We're very happy with the hotel, good service, beautiful ground, best hotel room so far in Phuket from our 3 visits, wish to stay longer if we knew. Have to catch morning flight therefore we've chosen the hotel to be closer to the airport rather than from Westin to avoid the busy Phuket town. We all thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Angsana, the kids (7&4) loved the Kids CLub and swimming pool/s and were very excited every morning at breakfast to spend some time with Lucky the elephant. Nice relaxing stay for us parents too......

The 3 room villa is located away from the resort. It should be viewed more as a short stay accommodation than a full service accommodation. Transportation is required to get to the main parts of the resort facilities including the beach and recreational facilities. It wouldn't have been a problem except that trying to get transport is patchy at best. Angsana […] as a whole, I would classify more towards 3 stars. It tends to be overcrowd. The morning staff at the main breakfast area, the Market, struggle to keep up with the sure volume of guests. Lines are frequent at some buffet stations and drinks don't get served. Les mer

Great location right on the beach with spacious rooms and facilities. My only issue was the occupants of the room above us moved furniture some mornings, noise came through. Still, would visit again without hesitation. Warm and friendly staff, very clean, on the beach and spacious facilities, what a great holiday.

Great resort. They have just done a nice upgrade and it shows. It is big but the only time you see masses is at breakfast, which is awesome BTW. We stayed in a pool room where the pool can be accessed direct from your room, awesome. Loved the hotel.

An ideally located large resort that with many plus points specially for families. However, being an old resort (formerly Sheraton), rooms do need renovation. The plus points includes, execllent breakfast, good outdoors, nice beach etc. For cons, no DVD's in rooms, some furniture needs replacement and the staff needs to improve their ability to communicate […] in english. On our checkout day, our flight was midnight departure. So we went on a tour to John Gray's Starlight Canoe. Hotel provided a changing room for us to change and take shower before we head for the airport. It was very nice.

Overall the hotel was great. It was definitely in need of some refurbishments on the outside of parts of the hotel which was underway while we were there. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the food at the restaurants. Other than breakfast the food was very average. Not sure if this is due to them selling up and the best chefs had left or […] what the situation was but we paid top prices at Puccini for very average food. I recommend you stay at the hotel and enjoy the great facilities but perhaps eat elsewhere for much less and better quality food. Les mer

The pool here is amazing. It goes on forever. There are 4 main pools that are all connected with waterways. The temperature was perfect and it had a lot of parts that are shallow for smaller kids. Although there are no lifeguards on duty, it was great for our son. They also have a couple of resident juvenile elephants that come out to greet guests twice […] a day. They are super sweet and gentle. You can pet them, and even ride them. It was an amazing experience. The beach was right there, although the waves were huge because we went during monsoon season. The staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome with everything you could imagine. Worth the money. Highly recommend going to the restaurant "Green Leaf" on the beach. It isn't run by the hotel, but the food is fantastic, and you sit next to the ocean. Les mer

The property is nice, but not as new as the pictures on the site. But the propert has just about everything, but just know that you are fairly far removed from most of the towns and/or beaches. Don't book your day trips at the hotel but rather go to the beach and barter for 50% off the rate that the hotel charges. My frustration started when they ended […] up double booking my private car travel and I didn't have internet in my Ocean front room and they kept saying that it was something I was doing wrong ( which it wasn't) they ended up switching to a better room ( Lagoon 2 story which is the way to go btw..). Also after housecleaning came through we went out for lunch for two hours and came back and found that a hotel person had come back into the room, went upstairs ( why?) and noticed the safe open, inventoried everything with credit card # and exp dates and made copies of report. Left a note that we didn't see until very late that night when we needed to get into the safe. When asked why someone needed to come back into the room AND go upstairs after housekeeping made their sweep, they gave me very unacceptable excuses for that action. I was very frustrated more at the excuses why something went wrong, and they not listening to meand kept talking over me, than the 4-5 "issues" that came up in my stay. I can generally "overlook" mistakes but going through a guest room multiple times a day w/o reason really isn't okay with me. Sandra the night Mgr A+ but others not so much Les mer

