I forhold til prisen og plasseringen er jeg veldig fornøyd med hotellet. Frokosten er så som så, men rommet, sengen og hotellet i seg selv syns jeg både var morsomt og overraskende komfortabelt. Jeg ankom sent på kvelden med tog, og må innrømme at jeg ikke var komfortabel i gatene i byen pga kriminalitet. Jeg tror området rundt hotellet er ganske bra og nærme Beale street. Mitt rom lå inntil bassenget med flott utsikt til Sterick building. Ikke forvent all verden, men jeg likte hotellet.

"First Timer"
our stay was was overall very satisfying...the hotel was very nice and very clean, the room setup was nice...and I wished I could bring the bed home with me. I have another upcoming trip to Memphis planned and I will be using this La Quinta again!

"Nice quiet location"
La Quinta was not my first choice of hotel in Memphis but there were no vacancies at my regular hotels of choice since I waited until the last moment to book. I wanted something in a safe and quiet neighborhood and finally was able to get a room at this hotel. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with this facility. The hotel was on a very […] quiet side street off a main road but still close to restaurants, shopping, etc. When booking, I requested a room on the first floor with close proximity to the entrance and that is what I received. The bathroom was large and the shower was hot and powerful. The beds and pillows were comfortable. My hair dryer did not work but it was replaced as soon as I reported the problem. The expanded continental was nothing fancy but very satisfying with something for everyone's tastes. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Les mer

The only issue we had was that we had some people next to us that were fighting and were very loud. We stayed upstairs in 608 and they were in 610 and at the end of the hall where the elevator was you could still here them yelling. "decent hotel but beware of smoking rooms"
I signed up for king nonsmoking room and they put me in a smoking room without offering an alternative first.

Great hotel, friendly staff, great location, great rooms, comfortable beds. Highly recommended.
The room we were originally given was used as a smoking room. We requested a nonsmoking room. The hotel staff was quite willing to move us to another room. Would definitely stay here again

"Bathroom maintenance in room very poor."
Toilet in room not working, had to be moved to another room. Rest of hotel very clean and all employees were friendly and helpful. Hotel did not have an evening maintenance person on duty only during the day time. "Loved it"
This hotel was beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable. I was staying there on business and the quick accessibility to use wifi was awesome as well as the work space provided.

Very nice hotel -- Only about 25 minutes from downtown. I was a little disappointed that the pool wasn't open though. It was March but it was 85 degrees outside and my kids really wanted to swim. The pool doesn't open until May.

"Noise"
Would say was great except that there was a great deal of noise on the second floor until about 10:45. Also about 2:30 3:00 parking lot got very noisy. Next time we stay I would request a room above the 2nd floor and in away from exit doorways.
they only have 1 elevator which takes forever to reach you. i orderd a non-smoking room; instead i got a smoking room which sucked. since it was a smoking room, there were holes in the sheets and covers.

"updated, comfortable and convenient"
Stayed there one night before flying out of the Memphis International Airport. The room was updated which was nice. It was pretty close to the airport and had a lot of businesses in the area (about 4 minutes away from Corky's if you are looking for good BBQ). The only issue we noticed at all with the room was that the bedspread had a small stain on […] the outside.....and you know since it isn't your own house that is just a little weird since you don't know where it came from. "Good Hotel"
This hotel was one of the better LaQuinta's. It was a little far from our downtown destination. The room was clean. The only problem was that someone's car was broken into at this hotel and the one next door and in talking to the person at our hotel expensive items were taken. The police wouldn't even view the security video immediately and the people […] were told they would send someone in a few days. Thankfully our car didn't look break-in worthy. This hotel was very clean and the manager did all he could to help me print a map but the computer system at this hotel wouldn't print maps correctly. Les mer

"Absolute Yes."
We loved it. It was just my daughter and I, so feeling safe was important. Great neighborhood, lots of restaurants, a safe place to walk our dog. The dog satyed free. The room layout was really great, unlike any I've seen. Far from downtown, but, in Memphis, downtown is kinda rundown, unless you can afford the big hotels. We loved our stay. Planning […] a trip back this summer. This hotel had everything, free dogs, great breakfast, nice staff, clean room, location, and good security. Pick this one, you won't regret it. Les mer

"Issues with cleaning staff"
We stayed for two nights and there was no room service during our stay in spite of our requests. We were given a key to another room instead, but that room had not been cleaned at all. It seems that this hotel has real issues with the cleaning staff as other hotel guests complained about the same issues we saw.
Traveled to Memphis for a bowling tournament. This hotel was close to a mall area so food and shopping were very convenient during down time. Hotel was mostly clean, and the room was quite nice. Bed was comfortable. I'd stay again! Price was great for what I was given.

