Very convenient, close to City Centre, railway station and cat buses. Hotel is being renovated and our bathroom needed a makeover - it was very old. However the room was clean and the staff at the hotel were all very helpful and friendly. We ate dinner in the restaurant, which was tasty and well priced. My husband and I were very disappointed with our stay at the hotel we found it to be very sub standard, dated.The lifts had a bad odour in them. The service at the desk upon arrival was also sub standard. We found it to be very over priced for the standard there. Services were also limited as we couldn't use the swimming pool while there. initial room was dirty, old and nothing like what was shown on the web site. we were changed to a slightly neater room upon request although overlooking a carpark did nothing to change our opinion of the hotel. very dissappointed, never stay there again.

Clean, convenient and friendly service

We had an overall pleasent and ok stay at Kings Perth Hotel. We arrived very early in Perth and had arranged forehand that we could check in early if there were available rooms. The hotel was full when we arrived but they managed to get us a room at around 9 o clock. The room we got however was not so great with a lot of mildew in the bathroom roof. […] After complaining the friendly staff got us a new room without mildew. The rooms were dated but functional and big. The beds were good and we slept well. On the pluss side is the loctaion, in the heart of the city and close to everything. It is a good place to explore Perth on foot from. All in all an ok hotel which we might use next time as well. Les mer

rooms were clean and roomy,block out curtains made the room cool considering we were in a heatwave.we walked everywhere and also made use of the free bus not far from us. i used the laundry to wash and found it clean and the machines were new..all in all ,i would stay there again..

Well the Hotel is a bit out dated but of that I was aware before booking. The room was big and the Beds were new. The only minus was the counter behind the bed was terrible dirty and didnt get cleaned even when we told them its dirty. Still the price was really good and the breakfast was also very good. Good value for money.

We spent 5 nights at the Kings Perth. We liked the location, the free wi-fi in the lobby and the expansive breakfast buffet. Location was only two blocks from the pedestrian mall and three from the rail station. Front desk staff was responsive and helpful. Recommend.

Good Location.

This hotel is very centrally located in Perth with the No.13 CAT bus stop located at the front door, giving easy access to the inner city, the main shoppin areas, parks and places of interest. The buffet breakfast was very good in a pleasant dining room. The bed room was spacious with good air conditioning and well maintained. The hotel is a little dated now But they do the little things like free wifi And complimentary breakfast Also a free drink at the bar Did not use the drink voucher just a nice touch Also a far quiter hotel now the fire station has moved

I found the hotel to be great for a holiday in Perth. It's close proximity to all restaurants,entertainment and shopping in the city is good. I found the staff courteous,friendly and helpful,the facilities clean and I have no hesitation in recommending this as an ideal place to stay when visiting this city.

The hotel itself is ok but service was painfully slow. It took 40 mins to check in and the receptionist muttered sorry before saying they were really busy - given that we were the only people in reception I can only assume they were being ironic.. to check out and pay for the breakfast we'd put on our room tab it took another 25 minutes, again with […] no other people around. If you get the option between a budget room and a standard / superior room just go for the budget room - there's no real difference except in price and in any case the staff just seem to book you into whatever room is free at the time.. After the initial shock of discovering you've arrived in a 70's style hotel (1870's that is), the place grows on you because of the friendly and helpful staff, fine location close to all amenities and relaxed nature of the place. They really shouldn't advertise things like 'rooftop pool' as this has been under repair for a lifetime I think. Also, wireless […] internet in the lobby is patchy at best and very slow when a connection is made (there's an internet shop very close by so use that instead). Kings hotel is in a prime position in the CBD. Next to the mall, 2 min walk to the river. The hotel is old and looks like it hasn't been decorated since the 1980's. the rooms are big and and kept clean. there is no wifi for half the hotel, its free and available in the lobby where they have big sofa's. There is a guest Laundry on the 4th floor which […] is good if you're relocating to Perth and need to stay here fore a few weeks. for the price you cant beat this place. staff are very friendly and organised. book in advance, Perth is short of hotel beds. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH MY STAY AT THE KINGS HOTEL PERTH. SERVICE ON ARRIVAL WAS EXCELLENT AS WAS THE ROOM. CLEAN AND TIDY JUST WHAT WAS NEEDED. PARKING ON SITE ALSO AVAILABLE.

