Acommodation is expensive in Singapore but this hotel represents value for money in a reasonably good location. MRT is a bit of a walk so taxi from airport is best. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Breafast is ok but repetative after a couple of days. As is usual in Asia room was small especially bathroom and had seen better days.

No bathroom amenities, only 2 bath towels, no wash rags. Very small bathroom. Dirty bedding.

fantastic location for an affordable price. lots of night clubs and hookers and good tasty food. room conditions average. small but decent. don"t expect anything great except the location.

Kind serviceminded reception. After checking out we were allowed to use the pool (with free towel) until we left for a late flight. This is a very modest hotel. It is very ckean and the breakfast was pretty good. It has an excellent location. You walk out of the hotel turn to the left and you ar right n the river. Lots of restaurants and bars.

Ok value for the money. Good location, satisfying breakfast. Service was ok, nothing special. Outdoor pool was a plus. Room was small but ok. No noise during the night. Hand towels would be great!

I was there with 2 children,, we had a room with a queen bed. The room was tiny but we were able to get a mat for the floor with extra bedding. We were overlooking the rooftop pool and the river. The view was fantastic. We stayed on the 8Th floor and I must say that it was very very quiet. The bathroom, though was on the tiny tiny side and the shower […] curtain was not brand new but if you, re on a budget spending a few nights in Singapore I would recommend the hotel. It is located 10mn walk from Clark quay MRT station which makes it very conveniet to go anywhere. Also, The quays are a great hang out at night which means that there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as shopping centers. Breakfast was fine as long as you like english breakfast. It was plenty...of course do not expect a different breakfast items every morning. IT worked for us. The staff was helpful and nice. I would definitely go back to this hotel as a stop n go Les mer

My worst hotel service experience in S'pore, especially the Front Desk service.

Seriously, It buggles my mind how this hotel have recieved over 3.0 in rating. Rock hard beds with super uncofortable pillows, small and tacky rooms... and to top it up and exceptionally bad breakfast. the only good thing was that we only stayed for one night...

We checked in at 2am and were met by friendly staff. We immediately had wi-fi issue and staff looked to resolve it quickly. Easy walk to clarke quay for late night fun. Excellent location. Small room and bathroom, but clean. Fitness area was poor. Pool was small but quaint. Buffet was good. Very good value with high marks for location.

Perfect location a bit run down, extremey small rooms but they did their job. Nice small pool. I can recommend the hotel if you are in singapore for the city and not for the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good with a lot of good restaurants nearby. The walk along the river is also very good. The reception staff could benefit from a smiling course.

This hotel is in a great location, in the middle of all the restaurant along the waterways that has been developed for the last decade. Transport by MRT is 10 minutes walk and taxi is quite reasonable price. Unfortunately the building is showing its age. The room we were given was very poky and small so we asked to be moved to another which they did […] without any issues. The staff were quite helpful . The breakfast that was included was limited in what you got, however for the price it was OK. With the Park Quay Hotel right next door put Robertson to shame but you pay for the difference about twice as much. So if you want a clean no fuss hotel for a few nights close to restaurants and centre of town and chinatown it is ideal for the price. Les mer

We we're fortunate to get a room with view of the water. The rooms are small but very nice, the toilet is really samll. The area is really beautiful. There is a 10 min walk to the MTR but it seems to be that way in all of Singapore. It is quite a distance between the stations.

Overall not fantastic is just o.k. Surrounding of the hotel is very good and peaceful and nice view over the river. Rooms are a bit too small and air-cond is too cold.

This is more of a backpackers Hotel. It is rundown, the room and bathroom is so small that my husband and i had to walk one at a time. All our six suitcases took up the narrow walking space in the room. No amenities in the room. No free wi fi and they charged to use the hotels wi fi. 30 mins for $2.00 and $1.00 to print per sheet on their computer and […] $5.90 for 24 hours. I was not there that long. I think it was highway robbery. Not satisfied and will not recommend this hotel to couples or families. I am very, very dissapointed. Les mer

Good location within ten minute walk of Clarke Quay and Dhoby Gaut MRT stations. Pool area is nice to have a quick dip to cool down in. If you use your hotel to sleep in and want a well situated hotel then you get good value from this hotel. As a budget hotel I highly recomend the Robertson Quay, definately value for money and a short walking distance to Clark Quay.

