The lady that checked me in (Ms. Arnetta) was so very nice. She even called the room to make sure everything was good. The room was clean and we had fresh towels. The TV was too small. That was ok since we were only there for 1 night. The beds were too hard and very uncomfortable. Constantly waking up at night. My hotel mates said they could hear the […] people above us taking showers in the middle of the night. I wouldn't stay again unless the mattresses were mad more comfortable. Les mer

My co-worker and I checked in, went to our rooms and then proceeded to walk across the street and checked into another hotel. The hotel smelled like a mixture of dirty feet, katsup and smoke. Girl at the front desk was very friendly but unfotunately, it wasn't enough to keep us in our room. Room was musty smelling; cobwebs in the corners; no shampoo […] or anything. Very minimal amenities in the room. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and if you must, bring a sleeping bag so you don't have to sleep under the covers.... Les mer

I have stayed at this Extended Stay hotel many times and I will continue to stay there whenever I am in Columbus. The staff is very friendly, they attend to every need and the rooms are very clean.

I thought my stay was wonderfull. The nightly staff was very nice and my room is the best I've ever stayed. Will be booking in the hotel again. :o)

Great location (right next to the Easton shopping center). The people at the front desk were friendly. The room had a strange smell, but it seemed clean, and it was as nice as could be expected for the price. The only problem was when we found out that the bathtub was clogged and took 20-30 minutes to drain after one shower... The woman at the front […] desk claimed that her maintenance guy was off duty, there were no other rooms available, and she couldn't call a plumber. She gave us a plunger, which helped to drain the tub a little, but refusing to call a plumber was unreasonable and unprofessional. Les mer

When we checked in, the desk gave us a room that already had someone in it. Once we got a new room, everything was fine. Room had a funky smell to it but wasn't bad or gross. Nearby to Easton and 24 hr Walmart for whatever you need. Bed was ok, kitchen nice, everything worked. If you want cheap near Easton, fits the bill nicely.

GOOD: The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite. The neighborhood couldn't be more perfect. Everything and anything you could possibly want was all within viewing distance. Dollar stores, super stores, Easton Mall, auto rentals, dealerships for service, restaurants, 24 hour restaurants. You guys will LOVE this place. BAD: 1. After 11pm, […] the front desk closes. This leaves guests experiencing problems at night with no service during the night. If you lost your key, and it's zero degrees outside, there's no way to get help? If you have an issue in your room other than a maintenance issue? If you encounter an emergency? Good luck, 'cuz you're on your own. 2. Super-slow "high speed" internet. It's not even possible to watch a 3 minute clip on youtube without it getting chopped up and waiting forever for it to load. Unacceptable! 3. Because this is a PET-FRIENDLY hotel, there was nonstop pounding around in the room above me. I didn't think that was appropriate. It was so bad, I couldn't even sleep. 4. Yellow stains on white towel. 5. No shampoo or soap provided. Conclusion: Hit or miss. If you have earplugs, prepared for everything under the weather, have your own high speed, or want to pay the extra $3.00 per day to have functional internet, then ya--go with this place. But, if your needs are more than bare minimum, keep that in mind. Les mer

Its in a good area for the price. Has no pool or continental breakfast it's just a sleep and go but for the price it was fine. The hotel could use an upgrade, no flat screens and heat/cool units are old school but again for the price and location it was fine. I would recommend

The room we slept was dirty,under the beds were litters,left over empty bottle,bad mattress,bed linens were not neatly spread,very short n doesn't fit the mattresses properly,also dusty,the bathroom(bath tub tap was permanently locked except for only shower)the pressing iron surface was burnt,iron board cloth stinking.Advise the management to look into […] that, cos a healthy place potray a wealthy place.Thanks,Merry Xmas. The hotel was in a great location, close to Easton Mall and not too far from downtown restaurants. The affordable price was much appreciated. It was not elegant but adequate.

I think some of these reviews must be from someone thinking that this is the Hilton. Fact is, this place is convenient to easton and everything else. It was clean, quiet, and staff was friendly. If you want an inexpensive hotel, this is a good one to pick. I was actually pleasantly surprised with how nice it was for the money.

For an inexpensive night where I was in and out for business purposes, the room was great. The employees were friendly, the room was clean and had what I needed, but for a hairdryer. I think it is a practical place to spend a night or two, not a romantic weekend. I was traveling alone, but felt safe and comfortable.

Fairly good value for the money, but the bed was not the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The pillows were flat and offered no support to my head at all. The night desk clerk could use a breath mint, but he was helpful at finding the restaurant choice we had in mind. All in all, it is one of those "you get what you pay for " economy hotels and it […] met our needs for the night. It was convenient to stores and restaurants so we would probably stay there again if we were in that area. Les mer

I heard every person that walked up and down the steps and the room had a funny smell to it. There was no hair dryer, or any paper towels or napkins. I had real trouble connecting to the internet. HAd to use my cell phone to call a number to get it fixed-took 25 minutes (the hotel phone was not working properly.)

Felt very at ease and comfortable! It is very convenient if you are planning on going to Easton Towncenter or just the Easton area!