We booked a 4D3N stay with Sheraton and was very satisfied with the service they had. Coz it was the first time travelling to Phuket, we had no idea how to get to the hotel, so i emailed them, and they really give me reply the next day and arranged for an airport transfer. And when i asked about booking of tours, they refer me to their related tour […] department and all our tour booking was done swiftly and successfully. Upon reaching the hotel, we were warmly welcome by the staff. They were all very friendly and answer all our questions. The hotel is just a few mins walk to Bang Thao Beach, super near ! And the hotel is highly accessible by the free shuttle bus service and ferry service to other hotels =) We booked a Laguna Deluxe Room, and the room was awesome !!! Very spacious, clean bed and bathroom, and wide balcony. The only thing to take note is you have to keep the balcony door close, as there will be some flying insects outside during some time of the day. All the staffs were really very caring, kind and helpful. Always asking us if we enjoyed our tour, how to go about getting to places outside and many more. Even if we had a misunderstanding with the breakfast deal, they resolved it swiftly and i really like their services. Overall, i would like to say that if you are people who are going for excellent services and relax peaceful stay, you should choose this hotel as they have everything you need, and if you have doubt, never ever hesitate to approach the staffs =) Les mer

Regarding the quality of service, the hotel staff was very friendly from the reception to the room to the restaurants. The only little quirk was that one day we would get no face towels and only hand towels, and the next day we would get the opposite. Not sure what was the thinking behind that, if any. Once you're there you pretty much stay there. […] It's not too convenient to go outside of the hotel area to explore the local attractions. We stayed @ Sheraton Laguna Phuket in first week of Dec 2010. For starters we had problems in very first hour of our stay. During check in the staff did not inform us of maintenance in water pipes due to which we could not have shower until 6pm! Even after the water showed up it was brown and muggy (not really expected at a five star resort). In the […] evening we noticed a note from hotel staff informing about maintenance. Apart from above our overall experience was great. We would recommend this resort to fellow travellers. This resort has all the great facilities which a 5 start resort would have (minus the high speed internet). Laguna Phuket is excellent place having 7 5 star resorts with great facilities. Bang Tao beach is also excellent and quite compared to Patong beach and other crowded beaches. Laguna Phuket travels has great tours to nearby attractions. We enjoyed a day trip to Phi Phi Islands with Laguna tours. Recommendations to fellow travellers ~ Never book a cab service from Phuket airport to Sheraton. They will charge you 4 times compared to taxis available at Phuket airport. Bargain for THB 400 from airport to Laguna Sheraton ~ Food and beverage inside Laguna hotels (including Sheraton) is very expensive. Highly recommend to take shuttle outside the Laguna where you can get excellent food at one third the price. ~ Take a taxi cab from outside Laguna as they are cheaper and have equally good cars. 신혼여행으로 푸켓에 일주일 머물렀습니다. 번화가인 빠통에서 4박 후 마지막에 방타오 비치에서 한적하게 여유를 즐기고 싶어서 앙사나 라구나를 선택했습니다. 절로 탄성이 나오는 아름다운 호수와 전용 해변, 엄청 친절한 직원들과 왕궁같은 리조트까지 정말 행복했고, 부모님도 보내드리고 저희도 리마인드 허니문 갈거예요

앙사나 호텔은 주변 환경은 조용하고 좋지만 저렴한 동남아 여행을 위한 사람들에겐 좋지않은곳이다.우리가 일년중 제일비싼 시기에 여행을했지만 푸켓이라는곳을 감안해도 넘 이해가 안가는 부분이 많은곳이다.특히....한국인들에게 아주 불친절한 부분이젤루 맘에 안들었다.대부분이 북유럽사람들..아시안은 거의 볼수 없었으며 한국인은 오로지 우리팀 뿐이었으니깐..개인적으로 물가가 싸고,순수한 태국 사람들 때문에 여러번 태국을 갈때마다 좋아했었는데 이번 여행으로 다시는 가고 싶지않은곳이 되었다.