Stayed at this hotel while scouting living areas for a move to Memphis. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel...rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Hotel was new and very fresh looking friendly staff...would definately stay here again!
"Pleasant Surprise"
I booked this Hotel the day before and after not finding anything reasonable downtown. I was pleasantly surprised and how nice the room, as well as the surrounding area, was. Plenty of dining choices in the area. Staff was pleasant. Unparalled for the price.

"Beware of Dogs"
Besides the barking dog down the hallway that wouldn't stop for at least 4 hours, and the daytime front desk attendant with almost no sense of customer service, the place was amazing. Very well kept, clean, and the free breakfast was perfect. The only reason I put 4 stars for location was because we did most of our visiting around Midtown. "Good hotel; TERRIBLE manager!"
On our multi-day stay ,on the day prior to our departure, the maids failed to service our room, whatsoever. A courteous complaint at checkout the next day, and a request for some adjustment of our bill produced the "manager from Hell"! He indirectly accused us of lying about not having left the "Do Not Disturb" in place. When asked for contact information […] for the hotel owners, he became highly agressive and sharply told us (twice) to "Get out of MY hotel". At that point, after politely reminding him that he is in the hospitality industry, we left for fear that he might falsely accuse us of some misconduct and call the police of his home town. We are from the North, and we are both in our 70's. To add insult to injury, our attempt to lodge a complaint about this gross mistreatment of guests with LaQuinta was met with indifference and inaction. LaQuintas nation-wide will now be our last choice, as a result of this experience. BTW, we are highly seasoned travelers and have NEVER had an experience like this. Most hotels strive very hard to rectify guest complaints and send guests off with a good regard for the customer relations policies and practices of the property. This LaQuinta is a glaring exception, and a great disappointment. Les mer

La Quinta Inn and Suites Memphis Primacy Parkway was a very nice place to stay. The surrounding area was nice place to walk with our dogs before we ended our evening. Several nice place to eat in just around the corner. The decore in the building was inviting and modern. The breakfast had a nice selection and nice quality. We would have liked a real […] coffeepot in our room, not pods. We brought fresh roasted coffee and could not brew it. Our only complaint would be the sofa in our room was soiled and we would not sit on it. Les mer

Room was very neat and clean with a chic design. Staff was warm and welcoming and enjoyed free continental breakfast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommend it for it's value, style, and location.

Lovely people on staff. I really like the layout of the rooms. You can actually get through the door with luggage. I liked the microwave/frig area - easy access to the bathroom. It was about a mile away from the doctor's office I had to find the next day. I will use this motel every time I have a doctor's appt. in Memphis. The dogs loved it too.
"Better than anticipated"
Overall I was satisfied with the accommodations of the hotel. Although my room was located on the 3rd floor and directly across from the elevator, the amount of hallway noise and traffic did not disturb me too much. I did have a concern regarding the heating unit which continuously expended cool/cold air (outside temps during my stay were in the mid […] 40s during the day and mid 30s at night). I also had minor plumbing issues with the toilet however was easily remedied due to my own amaetur handywoman skills. None of these issues were major enough to require additional customer service from the hotel staff however I did notify the front desk at check-out regarding the heating unit and toilet follies. Because it was $20 less expensive than the hotel located right next door (which I have patronized on several occasions), I think it was an even trade off and would definitely stay here again. Les mer

"Excellent Stay"
We were nly in Memphis for the one night but this hotel was one of the best that we had ever stayed in. The room was very spacious and clean, with good amenities and an excellent breakfast. We would recommend this hotel.
There were ants on the walls and in the bed. We had to move to another room after we had already showered and were getting ready for bed.
