changing clothes, 2 women entered the room with a key.. which the front desk staff had given them. The bedding was not up to Hampton's usual quality as the comforter on the bed was nothing but balls of stuffing and some material. It appeared as […] though the comforter had been mis-laundered in some way. The room never did quite cool down even though I had it set to 67 degrees and the bed felt as if my head was lower than my feet. Little things that didn't appear to be much to complain about but all added up.. made for a less than satisfied stay. Les mer

I live in Dallas, so when a school friend of mine was coming into town it was up to me to find a reasonable but very comfortable hotel for us to have our "reunion" after nearly 40 years of being seperated. The Hampton Inn was recommended to me by several of my friends and I have to say I was pleasently surprised to find an upscale look and feel hotel […] without the strain of being overpriced. The room was extremely nice, everything about the bedding, linens, pillows were so comfortable I wanted to prop myself up and visit some more or just waste the day away, I was that comfortable!!! The hotel was so nice, the pool, lobby, breakfast & room was amazing! The room hade a stove, dishwasher, room service, fridge and even dishes. I will be looking forward to my stay there again

Very pleased, nice employees, very clean, nice area and breakfast, service was wonderful, will def go back there. Felt very safe which is important to me since I was traveling with my daughter. Overall, great !!
The Hampton Inn and Suites in Mesquite, TX was nice and quiet. There were some issues that didn't get addressed by the staff appropriately in my opinion. The first couple of days my room was cleaned, but my trash was not removed (I had an eat in kitchen with food in the trash). I brought this to the staff attention and it was rectified. One of the days […] our boiler went down and there was no hot water. This was not addressed by the staff unless you brought it to their attention (I heard it from another guest when we were discussing no hot water in the morning). Later that same evening there was a fire alarm (not sure if there was an actual fire, staff did not address this). We were outside for over an hour waiting to be let back in without any information from hotel staff. When we were let back in they offered everyone a "free drink" at the makeshift bar they have. I felt this was not handled well because they didn't offer any information about what had occurred and a $6 drink really isn't compensation. On multiple occassions I came back to the hotel after 2pm and my room hadn't been cleaned, advised staff and waited in the lobby for over 2 hours for the staff to clean my room. I was told rooms had to be cleaned by 4pm due to check in times. I advised I would be back in the hotel by 2pm every day and to have my room cleaned by then. They didn't start doing this until my last two days (out of 9). Les mer

This hotel was nice and large. It is next to the convention center there in Mesquite. There was a rodeo there that weekend and also a wedding reception. But, we never heard a thing from either. We were traveling as a family of four and the two doubles are just a bit too small for that. My husband and I each slept with one of our children and it was […] just not that comfortable. The rooms were nice though and clean. Breakfast had a good selection and the staff is very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel if you aren't looking to stay right on the interstate. I am usually never impressed by Hotel values but this one is very nice. The employees are very friendly and helpful, the building is very spacious and clean and the rooms are very comfortable, multiple pillows on the bed, real cotton sheets large space.