Het zag er allemaal heel mooi uit, maar ik vond het de 5-sterren niet waard. ontbijt was zeer matig - de jus d'orange was niet eens vers. Dan heb ik weleens in betere 5-sterren hotels gelogeerd. Er waren aan het strand ook niet genoeg bedjes voor alle gasten. Ze hadden ook een bijbehorende Club - die was met nieuwjaarsdag om 5 uur 's middags nog niet […] opgeruimd. Daar hadden ze ook bedjes, die zagen er anders uit dan op het gewone strand. Die bedjes moest je apart betalen (prijzen à la Zuid-Frankrijk en hoger), dat stond NIET aangegeven en we moesten een kwartier op de handdoeken wachten, allemaal verschillende, want ze waren nog niet schoon. Bovendien werd er als garantie/borg een bedrag van onze creditcard afgeschreven, wat we hopelijk binnen 14 dagen terugkrijgen. Les mer

無料でアップグレードしてもらい、とても快適に過ごせました。スタッフのきめ細かいサービスも素晴らしかったです。町からはとても離れているので、ホテル内でゆっくりリラックスした滞在をされる方にはお勧めです。ヨガなどエクササイズクラスもあり、十分楽しめました。

12월이라 가격은 비싼편이 었지만, 조식/수영 시설 등 만족스러운 편이었으며, 특히 날이 저물기전 매일 매일 객실로 조그마한 선물이 배달되었다. 작은 기념품 같은 선물들... 중국 사람들이 많은 것이 조금 거슬리긴 했지만 전반적으로 좋았다.

11月に一泊しました。 このホテルの最大の魅力は「水辺を最大限楽しめる」ところ。 ビーチは一般の方が開いた海の家が有り、ホテルに滞在しながら現地の人が食べるようなローカルフードが安く堪能できる。 プールは、細長い水路で幾つかのプールをつないでいるのが面白い。 泳ぎながら砂浜のあるプール、小さな滝のあるプールなどをめぐることができる。 プールサイドの部屋は部屋からプールに直接入れるのが魅力。 ラグーンは、当ホテルを始め様々な施設に囲まれていて、それぞれを無料でつなぐジェットボートが20分おきくらいに走っている。観光がてらに乗るのも楽しい。 ちなみに、近所にあるショッピングモール（Jim Thompsonのアウトレットが入っている）までは無料のシャトルバスが出ているので、玄関のお兄さんに […] シャトルバスを使いたい旨を伝えるとシャトルバスを呼んでくれる。 このように、水辺を最大限満喫できる施設です。 お部屋は・・・ 前日にJWマリオットに泊ってしまったため、正直「あ、こんなもんか・・・」とがっかり。 ラグジュアリー感はあまりありません。 スーペリアだからかもしれませんが、それでも同じクラスのマリオットと比べると見劣り感は避けられない。 しかし、室内のお風呂は個性的で面白かった！ 洗面、トイレの隣に一段下がって堀ごたつ的にお風呂が１帖半位広がっている。 タイルで敷き詰められた広いお風呂は始めても経験でのんびり楽しむことが出来た。 サウナやジャグジーがないのでお風呂で体を温められたのは助かりました。 朝食は・・・ 料金に含まれていたので「こんなものかな。豪華というわけでも、貧相というわけでもなく」 一流ホテルの朝食という感じを期待しなければ何の問題もないです。 なんにせよ、私は泊まった順番が悪かった・・・ JWマリオット→アンサナラグーナの順番だったので どうしてもJWマリオットのホテルの部屋、朝食が素晴らしかったため、比較してしまい 辛めの批評になってしまいました。 しかし、逆でしたら「わぁ！綺麗なお部屋！」「探検できるプール！」と、純粋に楽しめたのではないかとも思います。 このホテルは純粋に「水辺を楽しみたい！」というファミリーやカップルにおすすめ！ ラグジュアリー感よりも、楽しみを最大限に引き出して欲しいという人にはおすすめ！ Les mer

私は家族で３泊しました。 波が高かったのでバンタオビーチでは遊べず、ホテルのプールで大半を過ごしましたが、清潔に保たれており、とても居心地が良かったです。 まさに”タイのリゾート”を感じられる静かなひと時を過ごせ、ホテルのグレード・食事も美味しかったです。 要望としては１、Wifiのつながり・速度をもっと良くしてほしい　２、ホテルのシーツをリクエスト無しに交換してほしい　位でした。

