I enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn as always! I always stay at the Hampton Inn whenever I need a hotel. This hotel always has the nicest staff members and I feel at home when I'm there. :)
"Good place to stay!"
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hampton. My only suggestion is to replace the duvets on the beds with blankets.. Just can't control those crawling, creeping covers! Otherwise, it was just great.

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and have always been very satisfied. The staff on every visit has been very professional. We have recommended to others and will continue to do so. It is convenient to the areas that we work with and sites that we visit in NW Arkansas.

wonderful service. but our room was close to a busy street and there was considerable traffic noise. also the air conditioner made a lot of noise when it turned on.

"Consistently excellent"
It has been 5 years since we last stayed at this hotel. We used to stay there 3-4 times each year as we visited our elderly parents. We've always been pleased with the experience and the quality of the staff there. Since my wife's father passed away 5 years ago, we have not been back to this area until now, which was for a funeral service for my wife's […] mother, who was living near us when she passed away (a sad, but meaningful reason to return). We were immediately impressed with the obvious upgrading that was done in the rennovation at this hotel since we were last here. Everything was bright, clean, modern, and inviting. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and not just at checkin. They went out of their way several times to help us get what we needed or just to answer questions for us. I can't imagine that anyone would not find this hotel to be a pleasant and comfortable place to stay whether for personal reasons like ours, or for business, like so many other guests we saw there. If you are looking for a hotel experience that is consistently good, check out the Hampton inn in Bentonville/Rogers. Les mer
"Excellent Value for the price"
You cannot go wrong with this one. We stayed for one night with a last minute booking while at the parking lot. The hotel is non smoking. The quality of room was excellent. Premium TV channels. Comfortable bed. Tasteful decor and extremely clean bathroom. The breakfast was surprisingly good with fruits, yogurt, muffins, bagels, scrambled eggs, biscuits […] and gravy. The lady at the desk was very helpful and knew what customer service meant. The breakfast attendant was always busy helping and asking if we needed anything. I was very pleased with this hotel and highly recommend it also because it is close to very good places to eat and near the interstate but not close to hear any noise. Les mer
"Great staff....Hard beds"
The hotel staff was great, the location great, and cleanliness good (except for our room carpet seemed a bit over due for cleaning) but the beds were the worst I have slept on in a hotel. I chose Hampton for the clean linen promise, but then I didn't sleep, nor did my family, either night hardly at all with out pain in my joints and serious back aches. […] Very hard beds. I loved this hotel as it is a completely smoke free hotel!! Everything (hallways,lobby) smells fresh and clean. Courteous staff to boot. Recommend!!!!
"Hampton Inn in Rogers AR has best handicap rooms"
This was our second stay in this hotel this year. We require a handicap room and we find that this Hampton has some of the most spacious and well equipped handicap rooms we've had. The staff is outstanding. The only disappointment was we were told that Sunday would be western omelet day and it wasn't, in spite of that we enjoyed the breakfast bar. There are restaurants galore in the area, and it's close enough to the highway to have easy access to other cities close by. They also provide same-day coupons to many of the local restaurants, which saved us some money. The hotel itself was great -- friendly staff, clean and comfy room, quick service, but the "hot breakfast" left something to be desired. This is a very nice, clean, friendly hotel in the heart of the Bentonville Rogers area. While it seems to be the first choice of the Walmart Executives, it also had a fair number of vacationers staying there. There is a nice indoor pool, guest coin-op laundry, fitness center and free Wi-Fi. It is literally steps away from several fast food chains, such […] as McD's, Kentucky Fried, Sonic, Quizno. There is a movie theatre, and a Barnes & Nobel, in the small outdoor mall directly behind the hotel. A hot breakfast is served daily from 6-10am. The bathroom in our first room wasn't completely clean. Another room was arranged and was to our satisfaction. A FREE Movie was given to us for the problem. Our 2 Night stay was very nice and the morning breakfast and coffee was pretty good to.

Very nice place. Reception desk was very nice. They even had cookies in the late afternoon. Very clean. Our room was exceptional. We had a King Size Bed Room and it was great! Bathroom was huge and very clean. Was easy to find. Right off the main highway. There is a great strip mall behind the hotel. Movie theatre is located by the mall.