This hotel is old and the rooms small. Breakfast was included and was ok but the same everyday. Front desk staff was VERY nice and made the hardship of the small and old room bareable. Location is just minutes walk from Robertson Quay and about 10 minutes walk from Chinatown and much cheaper and more delicious hawker food.

fantastic location and surrounding. anybody with a budget gateway its the perfect choice. Although have to say the toilets is a bit small.

Robertson Quay shows quite well in the photographs. A very clean hotel, and the room was convenient. I think that the hotel could use a bit of touch up and the room was small. Considering time of year and price though I felt it to be a good value.

Very convenient location in downtown Singapore. The cell - or dorm room - is quite tiny, 3 meters by 2 meters. The included breakfast is more than basic. The elevator is five steps above the lobby - yet you're on the Robertson Quay. The room is way too small for two people except perhaps for a tryst.

We only stayed one night. The location was good, in a nice area near the river, but the room was small and the bathroom was tiny. Ok for a short stay but probably not great for any great length of time.

Don't expect too much, the hotel is old the rooms are small the bathroom is tiny but air con is cold hot water is hot and the environment is quiet away from the streets. It's located next to Clarke Quay and the walk to MRT is a nice n relaxing one

Booked and pre-paid, wish we hadn't as we would have gone elsewhere. The room is sooo small, very out dated and dirty, there is dust everywhere, yellow roof, staines & holes in sheets. All the tv channels are fuzzy. The bathroom (includes shower basin & toilet) is tiny and gross, its a small room where both your arms reached out are the length of the […] room, there is no fan and no windows so when showering the room gets filled with steam & the floor get covered in water therefore the reason there is mould everywhere and a bad odor. I would never stay here again and suggest people read the reviews before booking & learn from my dreadful mistake. Les mer

Room is quite small as I expect before and the air-con is too cold. Other than that, everything is acceptable then. View is good and location is great. In total, Ienjoy my stay.

this hotel was horrible. from bad wiring to bad bed the ymca would be a better choice i travel alot in the past 40 years and this hotel stands out the worse.,

The Robertson Quay Hotel in Singapore is a great choice for travelers on a budget or simply travelers who would rather spend money shopping and dining. We were on a business trip to Singapore and we decided to stay in this hotel for a week. It was located very close to Clarke Quay MRT station, and along the river bank. So the view from the hotel was wonderful. We were impressed by the cleanliness in the hotel/the hotel room and also the staff was quite friendly and helpful. The breakfast price […] was included in the room price (which was not very expensive) and moreover, it was a buffet breakfast. I would surely like to recommend people to stay in this hotel as the location of this hotel is very ideal especially for people who would like to spend their evenings strolling by the river front or would like to visit restaurants or beer pubs nearby. Städning OK. Trevliga och hjälpsamma personer i receptionen. Liten men bra och trevlig pool med solstolar. Utegym, inte så välskött. Frukost enkel men mättande. Bra läge med gångavstånd till restaurangstråket och varuhus.Byggarbetsplats på avstånd. Bra tillgänglighet. Vacker utsikt mot Marina Bay Sand från vissa rum. Lugnt område.

Wollten etwas aufs Geld schauen und haben ein Hotel gefunden,das den Erwartungen gerecht wurde. Nicht besonders komfortabel aber sauber und ok.

lige ned til floden, lille men rar poolområde. roligt område, venlige servicepersonale, lille værelse men godt. badeværelse lidt for lille med skydedør, ikke helt i top. mulihed for at købe en sandwitz og drikkelse. morgenmad intil kl. 10, fint.

Hotellet är slitet med små rum och badrum. Personalen är trevlig och serviceminded. Frukosten skulle kunna vara lite mer varierande. Läget är bra med promenadstråk till resturanger och nöjesområde. Finns ett antal stora köpcenter i närheten.