앙사나 라구나 말로 표현 할수 없을 만큼 주변 경관이 아름답고, 대형 리조트답게 아침 룸 청소 말고 한번 더 체크 해주고, 중국인들이 좀 많았지만 의외로 시끄럽지않았고(명절만 피한다면 괜찮을듯) ,해변 썬베드에서 한끼식사는 꼭 해야하고,리조트가 너무커서 동선은 길지만 리조트가 아름다우니 다 용서 된다는점,그리고 'xana' 에서 칵테일 한잔은 꼭꼭 마셔아 한다는점완전 강추 날짜만 맞으면 수영장 썬베드에 누워 파티를 즐길수 있다는점, 한가지 아쉬운것은 역시 앙사나는 스파 전문이라 그런가 조식은 조금 모자란듯, 뭐 필자는 힐튼 마니아라 조식 비교를 할수밖에 없지만 힐튼에 비해 아쉽다는거지 낫벳 이라는점, 이상입니다.

空港から車で２０分と近距離で、自然に囲まれてユックリ過せるリゾートで良かった。 ただ、部屋の準備が整わず待たされたり、案内された部屋がモーター室の隣で耳障りな騒音があったり、最初の対応にはガッカリ。 部屋を変わり解決したが、今度は中国人団体観光客の大声と低マナーに 折角のリゾート気分も半減。そうした事がなければならないプールやビーチも良くエンジョイできる。 海岸沿い徒歩１０分位にあるシーフードタイレストラン「ロータス」は大変良かった。通ってしまいました。ディナータイムの８時位までは予約した方が良さそうでした。

２ベッドルームを予約しましたが、プレジデンシャルスイートにアップグレードしてもらいました。 大きなリビングルームと独立したベッドルームが二つ。 プールとラグーンを望む眺望が良い部屋でした。 朝食時に小どもの象さんが来てるくれるのがかわいかったです。

全てのスタッフに気持ちの良い対応をして頂きました。 プールも快適で、ビーチにも近くて最高です。 ビーチ沿いにあるLOTUSというおいしいレストランも近く、食事代も安くすませることができました。 また泊まりたいです。

ラグーンヴィラの予約でしたが、アップグレードしていただいてアイランドヴィラに泊めていただきました。娘と二人旅ですが、娘は３階建てのアイランドヴィラがとても気に入りたいへん喜んでいました。朝食会場に小象が２頭来て、写真を撮ったり乗せてもらったりして、食事どころではありませんでしたが、リゾート感がいっぱいでとても素晴らしかったです。また時間があれば行きたいホテルです。　ただ、空港の送迎がないのでホテルでタクシーを頼んだところメーターなしのタクシーが来て、空港までガイド本の２倍ぐらい取られました。　総合的には高いタクシー代を払ってもとてもよいホテルだと思います。

아일랜드 빌라에 묵었습니다. 4명이 한집에 머무를수 있어서 좋았구요, 라군 전망이 한눈에 보이는점도 좋았습니다. 그리고 빌라만의 전용서비스(푸치니 조식, 전용 풀 등)는 특히 맘에 들었구요, 인근 리조트들과 함께 대형 리조트군을 형성하고 있어서 여기저기 다닐곳도 꾀 있더군요, 골프장도 가깝고 내부 셔틀 버스 이용잘 하시면 훨씬 만족도가 올라갈만한 곳입니다.가족 여행을 생각하신다면 추천할 만한 곳입니다. 단, 풀장이 생각보다 작구요 빌라에서 바닷가까지는 좀 가야됩니다.

Eine luxuriös, grosszügig angelegte Anlage mit allem Komfort, Strand- oder Lagunenblick von jedem Zimmer aus, besonders die Villas sind extrem weitläufig (3 Etagen, 1 Terasse, 1 Dachterasse, mehrere Bäder, komplette Küchenzeile, Flat TV, DVD Player, jeglicher Komfort) angelegt und stets gut unterhalten. Since the hotel far away form town, we should take taxi to buy accommodate. If it can provide the shuttle bus for going to town and return, I should suggest someone to stay.