I realize this is an extended stay, not a normal hotel, but a place that's listed on sites like hotels.com should still try to maintain some basics. My main issue is that this was a room with a kitchen, but there was not only not a dishwasher, but they did not provide dish soap. There were two of each dish: two plates, two forks, two spoons, etc, and […] *one* cup, but no way to wash those few dishes to make them last without going out and buying my own dish soap. And while I rarely, if ever, use them, this was the first time I've ever been in a hotel that doesn't have little shampoos etc. in the bathroom. Yes, it's an extended stay, and they expect people to spend long periods of time during which they'll likely want their own toiletries, but again, they list on hotels.com and they cost the same as any normal hotel, so it seems like they should include at least a few basic amenities that are staples in other hotels. And finally, I paid the surcharge for internet access, and then discovered that their connection wouldn't allow me to send outbound emails. So I wound up having to leave and go to a coffee shop to send my email via their free wireless, because the connection I'd *paid* for wouldn't let me. It was annoying during a two-night stay; I can't imagine having to live like that for a couple of *weeks* had I been a typical extended-stay guest. Les mer

If you like over paying for a hotel that has horrible beds and smells funny you'll love this place! Find somewhere else to stay

THE PRICE WAS LOW AND SO WAS THE HOTEL. I'M GOING TO CROSS THEM OFF MY LIST. I WANTED TO STAY AND WALK TO EASTON. THEY ADVERTISE AS EASTON BUT YOU NEED A CAB RIDE. LOW BUDGET ALL THEY WAY. OK IF YOU ARE ON A SHORT BUDGET. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS, SOAP AND SHAMPOO. EIGHT THEY DONT HAVE ANY OR IT IS CHEAP.

A TENT IN THE PARKING LOT WOULD OF BEEN MORE COMFORTABLE AND CLEANER!

This hotel is horrible! The front desk representative either was on drugs or had no training. Room was extremely dirty! Carpets had spots, shower was yellow, dishes were dirty/sticky with no available soap, dusty, lights did not work, lights that did work did not produce suffient light, have to pay for internet. This place was a great disappointment and suggest you remove from your list of available hotels. There was no ice machine in the hotel, no shampoo in room, no hair dryer, smell of cooked food in lobby as I registered. I checked out at 11 AM and there was mud in the lobby and outside in front of the doors. Why this was not cleaned by 11 AM I don't understand. […] I will never stay at this place again! Les mer

Hotel is located in good area close to Easton square. The check in process was good and the room was pretty clean. However, there was no shampoo, the internet was not free as advertised and was very slow. I ended up connecting to the Hampton Inn next door and got faster speeds. I also got a phone call from the front desk at 11:01 am asking me when […] I was leaving. I would say you get what you pay for but this hotel wasn't really that cheap, just less expensive than the others around Easton square. Les mer

The staff was helpful and friendly the entire time I stayed there. The room was clean and the kitchen had the basics. I was in a non-smoking room and I couldn't smell smoke in the room, but the elevator smelled strongly of smoke, and the hall outside the elevator smelled of smoke. I used the stairway usually to avoid the elevator. There is a WalMart […] within walking distance, so it is easy to get food and other supplies. I would stay there again. Les mer

Overall, there isn't much to say. It is your average hotel experience. Check-in and out was easy. The ESA is in a commercial zone, so, pretty much surrounded by eateries, gas stations, Wal-Mart, etc. It also a stone's throw from Easton. So, if you want ready access to shops, etc., this ESA is right there. If you want scenery and amenities over and above […] the standard inside the hotel, not going to happen. ESA is mainly for business travelers, not tourists who want to hang out at the hotel. Our bed was also not fixed so if the two of us sat on the end of the bed, it would come up off the frame. The addition of the kitchen provided flexibility for meals and snacks. It is located right across the street from Walmart, a quick walk. Anyone staying in one place more than one night should consider a room with a kitchen especially if trying to find ways to save on the expense of meals

I could not find the hotel, even though I had a map and wanted to call them. However, every time I did try I got the message that "all circuits are busy". I called hotel.com and explained, but they could do nothing but give me the same phone number. I finally did find them, and when I mentioned the problem, the desk clerk just shrugged his shoulders […] and said they have been having problems--very frustrating. Les mer

The hotel was very convenient to my meeting and some great shopping and restaurants. Although the hotel and room were clean, I felt that it was not. They provide no amenities so I had to ask for a hair dryer and shampoo. The door of the first room I was given would not close and lock. We were in town for the night and just needed a clean room, comfortable bed and hot shower, and we got that. Didn't use any of the other services, but the staff were friendly and all in all very happy with the stay. It does appear to be an extended stay hotel though so don't show up with the kids expecting all sorts of activities for them.

It waseverything I could ask forand more. Kenneth was awesome! So helpful with anything you need. I stayed there on business for 5 days and they found me banks and anywhere I needed to go. I got sick and they checked on me, everything is wonderful here. Very Safe very courteous staff!

Extremely friendly staff which was very impressive. However, on the way out...I saw a roach a few feet from the door. My room reeked of smoke and was not well cleaned. There was a dark black curly hair on the counter of my bathroom sink. The elevator appeared to be from about the 1960s and I wasn't completely confident it would make it to the second […] floor I was staying on....I took the stairs on the way out. I chose this hotel because I figured it was a good price for the location and was only a mile from the location of the seminar I was attending. However, I would have gladly paid the extra money (which is a significant amount) to stay at a the hotel which my conference was held at. My advice? Pay the extra money and stay somewhere else. This hotel was fine and exactly what I expected for what I paid. I arrived 90 minutes before check in and unfortunately was not allowed to check in early. That was annoying because I had to use the bathroom. I asked about a public restroom in the hotel and he said I was out of luck. That's my only real complaint. Otherwise, the room was fine.