Hotel in excellent location. The bathroom is a little dated with 70's style tiling, but for the tariff we paid, what do you expect. The bed was extremely comfortable and we felt it was great value for money.

Kings Perth is in the heart of the city if you simply need to spend a short period of time in the city it is close to the shops. However the hotel is very tired. The carpets and timber finishes are from another era unlike the minimalist / low maintenance fit outs of many hotels today. Gute Lage in der Innenstadt, alle wesentlichen leicht mit Cat oder zu Fuss erreichbar. Zwar schon älter und ein wenig abgewohnt aber sauber und ruhig. Rel. günstiges Parken möglich. Zimmer klein aber für ein paar Nächte vollkommen ausreichend. Pool war leider gesperrt wegen Renovierung.

Dieses Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hat den Charakter eines aelteren englischen Hotels. Allerdings hat dies auch einen gewissen Charme und das Personal, der Service sowie das Fruehstueck waren sehr gut. 清掃について、椅子の清掃が全くされておらず、ドレッサーの椅子が毛髪でかなり汚れていた。

全体的に、この値段であれば、満足のいくホテルでした。 ①立地の条件は、とても良かったです。今回は現地のオプションツアーを３つ頼みましたが、ツアー会社が違っても集合場所は全てホテルを出て左手の角の辺りで、集合時間ギリギリまでホテルにいられて良かったです。 早朝集合のツアーも7：30にピックアップでしたが、朝食が７時からで朝食も食べてから行けたのが助かりました。 お正月の利用でしたので、２・３日までは周辺のレストランはお休みのお店もありましたが、駅周辺まで出ると色んなお店がありツアーから戻ってきた遅めの時間でも食事の場所には困りませんでした。 ②部屋 値段相応の広さです。清潔さも特に問題なかったです。ただ、廊下の音や隣の部屋のTVの音は内容が聞こえないレベルで多少音が聞こえました。シャワールーム […] は、殺風景で少しびっくりしましたがお湯は問題なく使えました。シャンプー・リンスと石鹸、ボディーローションのアメニティーはありました。 冷蔵庫と、ポット（紅茶・コーヒーも）、ドライヤーも部屋にあり、フロントでアダプター（プラグの形を変えるだけのもの）も無料で借りれました。（デポジットが20ドル位） ③朝食 朝食は野菜が少ないです。種類や量に関しては物価が高いパースなので、値段相応かなという感じです。 チェックアウト後でも、無料で荷物を預かってくれましたので、最終日も気軽に出かけられます。 日中はツアーに参加し、寝るだけのホテルとして利用するには　すごくお勧めです。 Les mer

建物が古く、それほど快適というわけではありませんが、スタッフの方たちがとてもとても親切で、常に笑顔で丁寧に対応してくれました。今回子連れで行ったのですが、英語の話せない子どもたちにも大変優しく接してくれ、帰国の時は帰りたくない、またこのホテルに泊まりたいと、涙、涙でした。（私もです）シティにも近く、とても便利なロケーションで、またパースを訪れた際にはぜひぜひ泊まりたいと思います。

対応が親切だった。朝食のビュッフェは有料だが、割安のバウチャーがもらえる。フロントとビュッフェには日本人の従業員もおり日本語対応可能。

Kings Hotel is wel aan een grondig renovatie toe. Mijn eerste indruk was dat het iets smoelzellig was en dat was inderdaad wel zo. Maar wat wil je voor een hotel die sedert de jaren 60 ingericht is. Het personeel was prima en het ontbijt ook.
