Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-airport/middleburg Heights - Middleburg Heights

Nice hotel friendly staff. Only dislike , I booked the room thru Hotels.com , and paid for thr room at booking. One I aarived at the hotel I was told that my credit card was needed for room incidentals , like room service. I was not told that a hold would not be released for a few days.

OLD HOTEL BUILDING THAT HAD A 80 PERCENT FACELIFT.OLD ELEVATORS/MISC HARDWARE - HERE AND THERE COULD BE A DOWN SIDE.EXERCISE ROOM WAS A+,SO WAS THE COMPUTER/BUSINESS CENTER.OVERALL THIS HOTEL WORKED FOR THE PRICE.

actually, I had choose this hotel by mistake, I was looking for the one in downtown. However, when I came to it and find this nice staff I said thanks god for this mistake. I strongly recommend this hotel to those who are looking for good price, excellent service and very friendly staff.

booked thru Hotels.com. when we arrived, we asked if we could upgrade to a suite, which isn't offered thru Hotels.com. They said they had none available, which means they had very few - there weren't 12 cars in the parking lot that nite! There was, however, a group of teenaged softball players, who thought running up and down the halls was a lot of […] fun, but didn't allow me to sleep. We were told that group would be far away from our room... When we returned home, I noticed that I left a small bag behind. I called to check on it and was told I would receive a call back, which never came. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. Les mer

Great room and style. The fitness center needed improvements, 3 machines and one did not work.

The location of the hotel is right off a major interstate. The hotel staff is super friendly, the hotel had been recently renovated (they are soon to finish the pool) but you can tell how new things are. The room we had was a double (queen-sized beds) & the front desk mentioned that if we did not like the room, they would easily switch us. No need however. […] The keys worked well--some hotels have problems in this regard. The beds were comfortable, there was a flatscreen T.V. plus we had free use of the fridge, micro (Hilton charges for these services). We felt safe in this neighbourhood; it had plenty of restaurants nearby plus drive 7mins. S. to Strongsville and you have great shopping, Cineplex. Getting into Cleveland you just hop back on the 71 and go N. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Good value for the money, depending on who you book through. Les mer

The hotel was.nice. They were going through renovations in the lobby and the pool was not open. Room was comfortable and breakfast was nice.

They were in midst of renovating lobby/dining area. No physical construction while we stayed thankfully but all the barricades were there and half the flooring was missing. Toilet wasn't operating as it should....flush it and it would stay running for a good five minutes. You can tell the hotel is a little outdated. Green (like green as grass) carpeting, […] Joints in the shower surrounds were starting to wear. Rooms are a bit small however we only needed the room to crash for one night along our travels home so it was fine. Pool was great....water was nice and warm. We lucked out and it wasn't busy so my kids had the entire pool to themselves. Continental breakfast was good. Plenty of choices. Disappointed that they said it began at 6 but it was easily 6:30 before it was laid out fully. Not a big deal unless you were shooting to get back on the road by 6:30 like we were. There are some great dining choices nearby! Max & Erma's is within walking distance and gives discount for showing your room key! Les mer

This Hampton Inn is an excellent value. High-end bedding, large flat screen TV, spacious room and bathroom, attractive lobby with fireplace.

We were a group of 14 and the first night it was awful. We got into our rooms and they smelled of mold. The room did not look cleaned. One of the rooms had a dirty pillow the bed sheet was put on backwards which I did not know if they were ever taken off. The next day it took them over 5 hours to get to our rooms to clean. When that was completed they […] did not vancum clean out the coffee pot for new coffee the next morning and etc. I give this hotel a very bad review. Les mer
